        제로에너지 정책·제도 변화에 따른 이슈 및 트랜드 분석 연구

        2020년 BAU대비 30%의 온실가스를 줄이기 위해 건설 산업에서의 온실가스저감을 위한 제로에너지건축물 구축기술의 연구개발이 이루어지고 있다. 최근 제로에너지건축물 기반 구축과 상용화를 통해 의무화로 정책이 추진됨에 따라 제로에너지건축물 인센티브제도 현황 및 에로사항 파악을 통한 기술 지원 및 확대 방안을 강구해야한다. 제로에너지건축물을 구현하기 위해서는 패시브 강화(에너지효율등급 1++이상) 및 에너지자립율 달성(20% 이상)을 위한 신재생에너지 설치 등으로 인한 과다한 공사비가 발생됨에 따라 보급 활성화에 주 문제점으로 제시되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 제로에너지건축물 보급 활성화를 위해 제로에너지인증을 위한 주요 문제점 및 해결 방안 등을 제시하였으며, 최근 제로에너지건축물 의무화에 따른 정책 변화를 분석하였다.

        The environmental impact of a building throughout its life-cycle: construction, maintenance, operation and demolition, is enormous. Considering the fact that buildings annually consume more than 30~40% of the total energy and emit 45% of CO2, it is urgent to develop design method and technologies to realize Zero Energy Building. Globally, technologies to reduce the building energy consumption have been developed in the form of passive solar house, self-sufficient house and zero energy house. Yet, these approaches tend to focus on only building operational energy by applying high performance glazing, super insulation, heat recovery system and renewable energy technologies, while cases in the United States tend to put more consideration on material selection in order to reduce embodied energy. Embodied energy is a key factor to reduce total building energy consumption because the proportion of embodied energy tends to rise as building's thermal performance increases.

        잉겐호벤의 시기별 개념변천에 나타나는 지속가능성의 분석에 관한 연구 - 슈퍼그린의 개념 분석을 중심으로 -

        The Purpose of this study, we aimed to expand the concept of sustainability by conducting a time-periodic analysis of the conceptual change in Christoph Ingenhoven’s understanding of architectural sustainability, which moves beyond the limits of most planned eco-friendly architectural approaches and relies solely on physical control technology. To conduct this analysis, we first considered Supergreen, the sustainability concept Ingenhoven has developed. We conducted a time-periodic analysis based on references that encompassed the process of his architectural concept’s time-periodic change. Our analysis of two datasets enabled us to infer the interrelation between the detailed characteristics of sustainability formed by time-period and to identify three general time-periodic conceptual approaches : Organic-functionalism, Bio-form, and Environmental Unity System-Based Architectural Typology. Our findings showed that these approaches are not applied independently, but function as a structure in which concepts were continually extended and linked via interation. The four components of the Supergreen concept – Holistic Approach and Responsibility, Healthy Environment, Green Urban, and Identity Establishment – are thought to serve as significant clues in tracing the methodological evolution of architectural applications.

        친환경건축물 인증제도 평가방법 개선 연구

        지구의 환경문제와 에너지 부족에 대한 관심은 환경친화적이고 지속가능한 개발에 대한 연구와 적용이 전 세계적으로 계속되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 건축 및 도시계획분야에서는 친환경건축물 인증과 에너지 인증이 시행되고, 지속적 인 연구와 이를 뒷받침하는 제도를 개정하고 있다. 친환경 건축물 인증제도는 건물의 친환경 성능을 평가하고 친환경성능을 제시하여 대상건물을 평가하는 도구이며, 현재 우리나라를 비롯하여 세계 주요국가에서 시행 중이다. 본 연구에서는 미국, 영국, 일본 등 주요국가의 친환경건축물 인증기준을 중심으로 최근에 업데이트된 인증제도의 특징 및 평가방법을 분석하여 향후 국내 친환경건축물 인증제도의 개선 및 연구방향에 대해 제시하였다. 첫째, 친환경건축물인증항목에서 환경관리부문 보행자 자전거안전부문 경관부문과 에너지 운용체계 관리 부문은 인증항목에 추가적으로 고려해야겠다. 둘째, 한국의 친환경건축물 인증기준에서 에너지부문에 대한 배점을 높게 하는 방향으로 개선을 할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 셋째, 인증기준의 평가 방법에서는 한국의 경우도 다양한 등급방식에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. Recently, energy and environment problems are serious all over the world. Therefore, environmental conferences in international society have held on Rio de Janeiro from UNCED in 1992 upward (United Nations Conference on Environment and Development) for countermeasure of environmental matters. Such developed countries as United States, Japan, Canada and British are to take effect building performance certification criteria what is certification system of environment for promotion in aspects of Green Buildings. Korea is enforcing Green Building Certification Criteria (GBCC) for multi-unit residential building, mixed-use dwellings, office and school. And now GBCCs for stores and accommodations are under development. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze about standards and assessment of certification systems which are LEED in USGBC since 1993 in United States, BREEAM since 1991 in United Kindom, CASBEE in Japan and GBCC of KGBC in state-run organization since 2002 and ``Environment-friendly Building Guidelines`` of Seoul to be recently driven. This study shows that sevaral fators, such as environtmantal management, pedestrian safety, urban scape and ennergy operation system, are considered Korean Green Building Certification Criteria. In addition, GBCC is needed to improve scoring system and ranking system by considering developed countries cases Higher score in energy section.

