        친환경 건축의 심미성 발현 경향에 대한 연구 - AIA TOP10 사례를 중심으로 -

        Considering a broad consensus on it, Eco-friendly architecture is not a question whether to do it but how to conduct it. From this point of view, it is a critical question for contemporary architects; how eco-friendly architecture has influenced so far and will affect the aesthetic developments of architecture in the upcoming era. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to examine the trends of aesthetic manifestation in eco-friendly architecture based on a balanced standard including the technical and non-technical factors through the case analysis of AIA Top10 projects, which accumulates credible resources regarding the sustainable architectural projects since 1998. In addition, to establish a balanced standard for a case analysis, 6 criteria were derived from the previous studies: Energy Efficiency, Resource Efficiency, Environmental Form, Eco-Cultural, Eco-Social, and Eco-Health. Through the case analysis, we confirmed that the non-technical factors have a relatively high frequency of aesthetical manifestation of Eco-friendly architecture, and Environmental Form plays the most evident role among them. On the other hand, in case of 'technical factors', the number of architectural application is high, but the expression of environmental aesthetics is relatively low. Simultaneously, an acceptable range of architectural beauty has been gradually getting wider from direct visual stimuli to empirical relative participations and community & region based sharing processes aligned with the direction of Eco-Cultural and Eco-Social, which will be a potential research area for further aesthetic developments of architecture.

        친환경 실내 건축 마감 재료의 특성에 관한 연구

        IIndustrialization to meet human needs brought about improvement in many aspects of life including economic development and convenience in our daily life. Yet indiscriminate development of new materials and other things we needed caused environmental pollution, and began to damage both human society and natural environment. The recent trend related to this situation is expressed in the design aimed at environment-friendly models such as eco design and green design. Eco-friendly design refers to a design based on the idea of harmonious coexistence of humankind and nature pursuing benefits for both. We find the tendency toward eco-friendly design in the field of interior architecture too. Eco-friendly design elements in interior design find their key area in the finishing materials that are used for work within a space. Based on the understanding of the importance of the finishing materials in interior architecture, the present study makes a theoretical examination of the concepts of eco-friendly design and eco-friendly materials. Then it analyzes and evaluates the types and characteristics of eco-friendly materials that are in circulation in recent years so that it can identify the strengths and some areas to improve of the finishing materials for interior architecture. It is expected that this study will serve as a momentum to explore approaches to the new eco-friendly finishing materials for interior architecture in further research.

        Influence of Brand Awareness and Value Assessment of Apartments on Recommendation Intention - Mediating Effect of Eco-Friendly Building Planning Factor and Eco-Friendly Marketing -

        The purpose of this study is to find out if satisfaction and recommendation intention for eco-friendly planning factor desired by future potential residents can be linked to future eco-friendly housing policies by analyzing the two concepts. In influence relationship between some elements, whether eco-friendly building planning factor and eco-friendly marketing play a mediating role has been researched. Looking at the hypothesis test, it was found that brand value and image had an effect on the recommendation intention. The perception in terms of residents who think about the value of the brand was not considered. Among the elements that influence consumers" purchasing decision according to brand value of apartment, by grasping the influence relationship of eco-friendly building planning factor and eco-friendly marketing, this study will be able to provide basic data that is used for eco-friendly marketing and eco-friendly building planning. In this respect, this has a great practical implication.

        르코르뷔지에 건축의 친환경적 면모와 그 의미

        This study first considers why Le Corbusier’s architecture was not well-accepted in terms of eco-friendly architecture by examining the sustainable and passive eco-friendly aspects that were not common at the time of his architectural work and its meaning. Despite his ideal and bold urban planning proposals, his attempts and failures in Moscow and Paris followed by restrictions from the international style, it was confirmed that an eco-friendly perspective for sanitation through sunlight and ventilation was valued and made evident in his Les 5 Points de L’architecture Nouvelle. When there was little awareness of environmental protection, it was confirmed that Le Corbusier's attention to deployment that considered direction of the sun and the wind, shadow formation through brise-soleil and toiture-parasol, and natural ventilation through duplex and interior emptying in hot areas revealed the environmentally friendly aspects of today's passive and sustainable architecture. Architectural measures in these areas where it was impossible to install and operate air conditioning facilities due to economic problems could be seen as an active consideration of architecture providing for its residents. 본 연구는 먼저 건축의 친환경성 측면에서 좋은 평가를 받지 못하는 르코르뷔지에 건축이 왜 그렇게 받아들여지는지를 확인하고, 그럼에도 그의 건축 작품에서 당시에는 흔치 않았던 지속 가능하고 패시브한 친환경적 면모를 찾고 그 의미가 무엇인지를 고찰한다. 원죄 같은 그의 도시계획안들, 모스크바와 파리에서의 시도와 실패, ‘국제 양식’의 굴레 등에도 불구하고, 그가 주창한 ‘새로운 건축의 다섯 가지 요점’에서 볼 수 있는 것과 같이, 그가 햇빛과 통풍을 통한 위생을 위한 친환경적 관점을 중시했음을 확인한다. 이어서 환경 보호에 대한 인식이 희박했을 때에 르코르뷔지에가 유념한 더운 지역에서의 향을 고려한 배치, 차양과 그늘막 지붕을 통한 그림자 형성, 실내의 복층화와 내부 비워냄을 통한 자연통풍 유발을 통해 오늘날의 패시브 건축과 지속 가능한 건축이 모두 지향하는 환경친화적 면모를 드러냄을 확인한다. 경제적 문제로 공조설비의 설치와 운영이 불가능한 지역에서의 이런 건축적 조처는 건축이 거주자를 위해 할 수 있는 윤리적 배려라 할 수 있다.

