본 연구는 조현병의 신경과학적 연구에 대한 흐름을 알아봄으로써 임상가들에게 조현병 환자 치료의 토대를 제공하고, 보다 효과적인 치료를 선정하는데 도움이 되고자 하였다. 현재까지 조현병 환자의 신경 과학적 연구는 매우 활발히 이루어지고 있는데, 본 고찰에서는 조현병의 발생에 대한 연구와 조현병으로인한 신경해부학적 기능 이상에 초점을 두고 살펴보았다. 조현병의 발생과 관련된 연구는 신경생화학적 이상, 신경발달적 모델, 뇌단백물질, 뇌유래신경영양인자에 대한 근거들을 다루었으며, 조현병의 신경해부학적 기능 이상에 대해서는 주로 신경영상학적 특징들에 근거하였다. 결론적으로, 조현병은 광범위한 기능적 손실을 가져오는 정신과적 질환으로 이제까지 원인과 치료에 대한 많은 연구들이 실행되고 있지만 아직 명백한 결과를 가져오지는 못하고 있다. 그러나 이제까지 밝혀진 많은 근거들은 임상가들이 조현병 환자를 치료하고 재활함에 있어서 충분한 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 앞으로도 조현병의 원인 규명과 치료에 대한 다양한 신경과학적 연구가 진행될 것으로 보인다.

신경성 식욕부진증의 생물학-Treasure의 모델에 근거하여

Anorexia nervosa is a physical and psychosocial disorder that occurs most frequently in adolescent girls and young adult women. A decade ago, anorexia nervosa was rare outside of the developed western countries. However, it is now becoming a common clinical problem among young women in Korea. It is not enough to merely focus on relieving patients from the symptoms of "not eating," which is a practice that has been adopted by some forms of hospital care. The evidence base to guide treatment is limited. Nevertheless, there is the hope that a better understanding of the factors that play a role in the initiation and maintenance of disordered eating behaviors may be lead to more sophisticated treatments. This review aims to look beyond the overt "not eating" phenotype of anorexia nervosa and considers eating disorder endophenotypes based on Treasure's model. The first part of the review sets the basis for a framework of potential eating disorder endophenotypes. A description of the evidence of disordered eating behaviors as well as the clinical and psychopathological features associated with the central control of appetite follow. Finally, we describe how endophenotypes can be translated into treatments.

컴퓨터의 파동이 간절한 염원을 담고 있는 실험 대상자의 파동에 기꺼이 공명한 결과다. 이런 협력은 파동이 정확히 일치되거나 조화를 이룰 때 가능 한 일이다. 우리는 주변의 사물을 인식하는데 주로 신체의 오감을 사용해 왔기 때문에 마음의 파동처럼 눈으로 확인할 수 없는 힘에 대해, 그것이 원하는 일을 실현시킨다는 사실에 대해 잘 이해하지 못한다. 그러나 에너지 (파동으로 측정할 수 있는)는 물질에 선행한다. 모든 사물은 눈에 보이는 물질로 탄생하기 이전에는 에너지의 형태로 존재한다. 에너지와 에너지는 서로 자유롭게 지속적으로 교류하고, 그 에너지의 교류는 파동의 상호작용을 통해 이루어질 뿐 아니라 시간과 공간에 얽매이지도 않는다. 즉, 당신의 파동이 다른 파동에게로 다가가서 그들을 보다 막강한 파동으로 변화시키는 것이다. Rise and fall of a group is related to the amount of informaton which is multiply of number of population by amount of information of each person. The information exchange speed is supersonic in the era of web 2.0 and the exchange has no barrier of time and space. In this era, in order to sustain the Korean Buddhist culture, we need to establish the Buddist information exchange system such as librarians, archive centers.
