공동체의 교회사회사업적 의미와 그 모델로서 다일공동체에 대한 소연구

교회사회사업의 토대로서 인간의 본질은 하나님의 형상이다. 하나님 형상의 핵심은 삼위일체로서 공동체 개념의 근거다. 교회는 공동체로서 나타나는 하나님의 형상이다. 따라서 공동체는 인간의 복지를 위한 교회의 사명이기도 하다. 본 연구는 교회사회사업의 모델로서 다일공동체를 분석하고 그 정신과 특성을 설명함과 동시에 교회사회사업의 중요한 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 다일공동체는 ``다양성 가운데 일치``의 정신으로 포용에서 화해로, 화해에서 섬김으로, 섬김에서 순명으로 나아간다. 이러한 정신에 따라 영성을 수도하며, 함께 생활하고, 봉사로서 섬기며, 그리스도의 몸 된 교회를 이루어가고 있다. 영성은 모든 섬김의 기반이고, 섬김은 영성의 꽃이다. 이는 교회사회사업과 기독교사회복지의 이상적 모델을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the meaning of happiness as aim of The essence of human being that the church social work accept as its foundation is the image of God. The Trinity, the core of the image of God is the foundation of the concept of community. For the church is the image of God shown in the form of community, it is its duty to proceed the welfare of human being. In this study, Dail Community is analysed as a model of church social work and its spirit and attribute is explained to suggest and indicate the tasks of church social work. Dail Community, in the spirit of ``Union in diversity``, comes from tolerance to reconciliation, from reconciliation to devotion and from devotion to obedience. The community practices, lives and serves accordingly to its spirituality to form a church as the body of Jesus Christ. Spirituality is the foundation of all devotion and devotion is the essence of spirituality. This indicates the ideal model of church social work and Christian social welfare.

제4차 산업혁명 시대의 영성수련 - 다일영성수련의 회복과 치유사역을 중심으로 -

본 논문에서는 제 4차 산업혁명 시대의 영성수련을 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 삼았 으며, 지난 1999년 시작된 다일영성수련의 회복과 치유사역에 초점을 맞추었다. 지난 20년 동안, 약 2만 명의 사람들이 참가한 다일영성수련은 참가자로 하여금 세계관의 변화 그리고 영적치유와 회복을 경험하도록 하였다. 다일영성수련은 가난한 이들을 섬기고 사도적 활동을 행해 온 다일공동체의 핵심이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구 는 다일영성 수련동안 회복과 치유 사역의 사례 즉, 하나님과의 관계, 자신과의 관계 그리고 이웃과의 관계를 분석하였다. 제 4차 산업혁명은 인간의 소외와 고독, 대량실 업과 양극화 그리고 정체성의 문제 등 다양한 문제를 야기 시킨다. 특별히 인간본질 에 관한 의문과 하나님의 존재 그리고 하나님과 인간의 관계성에 대한 질문은 과학과 기술이 발달한 사회에서도 여전히 대두되는 질문이다. 이와 더불어 인간의 내면의 회 복과 치유는 중요한 사역이라고 할 수 있다. 다일영성수련은 내면의 치유와 회복을 통해 하나님과의 관계와 자신과의 관계 그리고 이웃, 특별히 가족과의 관계의 변화를 도모하였다. 이를 통하여 다일영성수련은 자신의 정체성과 인간의 본연의 목적이 무 엇인지 깨닫게 하여 새로운 삶을 살아가도록 돕고 있다. 최근 들어 4차 산업혁명의 도전은 현대인들의 삶과 신앙에게 강한 영향을 주고 있다. 따라서 한국교회와 목회자 들은 현대인들의 필요와 상처 그리고 갈망에 대하여 잘 섬길 수 있는 준비를 해야 하 며 다일영성수련의 회복과 치유사역을 통하여 배울 수 있는 점을 잘 수용해야 할 것 이다. 현대사회에서 회복과 치유사역은 한국개신교회와 현대인들을 활성화하는데 의 미가 있다고 주장하는 바이다. This research aims to investigate the Spiritual Training in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era. This study is focused on the recovery and healing ministry of Dail spiritual training since it started in 1999. During the last 20 years, 20,000 people take part in Dail spiritual training, then they change their world view and experience spiritual healing and recovery. Dail spiritual training is a core of the Dail community that serves the poor and plays apostolic activity. Therefore, this research analyzes the cases of recovery and healing ministry during Dail spiritual training, such as the relationship with God, self, and others. The 4th industrial revolution causes a variety of problems, including human alienation and solitude, mass unemployment and polarization, and identity problems. Questions about human nature, especially the existence of God and the relationship between God and man, are still emerging in a society where science and technology are advanced. Also human internal recovery and healing are important. The Dail spiritual training sought to change the relationship between God and himself and the relationship with neighbors, especially their families, through inner healing and recovery. Through this, the Dail spiritual training helps people to live new lives by realizing their identity and what is the original purpose of human beings. Recently, the challenge of the 4th Industrial Revolution has a strong influence on modern people’s life and faith. Therefore, the Korean Protestant church and pastors have to be ready to serve the need, wound, and desire of modern people and learn the recovery and healing ministry of Dail spiritual training. It claims that the recovery and healing ministry in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era is meant to revitalize Korean protestant churches and modern people.

