        여군 전투복의 사이즈 보급 현황 분석

        본 연구는 국방표준에서 제시하는 여성 전투복의 표준치수와 공급되는 제품의 측정치수의 차이를 분석하였다. 측정 항목은 상의 14개 항목, 하의 9개 항목으로 구성되었다. 상의의 치수를 측정한 결과, 상의 길이는 더 길었고, 다른 품목은 모두 표준 치수보다 작은 것으로 나타났다. 하의의 경우, 대부분의 항목이 표준 치수보다 작았다. 그러나 상의와 하의의 부속은 정확한 표준 치수로 제작되었다. 지급된 전투복 중 상의는 14벌 중 8벌, 하의는 9벌 중 6벌이 허용 공차 범위를 벗어남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 전투복 제작 후 전문검사업체를 통해 제품을 정확하게 관리할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 또한, 각 제조사가 동일한 크기의 전투복을 생산할 수 있도록 상세한 작업 지시서가 필요하다. This study aimed to, analyze differences between the standard dimension of female combat uniforms presented in national defense standards and the measured dimension the supplied products. Measurement items included 14 items for tops and 9 items for bottoms. As a result, the measurements of the tops indicated that the top length was longer while, all other items were smaller than the standard dimension. In the case of bottoms, most items were smaller than the standard dimension. However, accessories for the tops and bottoms were manufactured to the exact standard dimensions. Among supplied combat uniforms, 8 out of 14 for tops and 6 out of 9 for bottoms were outside the tolerance range. Therefore, a system capable of accurately managing the product through a professional inspection company is needed after producing combat uniforms. Furthermore, a technical package is required so that each manufacturer can produce the same sizes of combat uniforms.

        Biocompatibility of bioaggregate cement on human pulp and periodontal ligament (PDL) derived cells

        연구목적: 본 연구는 인간의 치수 및 치근단 조직에서 유리된 세포를 이용하여 비교적 최근 소개된 Bioaggregate의 생체친화성을 평가하는 데에 있다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 사람의 발거치로 부터 치수 및 치근단 조직에서 배양된 세포를 이용하였다. Bioaggregate와 white MTA를 혼합하여 세포배양판에 적용한 후 같은 수의 세포를 배양하였다. 1, 3, 그리고 7일 후 위상차현미경을 사용하여 세포의 부착과 성장을 관찰하고 cell viability test를 시행하였다. 얻어진 결과는 Student t-test및 one way ANOVA를 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 두가지 종류의 세포 모두 Bioaggregate와 MTA가 혼합된 배양판에서 잘 성장하였으며 Bioaggregate군에서는 inhibition zone이 관찰되지 않았다. Cell viability test에서 두 그룹간 통계적인 유의성 차이는 없었다. 결론: Bioaggreagete는 치수 및 치근단 세포에 대하여 MTA와 유사한 세포친화성을 보였다. Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the biocompatibility of newly introduced Bioaggregate on human pulp and PDL cells. Materials and Methods: Cells were collected from human pulp and PDL tissue of extracted premolars. Cell culture plate was coated either with Bioaggregate or white MTA, then the same number of cells were poured to cell culture dishes. Cell attachment and growth was examined under a phase microscope after 1,3 and 7 days of seeding. Cell viability was measured and the data was analyzed using Student t-test and one way ANOVA. Results: Both types of cells used in this study were well attached and grew healthy on Bioaggregate and MTA coated culture dishes. No cell inhibition zone was observed in Bioaggregate group. There was no statistical difference of viable cells between bioaggreagte and MTA groups. Conclusions: Bioaggregate appeared to be biocompatible compared with white MTA on human pulp and PDL cells.

        간호사복의 치수적합성과 디자인 만족도에 관한 연구

        This study was aimed at investigating the satisfaction in relation to clothing design and size-fit for nurse uniform in Korea. The subjects were 986 female nurses working in 12 hospitals selected by convenience sampling. The data were collected by questionnaires. Using SPSS package, frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and SNK test were conducted. The results were divided into 2 categories as follows; 1) Results of the satisfaction with the size-fit and size system of the nurse uniforms : Nurses satisfied at the individual size-fit system than ready-made size system. There was a considerable difference of the satisfaction with the size-fit depending on age and clinical career. And more than half of nurses were needed the concrete and precise size system. 2) Results of the actual design condition and clothing satisfaction : Nurses wore two-piece pants suits more than classical designed one-piece style. The princess-line, convertible collar and yoke design were preferred for nurse uniform with the high satisfaction. 41.6 percent of respondents used the cap obligatory and the white color and a patterned textile were generally used. The used fabrics were only polyester and cotton/polyester mixed spinning.

