성인 초기의 감정표현불능성향과 폭식행동과의 관계에서 사회적 문제해결능력의 매개효과

본 연구는 감정표현불능성향과 폭식행동의 관계에서 사회적 문제해결능력의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2018년 3년 1월~3월 24일까지 수도권 지역의 만 20세∼40세까지의 성인 초기 남, 녀 527명을 대상으로 감정표현불능성향, 사회적 문제해결능력, 폭식행동 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0으로 통계처리 하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과를 요약하면, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인 초기의 감정표현불능성향과 사회적 문제해결능력, 폭식행동과 사회적 문제해결능력은 모두 유의미한 부적 상관관계, 감정표현불능성향과 폭식행동은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 감정표현불능성향과 폭식행동과의 관계에서 사회적 문제해결능력의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 연구모형과 경쟁모형을 설정하고 이를 검증한 결과, 사회적 문제해결능력이 완전매개하는 경쟁모형이 더 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 성인 초기의 폭식행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들을 확인하여 폭식행동의 치료 및 예방을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료를 제공하였다. This study attempted to investigate the mediating effects of social problem solving ability in the relationship between emotion expression inability disposition and binge eating behavior in the early adulthood. Thus, from January 3, 2018 to March 24, 2018, this study conducted a questionnaire survey using emotion expression inability disposition, social problem solving ability, and binge eating behavior scales on the subjects of 527 men and women aged 20 to 40 years in their early adulthood in the Seoul metropolitan area. For the data analysis, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, emotion expression inability disposition and social problem solving ability, and binge eating behavior and social problem solving ability of early adulthood showed a significant negative correlation, and emotion expression inability disposition and binge eating behavior showed a significant positive correlation. Second, to investigate the mediating effect of social problem solving ability in the relationship between emotion expression inability disposition and binge eating behavior, in the results of setting up a research model and a competitive model and verifying them, the competitive model fully mediated by the social problem solving ability was found to be more appropriate. The results of this study provide basic data for grasping strategies for the treatment and prevention of binge eating behavior by identifying the main variables affecting binge eating behavior of early adulthood.

