        만성질환자를 위한 비대면 진료 서비스의 사용자 기대가치 도출

        Background : Chronic disease patients complain of difficulties in continuous chronic disease management due to difficulties in health management due to aging, economic problems, mobility difficulties, and regional accessibility. As an alternative to this, interest in non-face-to-face treatment services is increasing. However, the rate of use of non-face-to-face treatment services for chronically ill patients is still low due to insufficient systems, unfamiliar services, misdiagnosis, and unclear standards of responsibility for medical accidents. Since the effectiveness and satisfaction of medical services are not simply judged based on the effectiveness of medical treatment, but greatly depend on the patient's expectations and experiences, a design that reflects the expectancy-value of the chronically ill will improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of non-face-to-face treatment services. Currently, various studies on non-face-to-face treatment services are being conducted. Still, studies specialized for chronically ill patients with significantly high medical use rates are lacking, and accordingly, research on the expectancy-value of chronically ill patients is necessary. Methods : In this study, after understanding non-face-to-face treatment services with chronically ill patients through literature, to derive the expectancy-value of users for non-face-to-face treatment services, a literature survey, and user interviews were conducted to collect the items of expectancy-value of users. Using the collected user expectancy-value results, questionnaire items were prepared and surveyed online. The survey results were derived as the expectancy-value of users of non-face-to-face treatment services through factor analysis, and after deriving the expectancy-value of users, the significance of each user expectanc-value was examined. Results : There are nine values that chronically ill patients expect from non-face-to-face treatment services: "Reliability," "Simplicity," "Interest," "Detail," "Accuracy," "Self-Determination," "Efficiency," "Connectedness," and "Convenience." Conclusion : This study derives the expectancy-value of non-face-to-face treatment services for chronically ill patients and empirically explores them. The results of this study can be used as a goal or evaluation criterion when designing non-face-to-face treatment services for chronically ill patients. However, there are various types of chronically ill patients, and treatment and management methods may differ for each disease, so the design of non-face-to-face treatment services for chronically ill patients can be further developed if research continues to consider these aspects.

      • Identifying User Expectation Values for Camera Quick Shot in Smartphone

        Objective: This research aims to identify user expectation values and establish the direction of UX design for Camera Quick Shot in smartphone. Background: To make any new feature successful for smartphone, it is most important to understand and meet the user expectations and bring the value to their usage. This research explored different designs of Quick Shot on how it meets user expectations, therefore the future direction will lead the feature to its success. Method: The 11 different prototypes for Quick Shot were tested by 30 participants with frequent smartphone camera usage. For each types of design, participants rated their expectations and experience in 7-point Likert scales and had a follow up interviews discussing their needs and satisfactions. Their grips and interaction with the prototype were also recorded and observed. Results: From observations, it was shown that most users try use Quick Shot while holding the smartphone one-handed, reaching the key/interface with their thumb. Structural equation modelling on the ratings showed that the ease of operation, ease of recognition, and uniqueness significantly affects the user-acceptance of Quick Shot. From the follow up interview, users also expected the feature to be error-free, easy to reach and use while operating one-handed, and efficient. Conclusion: Quick shot operation must be placed in the physical position which satisfies such user expectation considering efficient one-handed operation ergonomics and error-preventions to increase its value. Application: This result is expected to be applied not only on the Quick Shot’s future UX design directions, but also for the future product planning and marketing directions.

        모바일 콘텐츠 서비스에 대한 인지된 사용자 가치 결정요인에 관한 연구

        Recently, mobile internet technologies are enabling the possibility of radically new computing services which can share information and communicate with others on the move. In this situation, prior studies have attempted to identify of what factors make people use mobile internet. However, prior researches focused on investigating the factors affecting users’ adoption to Mobile Internet. In order to offer beneficial materials to mobile internet companies, we investigated important factors to increase mobile users’ value from the viewpoints of customer. In particular, this study was progressed how characteristics of mobile contents affect users’ intrinsic attributes and how perceived users’ network effects affect users’ value in the mobile computing environments. To empirically test proposed hypotheses, we have analyzed 285 survey data gathering from mobile internet users and verified hypotheses by using SEM (structural equation modeling). Based on the results of this study, we found that content accessibility and content quality have significant impacts on users’ intrinsic attributes such as perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. In addition, this study also revealed that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment were positively related to users’ emotional value. Moreover, this study found that perceived users’ network effects could affect users’ monetary value by mediating expected benefits. Based on our findings, we can understand that this perspective can provide a deeper understanding of the mobile users’value adoption by bridging the gap between mobile internet studies and actual practice.

