SNA분석을 활용한 아시아-미주 항로의 해운네트워크 구조분석에 관한 연구

아시아-미주 해운네트워크 구조를 살펴보기 위해 SNA 분석을 실시하였다. 아시아-미주 항로에 기항중인 56개 항로를 분석대상으로 하였으며, 29개국 89개 항만이 포함되었다. 전체 분석결과, 연결중심성 중 Out Degree의 경우 Busan항이 가장 높은 순위로 나타났고, Singapore항, Kaohsiung항, Oakland항, Yantian, Tokyo항이 뒤를 이었다. In Degree에서는 Busan항, Singapore항, Ningbo항, Shanghai항, Xiamen항, Qingdao항 순으로 나타났다. 매개중심성에서는 Singapore가 가장 높은 값을 나타났고, Busan항, Kaohsiung항, Haifa항, Port Kelang항이 다음 순위로 나타났다. 근접중심성에서는 Singapore항이 가장 높게 나타났으며, Yantian항, Busan항, Kaohsiung항, Xiamen항이 다음 순위로 나타났다. 특히, 상위 순위를 가지는 Singapore항과 Busan 항은 천혜의 지리요건을 갖추고, 글로벌 환적항에 맞는 전략적 인센티브 지급을 통해 경쟁력을 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 선사는 본 연구에서 제시하는 분석결과를 활용하여 재편되는 얼라이언스에 대비하고, 경쟁력 있는 항만을 고려한 항로전략 수립이 가능하다. An SNA analysis was conducted to look at the Asia-U.S. shipping network structure. 56 routes on the Asia-U.S. route were targeted to analysis, with only 89 ports from 29 countries. Holistically, Busan port ranked highest in terms of out degree centrality, followed by the Port of Singapore, Kaohsiung Port, Port of Oakland, Yantian Port and Tokyo Port. As for the in degree centrality, Busan Port was followed by the port of Singapore, Ningbo Port, Shanghai Port, Xiamen Port and Qingdao Port. Meanwhile, in regards to the betweenness centrality, Port of Singapore showed the highest value followed by Busan port and Kaohsiung Port, Port of Haifa and Port Kelang. It also ranked highest in the closeness centrality, followed by Yantian port, Busan port, Kaohsiung port, and Xiamen port. The top-ranked ports of Singapore and Busan are known to have geographical requirements and secure competitiveness by providing strategic incentives to meet global transshipment ports. Using the analysis results presented in this study, shipping companies will be able to consider competitive ports to propose a route establishment strategy as well as prepare for any reorganization of alliances.