        3D 프린팅을 위한 굵은 골재가 포함된 콘크리트의 압출성 확보를 위한 배합설계 프로세스

        기존 대부분의 3D 콘크리트 프린팅 연구는 모르타르를 재료로 활용하고 있다. 다만, 굵은 골재를 포함한 콘크리트에 비해 모르타르를 사용할 경우에는 높은 바인더 함량과 잔골재량으로 인하여 경제성이 저하될 수 밖에 없다. 따라서, 3D 프린팅 기술의 건설산업 적용 확대를위해서는 굵은 골재를 사용한 콘크리트 3D 프린팅에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 굵은 골재가 포함된 3D 프린팅 용 콘크리트의 배합설계 프로세스를 제안하고자 하였다. 다양한 문헌연구 및 배합실험을 참고하여 3D 프린팅에 적합한 배합을 도출하였으며, 출력실험을 통하여압출성을 검증하였다. 콘크리트 배합의 증점제(Viscosity modifying agent, VMA) 함량을 출력실험의 변수로 설정하였으며, 출력된 필라멘트의 치수 적합성, 골재분포도, 표면 품질을 평가하여 압출성능을 검증하였다. 실험결과, VMA의 함량이 높은 배합이 더 우수한 치수 적합성과표면 품질을 보였으며, VMA 함량이 다름에도 불구하고 모든 배합에서 골재분포가 균등하게 나타났다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 굵은 골재가 포함된 콘크리트의 압출성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 배합설계 프로세스를 도출하였다. Mortar has been applied in most previous studies on 3D concrete printing. In such cases, however, the economic efficient cannot help decreasing due to higher binder contents and larger amount of fine aggregates. In order to enhance the applicability of 3D printing technology to construction industry, therefore, 3D concrete printing technology utilizing coarse aggregates needs to be developed further. This study aims at proposing the mix design process of concrete containing coarse aggregates for 3D printing. Based on extensive literature review and experimental studies, the mix proportion suitable for 3D printing has been derived, and the extrudability of concrete with coarse aggregates has been verified through 3D printing tests. The primary variable of the extrudability tests was the contents of viscosity modifying agent (VMA), and the extrudability was quantitatively evaluated by measuring dimensions, distribution of aggregates, and surface quality of 3D-printed filaments. The test results showed that the dimensional suitability and surface quality were improved as the VMA contents were larger, and the coarse aggregates were evenly distributed in the section of filament regardless of the VMA contents. Based on the test results, the mix design process for concrete containing coarse aggregates for 3D printing has been proposed.

        동작기능성과 치수적합성을 반영한 20대 태권도복 패턴 연구: 외관 평가와 동작기능성 평가를 중심으로

        Originating in South Korea, Taekwondo has been globally popular among individuals who desire to improve their health in a unique fashion. The Taekwondo uniform, one of the essential factors within the sport, needs to possess both functionality and size suitability to support dynamic movements within Taekwondo. This study investigated the development of patterns in Taekwondo uniforms by suggesting patterns that reflect physical suitability derived from appearance tests and movement functionality tests of the uniforms. More specifically, we selected a sample uniform and conducted a dressing test, which considered both the aesthetics and the functionality of the garment. Then, we considered size suitability, which allowed us to design practical Taekwondo uniform patterns that encompassed more variation in body sizes of both men and women. The result of the dressing test was that women's uniforms typically required more factors compared to men's uniforms due to women's relatively smaller physiques. Based on this result, we revised the pattern to also encompass the minor differences in uniforms between men and women. In the end, the Taekwondo uniforms for women required more modifications than those for men.

        여군 전투복의 치수 및 동작적합성 평가

        This study investigated the problems of Korean female combat uniforms and collected primary data for developing new combat uniforms with improved functionality. We analyzed fit and motion suitability by administering a questionnaire evaluating the current uniforms to 20 Korean female soldiers. The evaluation of fit suitability found that satisfaction with the combat uniforms was generally high. However, short sleeve length, large wrist circumference, small hip circumference, large ankle circumference, and low crotch height were discomfort factors. In the evaluation of motion suitability, dissatisfaction was found with the sleeve circumference, elbow circumference, armhole circumference, knee crease and crotch height, and back waist height during motion. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a more segmented size system that suits the physique of current female soldiers and to devise appropriate solutions for improving motion suitability. This study is meaningful for its evaluation of the current combat uniform of female soldiers, and it is expected to serve as a reference for the future development of military combat uniforms for this group.

        한국 남자 군인 현 방한복의 치수, 동작적합성 만족도에 관한 연구

        This study investigates the problems of fitness and motion suitability for Korean male military winter jackets (inner and outer) and provides data for new pattern development. We analyzed fitness and motion suitability by a questionnaire survey with 140 Korean male soldiers and a wearing evaluation with 7 subjects of central army male size. A survey of male soldiers indicated that the fitness and motion suitability satisfaction was over 3.0 (Likert scale) for both inner and outer jackets. There were opinions that the sleeve length was short for the inner jacket and the waist girth and hem girth was slightly large for the outer jacket. In the wearing evaluation results with subjects of central army male size, fitness of total length, sleeve length and collar height showed a score lower than 3.0 for the inner jacket and collar height on the outer jacket. The motion suitability result showed a low score (1.0-2.0) in an arm raising motion for the inner jacket and 2.0-3.0 at neck motion in the outer jacket. In conclusion, there is more dissatisfaction in inner jackets than outer jackets. For the inner jacket, sleeve is short, sleeve hem is narrow, collar height is a little high and the sleeve creeps up during arm motion. The waist girth and hem girth was slightly large and collar height was a little high for the outer jacket.