그루밍에 관한 형사입법의 쟁점 검토

성범죄의 성부를 논할 때 항거불능한 폭력을 요구하는 최협의 폭행․협박의 법리는 지나치게 경직적이며, 피해자의 구체적 사정을 고려해야 한다는 비판을 받고 있다. 최근에는 판결에서 피해자의 사정을 고려해 항거불능의 법리를 완화하는 해석을 하는 경향을 보이는데, 그 같은 사정으로 고려될 수 있는 것이 심리적 조종이다. 이는 피해자를 심리적으로 압박해 적극적으로 저항하지 못하게 하는 것인데, 이를 지칭하는 개념 중 그루밍 개념은 사회적으로 이슈가 되면서 판결과 입법 영역에서도 쟁점으로 고려하고 있다. 이는 피해자와 친밀감, 신뢰감 등을 형성하면서 심리적으로 길들여 성적 행위를 거부하기 어렵게 만든다는 것이다. 본래 이 개념은 인접학문 영역에서 형성되었기에 일관된 법적 정의를 찾기 어렵다. 그러나 이를 쟁점으로 삼아 논하는 것은 법적 사고에 기여하는 바가 있다. 일반적으로 심리적 조작행위가 있을 때 범죄 구성요건과의 결부 정도에 따라 그 의미가 다르다. 폭력적 행위가 동반될 경우 심리적 조작까지 검토하지 않아도 범죄의 성부를 인정할 수 있고, 비폭력적인 행위가 있었는데 심리적 조작을 바탕으로 한 경우 범죄구성요건이 해당될지 해석해 볼 수 있다. 그런데 심리적으로 길들이려 조작을 시도하는 단계는 일반적으로 실정법상 구성요건에 해당하지 않는다. 적극적으로 피해자를 보호하려는 형사정책은 이 단계에 주목한다. 이는 심리적인 조작의 시도 자체를 범죄화해 초기에 억지하자는 것이며, 그루밍의 범죄화한다는 것은 이 단계를 범죄 구성요건으로 규정하는 것이다. 해외 각국에서 아동 성착취를 방지하고자 아동 대상의 성적 그루밍을 시도하는 단계부터 범죄로 규정하고 있으며 성적 목적으로 만남을 유인, 권유, 설득하는 단계부터 처벌한다. 이 같은 입법은 심정형법화, 형사법의 전단계화로 이어질 수 있어 엄격한 검토가 필요하며, 예외적으로만 규율되어야 한다. 한국의 ‘온라인 그루밍‘ 입법은 온라인 그루밍을 방지하려는 목적에서 제정되었는데, 행위유형이 성적 대화에 참여시키는 행위, 성을 사고파는 행위를 유인, 권유하는 행위로 제한적이다. 이처럼 제한적인 범위 내에서만 규정하고 있어 행위정형성은 있으나, ’그루밍‘ 입법의 제정목적에 부응하기는 어렵다고 보인다. 법 규정에 행위유형을 추가하는 등의 방식으로 이 같은 괴리를 해결하기 위한 고찰이 필요하다. The requirement of the most narrative type in the degree of inability to resist in the crime of rape has been criticized for the reason that the victims’ specific circumstances are not likely to be taken into account under such conditions. In response to criticism, there has been a tendency to mitigate the requirement in legal judgments. In particular, the concept of ‘grooming’ has begun to be widely considered. It is referred to as psychological pressure on victims to prevent them from actively resisting sexual crime. Although it is difficult to find a consistent definition of grooming, this concept can contribute to legal thinking related to sexual crimes. In