        국내 친환경 건축 모델하우스에 대한 비교 연구

        The “Eco-friendly”, “Green” concepts was began around 1992 after the Rio Environmental Summit, and the need for sustainable development globally widespread. The green building certification system was began around 2000 and the concept of green building was started in the late 1990s. The green building, which welcomes a period of radical change, is for the survival of the Earth “climate change” and reducing energy consumption in building sector. In this architecture of eco-friendly concept, the green building is rapidly expanding and existing as a ecological environment preservation. Moreover, the realization of zero energy house is to mandate for new buildings in 2025. The aim of further eco-friendly is through the prior ecosystems to restore and product energy for the 9 Green Building model houses in this paper. Building in the concept of ecology is to show about change into 7R"s from the 3R"s. The “Reduce”, “Reuse”, “Recycle” consisting of “3R"s” is correlated with the traditional to the present Green Building Design. U.S. NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) change into the concept of 7R"s as “Receive”, “Restore”, “Respect” and “Remember”, added to “3R"s”. In this paper, the 9 Green Building model houses do not meet the criteria of 7R"s. But, the Green Tomorrow of Samsung C & T Corporation meet the 6 criteria for 7R"s. This company is most comfortable at low carbon Green Building model houses. Conclusionally, introduction of eco-friendly technologies and amenities for the health of human and natural community life is to advance eco-friendly construction and enhance brand value of housing. By the way, The problem of eco-friendly architecture is initial investment and maintenance. Therefore, eco-friendly architecture and government has to try solving of this difficulty.

        바이오미미크리를 적용한 경기장 건축의 친환경 특성 및 계획 요소 분석

        Purpose: It is essential to secure sustainability and eco-friendliness in stadium construction, which is large in scale and consumes a lot of energy. As an alternative to this, biomimicry Architecture is emerging. In this paper, we tried to suggest the direction of the construction of the biomimicry stadium as an ideal future alternative. Therefore, we are going to investigate the current stadiums where biomimicry is applied, and check which natural characteristics are applied and how eco-friendly planning factors are reflected. Through this, this study aims to identify the main characteristics and advantages of eco-friendly stadiums that imitate nature, and which aspects of planning elements to focus on. Method: The main morphological characteristics and eco-friendly characteristics were checked centering on the 10 stadiums to which the biomimicry design was applied, and the eco-friendly planning elements applied to each stadium were checked. As for the analysis criteria, the overall eco-friendliness was analyzed by the application rate by checking the application of the basic 7 items of domestic green building certification. Result: As a result of the analysis, the stadium architecture following the imitation of natural forms serves as a landmark in a beautiful form, and the overall application rate of eco-friendly planning elements was investigated at 74.8%. In particular, indoor environment planning elements with natural design were applied the most at 94.1%, followed by maintenance at 93.3%, water resource management at 88%, materials and resources at 87.2%, ecological environment at 59.7%, and energy and environmental pollution at 51.1%.

      • 공간관류 측면에서 본 충북지역 전통주거건축 문의 생태적 특성에 관한 연구

        Although the industrialization of the West, which began in the late 18th century, brought material richness to mankind, the industrialization and urbanization to maintain the material civilization and the resulting indiscreet development of nature have caused many problems, such as the environmental pollution, destruction of an eco-system and depletion of natural resources. Of those problems, the environmental pollution has been expanded to the level threatening the survival of the human race. As a sympathy of such an environmental crisis was diffused, humans began to discuss the countermeasures against such environmental pollution on the global dimension, as well as to reflect on the material civilization of the west. Ecological architecture has been presented as a new paradigm for such discussions and alternatives in the architecture sector. In real architectural activities, the ecological architectural activities are actively conducted worldwide. In Korea, the cases and systems of foreign countries are indiscreetly used without filtering, not considering our own natural features and local attributes, even though environmentally friendly architecture and ecological architecture are experimentally planned. The purpose of this thesis is to closely examine the ecological features of the doors of the Korean traditional residences through the relations between the layout and doors, between the plane and doors and between the elevation and doors shown in the Korean traditional residential architecture in order to present the factors to be used in the modern residential architecture.