        모듈러 시스템을 적용한 주거용 건축물에서의 제로 에너지 계획 방안

        This study aims to verify the effectiveness by applying a modular method in preparation for the mandatory certification of zero energy in private buildings in 2025, and eventually distribute zero energy buildings. Currently, modular methods are applied to small public buildings, and little research has been done on the modular application of private buildings. Therefore, we analyze the issues that new residential buildings need to be certified for zero energy. In this work, we will analyze and simulate previous studies to create basic data for low carbon societies. We want to change passive design such as area of the windows, Infiltrate performance, and insulation performance to implement as close to zero-energy buildings as possible. In this paper, we obtain zero-energy certification and verify that a modular approach can be applied to present the method.

        주거용 건축물의 환기시스템 관련 제도 분석 및 개선 방향 제안 - 기계 환기시스템의 팬 에너지 절감을 중심으로

        Currently, laws and rating systems related to residential ventilation systems focus on improving indoor air quality and responding to fine dust problems rather than energy saving technologies. In terms of energy savings, the ventilation system of an apartment house has a large ripple effect because a system developed for an apartment house can be applied to several households at the same time. The purpose of this study is to analyze the laws, rules, rating systems, and existing literatures related to residential ventilators, and to derive a system improvement plan for reducing ventilation energy of residential buildings. Through the analysis of domestic policies, laws and rating systems related to residential ventilation systems, the performance standards were analyzed with energy-related provisions of mechanical ventilation systems applied in residential buildings. The basic performance of mechanical ventilation systems of residential buildings should comply with the Rules on facility Standards of Buildings. However, energy savings need not to be considered mandatory. For this reason, firstly through the analysis of existing research, room-by-room control and bypass control were derived as ventilation energy reduction technologies. and filed experiments were conducted to verify the technology. As a result of the field test, when the bypass mode was applied, it was reduced by 42~55% compared to the heat recovery ventilation mode. When room-by-room control is applied, fan power can be reduced by 8 to 49% compared to all-room control. In this study, based on the research results, improvement proposals for ventilation-related laws, rules and rating systems were proposed. It is to reflect the contents of room-by-room control and bypass control in the residential ventilation system.

        2025년 의무화 로드맵에 따른 공공시설 제로에너지건축물 인증제도 시장 수용성

        The ZEB certification system has come into effect since 2018 according to the ZEB road map. From 2020, the public buildings with the total floor area smaller than 3000 ㎡ are the target of the certification, and it will be extended to the buildings with up to 5000 ㎡ floor area in 2025. However, current mandatory regulations for public office buildings seem already to meet the ZEB certification system planned for 2025. In this work, two buildings belong to 3,000~5,000 ㎡ in total floor area were selected to analyze the possibility of meeting the ZEB certification only by following current obligation regulations. Results showed that the test buildings satisfied the minimum building energy efficiency and energy self-sufficiency rates for the ZEB certification when the mandatory insulation and installation ratio of renewable energy are applied. This can be useful for revising the road map or extending the target buildings of the ZEB certification.

        An inflow of daylight to the room offers comfortable view environment, psychological and physical security to people in the room and there are merits such as a work efficiency and energy saving. But. it has many problems as an excessive direct sunlight, cooling and heating. We can expect to have energy saving effect for illumination with comfortable view environment creation through control on height of roller shade. This study will be a used a fundamental approach to control on height of roller shade to changing daylight.