general, the stage of attempting psychological manipulation has not been a requirement of a crime under the current law. Criminal policy to actively protect victims pays attention to this stage by criminalizing it. Offenders can be punished when attracting, soliciting, and persuading children to meet them in sexual purposes by the law. However, such legislation needs to be strictly reviewed and should be regulated only exceptionally. In Korea, ‘Online Grooming’ legislation stipulates the types of behavior as a crime which are limited to the act of engaging in sexual conversation or encouraging the act of buying and selling sex through online. As it is regulated only within such a limited range, it is difficult to meet the original purpose. Therefore, it is necessary to consider adding a type of behavior.

비교법연구 : 장애여성의 성적 자기결정권의 형사법적 보호에 관한 고찰 -성폭력특별법 제8조와 독일형법 제179조와의 비교를 중심으로-

장애여성은 정신적·신체적 장애로 인하여 원하지 않는 성관계에 대한 저항의사를 형성 내지 표현하기가 어렵다보니 손쉽게 성폭력범죄의 피해자로 전락한다. 이러한 장애여성의 성적 자기결정권을 보호하기 위하여 1994년 ``성폭력특별법``이 제정되었고, 성폭력특별법 제8조(장애인에 대한 간음 등)는 이를 위한 대표적 규정이다. 그러나 형법 내지 성폭력특별법을 통한 장애여성의 성적 자기결정권의 보호가 제대로 이루어지고 있는지는 의문이다. 무엇보다 법원이 성폭력특별법 제8조에 규정된 ``항거불능의 상태``의 의미를 심리적 또는 물리적으로 반항이 절대적으로 불가능하거나 현저히 곤란한 경우로 지나치게 엄격하게 해석함으로써 성폭력특별법 제8조의 위반죄로 기소된 사건에 대해 무죄를 선고해 왔기 때문이다. 하지만 2007년 대법원은 그 동안의 태도에서 벗어나 성폭력특별법 제8조의 ``항거불능의 상태``의 의미를 "신체장애 또는 정신상의 장애 그 자체로 항거불능의 상태에 있는 경우뿐 아니라 신체장애 또는 정신상의 장애가 주된 원인이 되어 심리적 또는 물리적으로 반항이 불가능하거나 현저히 곤란한 상태에 이른 경우를 포함"하는 것으로 완화하여 해석함으로써 장애여성의 성적 자기결정권의 보호에 커다란 전환점을 이루는 계기를 마련하였다. 따라서 본 글에서는 정신적·신체적 장애로 인하여 성적인 자기방어를 할 수 없는 장애여성의 성적 자기결정권을 성폭력특별법 제8조를 통해 달성할 수 있는지, 문제가 있다면 그 원인은 어디에 있으며 개선방안은 무엇인지를 항거불능자에 대한 성적 남용죄를 규정한 독일형법 제179조 및 제177조 제1항 제3호와의 비교법적 시각에서 고찰하였다. 장애여성의 성적 자기결정권의 보호를 위해서는 가해자의 관점으로부터 피해자인 장애여성의 관점으로 관점의 전환이 필요하고, 장애여성의 성적 자기결정권의 보호는 성적 자기결정권의 올바른 해석이 하나의 해결책이 될 수 있음을 결론으로 도출하였다.