        과학 전문 웹사이트의 이용행태에 관한 연구기대·가치 이론의 관점에서

        The purpose of this study is to examine the usage of the science information website from the media-specific perspective. Based on the expectancy value model, this study analyzes the relationship among expectancy-value, level of exposure, satisfaction, and loyalty to the science website. It is shown in this study that the expectancy-value for attribute of science information (correctness, diversity, in-depth) and the information providing service (diversity of information providing method, ease of understanding, promptness) is related to the level of exposure to science information website. It is also demonstrated that the more users are exposed to science information website, the more they are satisfied with information and service which it offers. According to our analysis, user satisfaction and user loyalty, with regard to science information website are categorized into several sub-dimensions, respectively. Furthermore, different dimensions of satisfaction, such as information quality and service quality, each affect different dimensions of loyalty, such as preference, recommendation, contribution, and adherence. In this research, we provide the theoretical framework to better account for the user loyalty building process of science information website, and the practical implications for the operation of science information website.

        건강기능식품 구독서비스의 모바일 앱 인터페이스 디자인 제안

        Background: Recently, the use of health functional food subscription services has increased rapidly, and at the same time, the active launch of mobile apps has made it more convenient for users to use various functions of the service. However, looking at user reviews of major apps, it was confirmed that the user's concerns were not fully reflected in the service. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the necessary functions for problem solving by examining the user experience, derive the value that users expect for the service, and propose an interface design of a mobile app based on them. Methods: First, the necessity of this study was confirmed by understanding the background of health functional food subscription services and the meaning of mobile apps in service development. Next, by conducting a user research, the functions necessary for the service were derived based on the problems experienced by the user, and separately, after collecting value items, a survey and factor analysis were conducted to derive user expected values. Finally, the interface of the mobile app was designed as an example by reflecting the expected value for each derived service function. Results: Five functions necessary for the service were derived: personalized health functional food recommendation, health functional food subscription management, health functional food intake management, health functional food search and health content, and six values were derived: utility, recommendability, continuity, professionalism, informativeness, and sensibility. Finally, after selecting the expected values to be pursued first when providing each function, the mobile app interface design for each service function was presented as an example by applying them. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it empirically explores the functions of the service app that users really need at the present time when health functional food subscription services are growing rapidly, and proposes the design of the mobile app interface to reflect the user's expected values.

        스마트 디바이스 기반 교육서비스 디자인을 위한 사용자 기대 가치

        본 연구에서는 스마트 디바이스 기반 교육서비스에 대하여 학습자들이 추구하는 기대 가치가 무엇인지 사용자 경험의 측면에서 접근하여 밝혀내고, 그결과를 통해 향후 새로운 서비스를 디자인 하는데 있어서 도움이 되고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 문헌과 집단 대면 인터뷰를 통하여 71개의 기대 항목을 도출하고 이를 활용한 설문을 진행하여 총 13개의 기대 가치를 도출하였다. 최종 도출된 스마트 디바이스 기반 교육서비스 디자인을 위한 사용자 기대 가치는 ‘자신만의 맞춤화된 학습’, ‘언제 어디서나 학습’, ‘진로와 연계될 수 있는 학습’, ‘상호작용을 통한 학습’, ‘다양한 학습 자원을 활용한 학습’, ‘협력을 통한 학습’, ‘교류를 통한 학습’, ‘나에 의한 학습’, ‘실제적인 맥락 하에서 이루어지는 학습’, ‘피드백이 제공되는 학습’, ‘자투리 시간을 활용하는 학습’, ‘동기와 보상을 제공받는 학습’, 그리고 ‘단계적으로 이루어지는 학습’ 이었다. 또한 이러한 사용자 기대가치는 여성 집단, 고등학생 집단 그리고 스마트 디바이스 기반 교육서비스에 대해 ‘잘 알고 있음’으로 응답한 집단에서 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper is to find out what values users pursue from a smart device based education service. For this purpose, a survey was conducted using a questionnaire that was developed based on the results of literature review and user interviews. Thirteen user expectation values were developed from the results of the survey: individually customized learning, anytime anywhere learning, learning for career, learning through interaction, learning from diverse resources, learning through cooperation, learning through interchange, self-directed learning, learning within actual context,learning with feedback, learning in spare time, learning with motivation & compensation, and step-by-step learning. In addition, the results of the survey also showed that the user expectation values of women, high school students and people who responded that they knew the smart device based education service very well were higher than those of other users.