        환경 친화 건축에서 나타나는 경계의 의미 변화에 관한 연구

        In this study, the concept of environmental-friendly architecture, where environment is importantly regarded as a design concept in modern architecture and the meaning of boundary are examined. To apply properly design methodologies along with the importance of environment, the concept of environmental-friendly architecture should be first correctly established. And as the recent rapid development of technologies provides new possibilities for environmentally-friendly architecture, it is needed to have a new boundary concept and the interpretation of the meaning of boundary differentiated from the one of existing architecture. Recently the meaning of boundary is expanding its range to the relations with its neighboring environment beyond the relations with in and out of a space and has also the role as a medium for exchange and communication instead of breaking-off. Therefore, the boundary of environmental-friendly architecture alongside physical boundary is extended to the area for communication. Here, a basic boundary of architecture is maintained, but its meaning and expressions get natural shapes. The study deals with the analysis of the concept of environmental-friendly architecture and its changes from the perspective of times, environment and social backgrounds and seeks its appropriateness centered on environmental-friendly architecture since 1980s when the issues of human and environment were raised in earnest.

        오피스빌딩에서 생태학적 계획의 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 생태설계 방법 및 통합설계 단계별로 구분되는 현대 오피스 빌딩에 생태설계 방법을 적용한 외국의 사례가 있으며, 생태설계 방법 항목도 생태기술 사례, 에코그린 사례, 생태시 사례 등으로 분류하고 있다. 통합설계과정에 대한 분석은 계획단계, 계획 및 예비설계단계, 설계단계로 구분되며, 이 단계에 따라 사례의 생태적 특성으로 구분된다. 또한, 생태설계방법에 대한 분석은 토지이용계획, 질량설계, 피부설계, 공간계획, 재료설계, 에너지시스템, 자원재활용 등으로 구분되는데, 이 연구는 이러한 범주에 따라 사례의 생태적 특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 결과에 따르면, 계획 단계에 대한 설계 방향은 환경 친화적 변경, 저 에너지 및 저탄소, 수동 에너지 전략 등의 건축 모델에 따라 다양하게 설정된다. 계획 및 예비설계 단계에서는 에너지 설계, 기계서비스시스템 설계, 조명설계, 환기설계, 수도시스템 설계 등에 생태학 기술 케이스를 적극 적용하고 있으며, 생태학 케이스는 피부디자인의 생태기술에 집중하고 있다. 작업설계단계에서는 에코테크 사례가 소재 및 기계시스템 최적화의 다각적인 생태적 방법에 적용되고 있으나, 에코그린 사례는 부분적으로 생태기술에 적용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 향후 오피스빌딩이 시스템 제어방식에 적용되고 있는 생태학적건축과 자연원리에 따른 기술에 적용되고 있는 생태학적건축의 균형을 이루고 있다. In this study, there is foreign cases which ecological design method is applied on contemporary office buildings, which are classified into each items of ecological design method and integration design steps, and also items of ecological design method is classified into eco-tech cases, echo-green cases and eco-poetic cases. The analysis on integration design process is classified into planning step, planning and preliminary design step and design step, and according to these steps, it is classified into ecological characteristics of cases. Also, the analysis on ecological design method is classified into land use planning, mass design, skin design, space planning, materials design, energy system, resources recycling, which this study ,according to these categories, is analysised on ecological characteristics of cases. According to results being analysised in this study, design directions on planning step are diversely established on environment friendly alterations, architectural models of low-energy and low-carbon, passive energy strategy, etc. On planning and preliminary design step, eco-tech cases are actively applied on energy design, mechanical service system design, lighting design, ventilation design, water system design, while eco-green cases are concentrated on ecological technologies of skin design. On working design stage, eco-tech cases are applied on diversly ecological method of optimization in materials and mechanical system, tec, but eco-green cases are applied partially to ecological technology. Therefore, in this study, office buildings being in future, are balanced on eco-tech architecture being applied on system control method and eco-green architecture being applied on technology based on natural principles.

        생태중심적 사고와 현대 생태학적 건축의 상관적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study is inquiry into the relations and the common characteristics between ecological architecture and eco-centric environmental philosophy by making a comparative research. It begins with the intention of seeking for the foundation of ecological architecture in philosophy. Its purpose is to scope on the origin and the context of ecological architecture as the demand of the times from before modernism; to understand the position of ecological philosophy as architectural philosophical concept. The time scope of the study is from modern to contemporary architecture, and they are selected and categorized by their design concept and architectural ideology behind them rather than formal characteristics of ecological architecture focused on ecological paradigm. Their programs include public, commercial, and cultural among others. The unique, analogous and correlational characteristics and expressional differences of each building are analyzed; their distinctive elements in terms of environmental philosophy and environmental aesthetic elements in terms of ecological architecture are derived; their inter-relations are analyzed and testified; and finally the unveiled common elements between contemporary ecological architecture and eco-centric thought have their own philosophical foundation which leads to the theoretical foundation of ecological architecture.