성별불쾌감(gender dysphoria, GD)에 따른 성별변경에 대한 일고찰 : 외국의 입법례 및 판례를 중심으로 우리나라의 입법방향 제고

최근 우리 사회가 직면한 화두는 편견과 차별이다. 그 가운데 성별변경은 매우 민감한 법적 쟁점의 하나이다. 전 세계에서 처음으로 성전환수술을 받고 성별변경을 한 공식적 기록은 Einar Wegener의 사례이다. 그는 1882년 덴마크에서 남성으로 태어나 1904년 Gerda Gottlieb라는 여성과 결혼생활 중 성별정체성을 깨닫고 여성으로서의 삶을 살아가기로 결정한 후, 네 번의 성전환수술을 거쳐, 개명 및 성별정정을 통해 Lili Elbe라는 여성으로 젠더전환에 성공했다. 이 사례처럼, 출생 시 타고난 성별과 인식하는 성별 사이의 차이를 느끼는 경우 성별불쾌감을 완화시키기 위하여 호르몬 요법이나 성전환수술, 안면 성형 수술 등 기타 외과수술 등을 실시하곤 한다. 그리고 최종적으로는 자신의 법적 성별을 스스로가 인식하고 있는 성별로 승인받기를 원한다. 우리나라 현행법에는 성별불쾌감 등으로 인한 성별변경을 규정하는 법률 없이 대법원규칙 ｢성전환자의 성별정정허가신청사건 등 사무처리지침｣으로 처리하고 있다. 사무처리지침은 제정당시 제6조에서 성별정정의 허가기준을 규정하고 있었다. 그런데 사무처리지침이 개정되는 과정에서 이 요건이 ‘조사사항’에서 다시 최근 ‘참고사항’으로 개정되었다. 따라서 본고에서는, 이와 관련하여 개념정의 및 성별구분 기준(Ⅱ)과 입법 관련 국내 논의 동향 및 입법의 필요성에 대해 검토(Ⅲ)한 다음, 제 외국의 법적 성별변경 요건(Ⅳ)을 살펴봄으로써 우리 대법원이 제시한 성별변경 요건의 타당성에 대해 검토(Ⅴ)해 보았다. In the current Korean law, there is no law that regulates gender change due to gender discomfort, etc., but the Supreme Court Rule “Guidelines for handling cases of transgender people applying for permission for gender reassignment, etc.” At the time of enactment, Article 6 of the Office Management Guidelines stipulated the criteria for permission for gender reassignment. However, in the process of revising the Office Handling Guidelines, this requirement was recently revised from ‘Investigation Matters’ to ‘References’. Therefore, in this paper, the Supreme Court of Korea examines the definition of the concept and gender classification criteria (Ⅱ), the trend of domestic debate and the necessity of legislation (Ⅲ), and then examines the requirements for legal gender change in other countries (IV). The validity of the proposed gender change requirement was reviewed (V).

