        주식류의 조리 분량에 따른 영양성분 비교

        The nutritional information of ingredients only shows an analysis of the nutrient contents before cooking and changes of the nutrients during preparation are not considered. Therefore, changes in the quantity of nutrients in dishes depend on the amount of cooking. Nine main dishes were selected and their proximate compositions, minerals, and vitamins were analyzed of them in 4 and 100 people amounts of cooking. There were differences of nutrient contents depending on how the various main dishes were cooked. In general, protein, lipid, and ash contents were similar but there were differences between the uncooked and cooked conditions of certain main dishes in terms of some mineral and vitamin contents. The mineral and vitamin contents of the main dishes were different depending on the amount of cooking. Furthermore, it would be desirable to investigate differences of nutrient contents between large scale and small scale meal preparation of various main and side dishes.

        임경업전승에 나타난 화자와 주인공의 거리가 지니는 의미와 그 콘텐츠 방안

        본 연구는 임경업전승에 나타난 화자와 주인공의 거리를 살펴보고 그것이 지니는 의미와 그 의미를 콘텐츠로 활용하는 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 연구 성과를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째 화자와 주인공과의 거리가 더 탄력적인 전승은 소설이었다. 하지만 두 전승의 화자 모두 끊임없이 주인공과의 거리를 넓히고 좁히면서, 주인공의 비극성에 공감하고 연민을 느끼며, 나아가서 동일시하고자 했다. 또한 끊임없이 역사적 사실을 동원하여 주인공과의 거리를 유지하기도 했다. 이를 통해 현실의 부조리를 해소하고 카타르시스를 느끼게 해주었다. 즉 이들 전승은 화자와 주인공의 거리를 통해 비극성, 연민, 공감, 동일시라는 감정을 배태시켜 주었다. 둘째 임경업전승이 지닌 비극성, 연민, 공감, 동일시라는 소재는 시나리오나 희곡의 콘텐츠로 활용 가능하다. 비극적 영웅인 임경업은 오늘을 살고 있는 또 하나의 자아가 될 수 있다. 자본, 권력 등의 외부 횡포에 노출되어 있는 현대인들에게 임경업은 고단한 자아가 되기도 하고, 환락한 자아가 될 수도 있다. 또한 임경업전승은 청나라와 조선의 외교관계, 병자호란 등의 역사적 사실을 담보하고 있기에 교육적 콘텐츠로도 활용 가능하다. In addition, the transmission works of Im Gyeong-eop can be used as educational content since they are based on historical facts about diplomatic relations between Joseon and Qing, as well as the Manchu war of 1636.

        스토리텔링을 활용한 부산 해양관광 콘텐츠 개발

        부산은 우리나라의 대표적인 관광도시이자, 해양 도시로써 차별화된 도시브랜드 개발을 위해 다양한 해양관광 스토리발굴과 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산의 해양관광활성화를 위하여 ‘부산 해양레저 갈맷길’ 관광스토리텔링의 개발을 목적으로 부산 해양레저 및 갈맷길 현황조사를 통해 ‘관광스토리텔링 5단계 모형’을 활용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, ‘부산의 해양레저 갈맷길’ 콘텐츠의 스토리와 갈맷길 코스를 개발 하였고, 둘째, 부산 해양레저 갈맷길 스토리텔링 책 디자인을 위한 갈맷길 코스 맵과 그래픽요소를 디자인개발 하였다. 갈맷길은 해안가를 중심으로 조성된 걷는 길로 부산을 대표하는 관광콘텐츠 중 하나이며, 부산은 대표적인 해양레저의 도시로 자리매김하고 있어 이를 결합하여 새로운 부산만의 관광콘텐츠를 만들 수 있다. 관광객과 시민들의 참여를 유도할 수 있는 감성적 스토리와 정보를 담은 ‘스토리텔링’을 통해 해양레저를 보다 쉽게 이해하고 체험관광까지 이어 질 수 있을 것이다. Busan is one of the most popular tourist cities of the Republic of Korea. To develop differentiated urban brand as the nation’s flagship maritime city, Busan needs to explore diverse marine tourism stories and develop related contents. For the purpose of developing storytelling as a way to facilitate the maritime tourism of Busan, this study attempted to i) create ‘marine leisure Galmaetgil of Busan’ contents using 5-step storytelling modules and ii) develop themed tour routes based on the marine tourist contents and related graphic elements such as tour route map and image editing. Galmaetgil is a beautiful trail developed along the coastal line. It is one of the most famous tourist contents of Busan. Based on this asset, Busan would be able to develop its own tourist contents as the nation’s proud marine-leisure city. The emotional stories which can draw a great attention from the citizens and tourists and informative storytelling would make people understand and experience marine leisure in a fun and easy.