        게임의 지속적 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the user’s continuous usage intention of computer games. A research model was developed which shows that the independent variables of value, expectation confirmation, perceived enjoyment affect user satisfaction and continuous usage intention. To test the six hypotheses, survey data were collected from 104 respondents, and hypotheses tests as well as a confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using a partial least square analysis tool. The statistical analysis result showed that expectation confirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction also had a strong positive effect on the game user’s continuous usage intention. Perceived enjoyment showed a highly strong positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction was found to have full mediation effects in the relationship between expectation confirmation and continuous usage intention, and perceived enjoyment and continuous usage intention respectively. This result provides an important implication that continuous usage intention occurs through user satisfaction, and also indicates the contribution of this study for the game industry. Another contribution of this study is to introduce critical independent variables from the marketing and information technology domains in order to explain continuous usage intention of computer games. 본 연구의 목적은 게임에서 이용자가 게임을 지속적으로 이용하는데 영향을 주는 주요 영향 요인을 찾고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 가치, 기대일치, 지각된 즐거움의 독립변수들이 이용자 만족과 지속이용의도 종속변수에 영향을 미치는 연구모델과 가설을 개발하였다. 104명의 게임 이용자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 구조방정식 분석 프로그램인 Partial Least Square 분석도구를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 가설검증을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과, 기대일치는 만족에 영향을 미치고, 다시 만족은 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 즐거움은 만족에 정의 영향을 크게 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 만족은 기대일치, 지각된 즐거움과 지속 이용 의도 사이에서 완전매개를 수행하여 지속적 이용을 위해서는 이용자 만족이 핵심적 역할을 수행함을 보여 주었다. 이는 게임 업체들에게 이용자 만족을 통하여 지속적 이용이 일어난다는 중요한 시사점을 제공한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구 결과의 응용분야는 게임 산업 전반과 게임 제작사들이 해당된다. 또한 마케팅과 정보기술 분야의 핵심 연구변수들을 도입하여 게임 산업에서 가장 중요한 지속이용의도를 설명한 것이 본 연구의 가장 큰 기여도와 차별성이라 할 수 있다.

        소유비용과 기대이익이 주택시장에 미치는 영향: 소유 및 임차 선택

        This paper empirically investigates the relationship between ownership cost and rent cost and the relationship between purchase price and Charter(Jeonse) price based on the TVM(Time Value of Money), in condominium market in Seoul, Korea. First, I analyze the cost difference in ownership and Charter using the TVM based model. The result shows that the Charter costs up to 54-94% of ownership cost. This implies that Jeonse also incurs considerable costs compared to the ownership. Second, I conduct the co-integration analysis between cost difference and expected income of purchase and Charter. The results detect a significant difference both in cost difference and expected return in the long-term equilibrium. In the short-term, cost difference is significant. Also, Charter shows a higher explanatory power (68%) compared to that of purchase (45%) in cost difference and expected return. Third, in a separate analysis, expected return shows significance in the long-term equilibrium and cost difference shows significance in the short-term equilibrium.