장정일 시에 나타난 자기반영성 연구 - 시집『서울에서 보낸 3주일』을 중심으로 -

As Jang Jeong-il's fourth collection of poems titled 『Three Weeks of Having Been Spent in Seoul』 is a book of poetry, which embodied the introspection on himself and writing with finishing the 1980s, it is significant in considering the self-reflexive poetic world in Jang Jeong-il who specified consciousness amidst a relationship with the whole society in the late 1980s and who had sought a new poetic strategy through destroying and de-constructing what is poetic before it. In a critique titled 「Planet of the Apes: Romantic longings of appearing in young poets of the 1980s」, Jang Jeong-il is mentioning a limitation of romantic escape in young poets of the 1980s as "the image of lightly vanishing into the Planet of the Apes with failing to finally solve such problem while knocking against the problematic fetters such as out of communication→in the middle of tube→refuge of sex→time bomb even if having correctly grasped life as a huge torture place." But it may pay attention to what Jang Jeong-il is clarifying the sense of a pinch hitter on poetry in young poets of the 1980s through pointing out the limitation. Even though being slightly left the heaviness of sin consciousness as saying of having neglected or connived a system of being tinged with guilt, or the suppression of ideology that the poets in the 1980s have, Jang Jeong-il expresses this period with the poet's clearly unusual lyricism. That is because of being able to confirm that the collection of poetry titled 『Three Weeks of Having Been Spent in Seoul』 is overcoming such problematic characteristic with Jang Jeong-il's unique world view as well as particularly containing problematic feature that Jang Jeong-il himself mentioned. Also, a fact is being noted that the poets in the 1980s proceed with sinking thoughtlessly in novelty of phenomenon, not what secretly explores such presence state with concentrating on deeply clarifying the vain of the present. As for poets in the 1980s, 'city' is represented as utopia of having produced life of exploitation that is dotted with distrust and corruption. The commercialized city in definite absence & loss, and limitless mumbling became the sole text in those days. Jazz & pop song, all kinds of pornographies, and America's popular novels & movies, which are mentioned as Urban poem, is symbolic expression of deviation and freedom. Jang Jeong-il came to know that it was fantasy without the possibility when having come to recognize the reality that the city Seoul, which had become the subject of desire, is the absence of prospect, thereby having aimed to satisfy a realistic desire through sex, which had been another fantasy. As much as the poets in the 1980s dream of and yearn for utopia, the pain of the present world, which is hidden behind it, cannot be proportional. Thus, Jang Jeong-il aims to seek problem-solving with prescribing the poets' world of consciousness as the longing for romantic escape. A section available for solution and a part unavailable for solution should be distinguished. Hence, the ‘planet of the apes based on romanticism’ and the ‘discovery of sacred things,’ not escape, are emphasized the necessity of being differentiated. This is the expression of a will to carry out the practice of unconstrained freedom through essential exploration on liberalism, not what ends simply in self-denial, while Jang Jeong-il himself is accepting battle in his world with own thoroughness. 장정일은 1980년대 후반, 시대의식을 구체화 하며 시적 대상의 파괴와 해체를 통해 새로운 시적 전략을 모색하였다. 장정일의 네 번째 시집『서울에서 보낸 3주일』은 1980년대를 마감하며 자신 및 글쓰기에 대한 성찰을 형상화해 낸 시집으로 장정일의 자기반영적 시세계를 고찰하는데 유의미하다. 평론「혹성 탈출: 80년대 젊은 시인들에게 나타나는 낭만주의 열망」에서 장정일은 1980년대 젊은 시인들이 “삶을 거대한 고문장으로 옳게 파악하기는 하였으나, 교신불능→진공관 속에서→성의 도피처→시한폭탄 등의 문제의 질곡과 맞서 부딪치면서 그러한 문제를 끝내 해결하지 못한 채 훌쩍 혹성탈출로 사라지는 모습”인 낭만주의적 도피의 한계를 언급한다. 그러나 이와 동시에 이러한 지적에서 장정일이 1980년대 젊은 시인들의 시에 대한 대타 의식이 분명함을 주목할 수 있다. 1980년대 시인들이 갖고 있던 체제 방임 또는 방조에 대한 무거운 원조 의식이나 이데올로기의 억압성 등이 남아있기는 하지만 장정일은 남다른 시인의 서정으로 이 시대를 또 달리 표현해내었다. 특히 시집『서울에서 보낸 3주일』에서 장정일은 자신이 언급한 문제적 특성을 담아내고 있는 동시에 장정일만의 세계관으로 그러한 문제적 특성을 극복해내고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 또한 현재의 허무를 심층적으로 밝히는 데 주력하며 그런 존재 상태를 내밀히 탐색하는 것이 아니라 1980년대 시인들이 현상의 새로움에 무작정 함몰되어간다는 사실에 주목한다. 1980년대 시인들에게 있어 ‘도시’는 불신과 타락으로 점철된 착취의 삶을 낳는 유토피아로 표상된다. 확실한 부재와 상실의, 끝없는 중얼거림의 상품화된 도시는 당시 유일한 텍스트가 되었다. 도시시에 언급되는 재즈와 팝송, 온갖 포르노물, 미국의 대중소설과 영화 등은 일탈과 자유의 상징적 표현인 것이다. 장정일은 욕망의 대상이었던 도시 서울이 전망 부재임을 자각하게 되었을 때, 그것이 가능성 없는 판타지였음을 인식하고 또 다른 판타지였던 성을 통해 현실적 욕망을 충족하고자 하였다. 1980년대 시인들이 유토피아를 꿈꾸고 열망하는 만큼 그 배후에 숨겨진 현재 세계의 고통은 비례할 수밖에 없기에, 장정일은 시인들의 의식 세계를 낭만주의적 도피 열망으로 규정하고 문제 해결을 모색하고자 한다. 해결할 수 있는 부분과 해결할 수 없는 부분은 구별되어야 하기에 ‘낭만주의적 혹성 탈출’과 도피가 아닌 ‘신성한 것의 발견’은 구별되어야 할 것을 강조한다. 이는 장정일 스스로 자신의 세계에 나름의 철저성을 가지고 응전하고 있으며 단순한 자기부정으로 끝나는 것이 아니라 자유주의에 대한 본질적인 탐구를 통해 구속받지 않는 자유의 실천을 감행하려는 의지의 표명인 것이다.