        QTL Analysis of Protein Content in Double-haploid Lines of Rice

        The objective of this study was to characterize the main-effect QTLs, epistatic QTLs and QTL-by-environment interactions (QE), which are involved in the control of protein content. A population of 120 doubled haploid (DH) lines derived from a cross between 'Samgang' and 'Nagdong', was planted and determined for protein content over three years. Based on the population and a genetic linkage map of 172 markers, QTL analysis was conducted by WinQTLcart 2.5 and QTLMAPPER. Three main-effect QTLs affecting protein content of brown rice were detected from 2004 to 2006 on chromosomes 1 and 11. The qPC11.2 was repeatedly detected across two years. Seven pairs of epistatic loci were identified on eight chromosomes for protein content and collectively explained 39.15% of phenotype variation. These results suggest that epistatic effects might be an even more important component of the genetic basis for protein content and that the segregation of the DH lines for protein content could be largely explained by a few main-effect QTLs and many epistatic loci.

        「행정기본법」의 제정과정과 주요내용

        Although administrative statutes or regulations account for more than 90% of about 5,000 ones, there has been no general Act that stipulates the principles and general matters regarding administration. As a result, the administrative law system has been complicated, such as identical or similar matters being prescribed differently by individual statutes, which often damaged the predictability and legal stability of administration by causing confusion not only for the people but also for public officials. Thus, 「General Act On Public Administration」, the purpose of which is to ensure democracy in and legality of administration and to enhance the appropriateness and efficiency thereof by prescribing principles and general matters regarding administration, thereby contributing to the protection of the rights and interests of citizens(Article 1), was enacted and promulgated on March 23, 2021. However, few other countries have legislative precedents that stipulate these contents. Therefore, 「General Act On Public Administration」 was created in accordance with the unique legislative model of Korea, and it is the result of integrating the capabilities and experiences of the Korean administrative law academia and administrative practice. In view of functioning as general provisions of administrative law while maintaining system consistency with individual Acts, the name “「General Act On Public Administration」” was adopted in consideration of the extendability of incorporating individual Acts into a single Act. The main contents of 「General Act On Public Administration」 are as follows. Chapter 1 provides purpose, definitions, calculation of period for administration, and Chapter 2 on legal principles of administration provides principle of rule of law in administration, principle of equality, principle of proportionality, duty of good faith and principle of prohibition of abuse of authority. Chapter 3, administrative action, specifies dispositions(standards for application of law, effects of dispositions, grounds for disqualification, subordinate clauses, revocation of illegal or unjust dispositions, withdrawal of legitimate dispositions, automatic dispositions, standards of exercising discretion, standards for sanctions and limitation period for sanctions), deemed authorization or permission, contracts under public law, penalty surcharges, administrative compulsion, other administrative actions(effects of reports depending on acceptance, fees and usage fees), raising of objections to disposition and reexamination. Chapter 4 on legislative activities, etc. of administration stipulates legislative activities of administration, improvement of administrative legislation, interpretation of statutes or regulations. On the other hand, 「General Act On Public Administration」 will be revised to newly add administrative plans, publication of violations, and guaranteed, etc. that were discussed during the development of 「General Act On Public Administration」. 「General Act On Public Administration」 is preferentially enacted only those that formed consensus on the matters established by theories and precedents between the government, academia, and legal profession. Therefore, it is necessary to do research and review the contents that will be further complemented and improved in terms of the protection of the rights and interests of citizens or administrative innovation. In particular, legislative efforts are needed to integrate with 「the Administrative Procedure Act」 to become a general theory of administrative law worthy of its name. 우리나라의 약 5,000개의 법령 중에서 행정법령이 90% 이상을 차지하고 있음에도 불구하고, 행정영역 전반에 관한 행정의 원칙과 기본사항을 규정한 총론적 법률은 지금까지 없었다. 그로 인하여 하나의 사항에 대하여 개별 법령마다 다르게 규정되기도 하는 등 행정법체계가 복잡하여, 국민들뿐만 아니라 이를 집행하는 공무원들에게 혼란을 초래함으로써 행정의 예측 가능성과 법적 안정성을 해치는 일이 빈번하였다. 그리하여 「행정기본법」은 “행정의 원칙과 기본사항을 규정하여 행정의 민주성과 적법성을 확보하고 적정성과 효율성을 향상시킴으로써 국민의 권익 보호에 이바지함을 목적으로”(제1조) 2021. 3. 23. 제정되기에 이르렀다. 그런데, 이러한 내용을 규정한 다른 나라의 입법례가 거의 없기 때문에, 「행정기본법」은 우리 법제의 고유한 입법모델에 따라 창안되어, 우리나라 행정법학계와 행정실무의 역량과 경험을 총화하는 결과물이 되었다. 행정기본법은 개별 법률과의 체계 정합성을 유지하면서 행정법의 총칙으로 기능하여야 한다는 관점에서, 향후 개별법들을 하나의 법전으로 통합할 수 있는 확장성도 고려하여, 「행정기본법」이라는 명칭을 채택하게 되었다. 행정기본법의 주요내용은 다음과 같다. 제1장 총칙에서 목적과 정의 등, 기간의 계산, 제2장 행정의 법 원칙에서 법치행정의 원칙, 평등의 원칙, 비례의 원칙, 성실의무 및 권한남용금지의 원칙을 규정하고 있다. 제3장 행정작용에서 처분(법 적용의 기준, 처분의 효력, 결격사유, 부관, 위법·부당한 처분의 취소, 적법한 처분의 철회, 자동적 처분, 재량행사 및 제재처분의 기준, 제재처분의 제척기간), 인허가의제, 공법상 계약, 과징금, 행정상 강제, 그 밖의 행정작용(수리 여부에 따른 신고의 효력, 수수료 및 사용료), 처분에 대한 이의신청 및 재심사, 제4장 행정의 입법활동 등에서 행정의 입법활동, 법제개선, 법령해석 등에 관하여 규정하고 있다. 한편, 행정절차법은 행정기본법의 제정과정에서 논의되었던 행정계획, 위반사실 등의 공표, 확약 등에 관한 내용을 신설하는 개정이 이루어질 예정이다. 「행정기본법」은 학설과 판례에서 확립된 것으로서 정부와 학계·법조계 등이 컨센서스를 이룬 것들만 우선 법제화한 것이다. 따라서 국민의 권익보호나 행정의 혁신 측면에서 더욱 보완·발전시킬 내용의 연구·검토가 필요하다. 특히 행정절차법과 통합하여 명실상부한 행정법의 총론에 해당하는 법률이 될 수 있도록 하는 입법적 노력이 필요하다.