다일의 영성은 "하나님 앞에서 내가 무엇을 하느냐?" 이전에 "나 자신이 누구이며? 어떤 사람이 되느냐?"에 더욱 관심이 있다. 행위보다도 존재에 관심을 두고 있기 때문이다. 외양이 아니라 내면이다. 종교적 신비나 이상이 아니라 현실입니다. 껍데기와 허상이 아니라 본질과 가치에 충실한 삶을 말한다. 다일의 영성은 생명으로 오신 예수님에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 생명만이 생명을 살릴 수 있기 때문에 어디서나 생명을 다룬다. 내게 주어진 삶을 사랑하며 모든 생명 있는 것들을 사랑하며 사는 삶이다. 그리하여 일상생활이 영성생활이 되고 영성생활이 일상생활이 되는 육화론적 영성생활이 진정한 영성생활이라고 여기고 살아가고 있다. The spirituality of Dail interests more in "Who am I" not in "What should I do in front of God" because the Dail focuses more on the being than doing. This is not appearance, but inner side and even reality, but a religious mystery. That means a life style which is faithful more to essence and value than to appearance and illusion. The spirituality of Dail is focused on Jesus who came to world as life. It deals with everywhere life for only life can save life. I love my life which is given to me, I love all the creature that has life. Thus everyday life becomes spiritual life.

본 논문은 한국 기독교의 영성운동과 사회봉사의 관계를 고찰하였다. 먼저, 기독교 영성이 무엇인지 알아보았다. 기독교 영성학자 샌드라 쉬나이더스(Sandra Schneiders)의 영성의 정의를 바탕으로 기독교 영성이 무엇인가를 자세히 살펴보았다. 다음으로, 위에서 살펴본 정의를 바탕으로 기독교 영성이 사회봉사와 어떤 관계가 있는지를 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 한국기독교 영성과 사회봉사의 관계를 보여주는 대표적인 두 가지 운동 즉, 귀일원과 다일공동체를, 그 출발점과 사회봉사의 관계, 영성훈련의 특징이라는 측면에서 고찰하였다. 결론적으로, 두 운동 모두 예수를 사랑하고 예수를 따르려는 것이 모든 활동의 동기였으며, 특히 사회봉사활동은 그 동기에서 나오는 자연스러운 영성훈련이었다. This paper studies the relationship between Korean Christian spirituality and social service. First, it deals with the definition of Christian spirituality. Using the definition of spirituality by Sandra Schneiders, this paper explores various aspects of Christian spirituality. Second, based on the definition, it develops how Christian spirituality relates to social service. Finally, this paper explores two representative Christian spiritual movements, Guiilwon and Dail Community, focusing on its beginning, its perspective on social service, and spiritual practices. In sum, for both movements, the motivations are to love and follow Jesus Christ and all their activities including social service have been naturally flowed from those motivations.