        교육내용의 성격에 대한 분석이 교육내용 적정화 방안 탐색에 주는 시사점

        This paper explores the implications of optimization of educational content based on the analysis of the character of educational content. The purpose of the study is to clarify the need for transferring the view of educational content by the analysis of the character of educational content. The results indicate the meaning of educational content varies, including topic, meaning(or proportion), way of inquiry, and attitude of life. In view of the character of educational content, the qualitative characterization of educational content, as the tacit dimension of knowledge, view of knowledge as ``meaning``, integrity, totality, and transaction of educational content might be important. The analysis of educational content suggests implications for the optimization of educational content, including the need to transferring from a ``truth`` view to a ``meaning`` view, the need to rethink the relation of academic discipline and school subjects, and the need for an integrated view of educational content.

        2007년 개정 교육과정 문학 영역의 특성 및 지향점

        ``2007 revised education curriculum`` was announced in Feb. 28, 2007 named by Minister of the Ministry of Education and Human resource development. It has following three characteristics: First, lessen of education by level. Second, ambiguous of the concept and level of ``Attitude``. Third, Ambiguous of the concept of the ``context``. The characteristics of the ``Literature`` area in the basic education curriculum of the common people are as follows: First, the strength of the educational characteristics in the ``characteristics target`` area. Second, re-maintenance of concept at the point of the Korean language education which was mixed used. Third, no inclusion of narration regarding the media and no division of the ``characteristic`` and ``goals. Special thing is that ``movie, drama and criticism`` in the ``contents`` and ``an example of the main point of contents`` is categorized as the literature genre. However, ``an example of the main point of contents`` does not include contents related to the above things and suggest standard of the achievement. The re-categorization to the ``acceptance and production`` from the ``acceptance and creation`` which was set at the 7th education curriculum can be observed. ``an example of the main point of contents`` is not only unclear, but also ambiguous to the relationship with the achievement standard. We can find that the method of teaching and learning in the area of ``teaching and learning operation`` is extended widely. Unique systematic change in the ``literature`` area of the education curriculum of the selected subject is the unification of lover items with the common education curriculum for the people in the area of ``the method of teaching and learning`` and ``evaluation``. The suggestion of the point to care about for the selection of the material related to the teaching and learning is also special thing. Detailed declaration for the ``evaluation method`` is remarkable phenomenon as ``evaluation`` item is materialized.

        The Effects of Content Schema on Korean Middle School EFL Learners’ Reading Comprehension

        Despite numerous research studies concerning the role of content schema in reading comprehension, little is known about its exact contribution to different sub-types of reading comprehension: inferential and factual comprehension, and main idea and details comprehension. Moreover, the potential effects of general language proficiency and language learning backgrounds have been largely overlooked in the existing studies. Thus, this study investigated the effects of schema on these four different sub-types of reading comprehension abilities of Korean EFL learners, while controlling for the effects of English language proficiency, measured by vocabulary knowledge, and oversea experiences. One hundred seventy Korean middle school EFL students participated and were tested on specific content prior knowledge, and their performance on reading comprehension abilities that were sub-divided into inferential, factual, main idea, and detail comprehension was analyzed. The analyses not only revealed strong correlation among the examined variables, but also demonstrated that schema plays a significant predictive role in explaining reading comprehension, especially that in inferential comprehension and details retrieval. These findings have important pedagogical implications for building and activating appropriate content-related background knowledge for middle school EFL students in developing their English reading comprehension abilities.