형법⋅형사소송법 2019년 대법원 주요판례와 평석

Im Jahr 2019 hat der Koreanische Oberste Gerichtshof ernorme Anstrengungen um die Fäle des ehemaligen Präsidenten, einschlißlich Bestechung, Zwangsverbrechen sowie den sogenanten „Politsche Korruptionen und Manipulationen“ im Strafverfahren gesteckt. Daher ist es auch bedauerlich, das die wichtige Rechtsprechungen, die ihre theoretische Bedeutung präzis untersucht werden solen, im Vergleich zu anderen Jahren relativ geringer aufälig sind. Beim Fal des Versuchs der Vergewaltigung habe den Angeklagte mit dem Vorsatz des § 29 StGB den untauglichen Versuch begangen, obwohl der Opfer zum Zeitpunkt des Fals nicht wirklich widerstandsunfähig war. Es scheint überzeugend die Rechtsprechung der Tatsache als Versuch des Vergewaltigung zu sehen. Es ist auch fortgeschriten zu beurteilen, das das Erfordernis des „anderen Grundes“ von § 314 StPO nicht erfült werden kan, ohne zu fragen, ob das Zeugnisverweigerungsrecht gerechtfertigt ist. Es könte auch als sinvole Änderung angesehen werden, die Beweisfähigkeit für die Untersuchungsprotokol zu verweigern, indem die Person nach der Strafverfolgung untersucht wird, die außerhalb des Gerichtsverfahrens Zeugen sein wird. Auf der anderen Seite scheint, es noch nicht genug rechtlichen und theoretischen Diskurs gibt, um die relativ rechtlich fremden Konzepte wie „Geschlechtsensibiltät“ oder „gewaltsamer Überaschungsangrif“ direkt für die Gründe zu verwenden. In diesen wiederholten verwirten Situationen wird es erwartet, das der Oberste Gerichtshof nicht sofort auf politsche und soziale Strömungen reagiert, sondern eher nach den gesetzlichen und rechtstheoretischen Standards urteilt. 2019년 대법원은 형법분야와 형사소송법분야에 뇌물수수와 강요죄 등전직대통령의 탄핵사유와 이른바 국정농단사건을 다루는 데에 많은 에너지를 투여하였다. 그래서인지, 다른 해에 비할 때 이론적으로 중요한 쟁점을중심으로 법리를 면밀히 검토한 판례가 상대적으로 눈에 덜 띄는 것은 아쉬운 점이다. 준강간의 고의를 갖고서 항거불능 아니었던 대상자와 성관계한 경우에 준강간의 불능미수를 인정한 판례가 그 가운데 비교적 많은 학문적 반향을 불러일으켰다. 증언거부권의 정당성 여부를 묻지 않고 형사소송법 제314조의 ‘그 밖에 사유’ 요건을 충족할 수 없다고 판시한 것이나, 공소제기 후에 증인이 될 사람을 참고인으로 신문한 조서의 증거능력을 원칙적으로 부정한 것은 공판중심주의를 강화하기 위한 의미 있는 변화로 평가된다. 반면에 성인지감수성이나 기습추행과 같은 비교적 낯선 개념을 곧바로 재판의 근거로 이용하기에는 아직 이론적인 대화가 충분히 진행되어 있지 않은 듯하다. 여러 혼란한 상황이 반복되는 이 시대에 정치적⋅사회적 시류에 곧바로 반응하는 것이 아니라, 실정법 기준과 오랜 시간 갖추어 온 법리에 따라 재판해주기를 대법원에 더욱 바라게 된다.

준강간죄(형법 제299조)와 성폭법 제8조의 "항거불능"의 의미

Die Rechtsprechung beschreibt ``Widerstandsunfaehigkeit`` in §299 des Strafrechts und §8 des Sonderstrafrechts gegen Sexualdelikte als ``psychische oder koerperliche absolut Unfaehifkeit zum Widerestand``. Aber die Tathandlung und Tatobjekt des §299 des Strafrechts und die des § 8 des Sonderstrafrechts gegen Sexualdelikte sind ganz anders. Rechtgut des §8 des Sonderstrafrecht gegen Sexualdelikte ist das sexuelle Selbstbestimmungsrecht. §8 in Sonderstrafrecht gegen Sexualdelikt soll Personen schuetzen, die aus psychischen oder koerperlichen Gruenden zu seiner Ausuebung nicht faehig sind. Wenn die Widerstandsunfaehigkeit aus koerperlichen Gruenden beruht oder wenn das Opfer wegen geistiger oder seelischer Beeintraechtigung seinem Widerstand zwar nicht aeussern kann, jedoch mit der Tathandlung nicht einverstanden ist, liegt haefig eine Noetigung vor. Deshalb ist wichtig nur, dass der Widerstandswille erkennbar wird. Fuer eine Noetigung ist entscheidend, dass der Taeter sich bewusst ist, dass das Opfer mit seinem Verhalten nicht einverstanden ist und das Opfer es signalisiert. Der Anwedungsbereich des §8 in Sonderstrafrecht gegen Sexualdelikte erbibt sich aus einer konsequenten Orientierung am Rechtsgut der sexuellen Selbstbestimmung.

The collective population community is a place or community centered on kinship where Jeju people in Japan live collectively together and share the same culture and custom. However, as the trend of globalization has made the capital and the labor of migrant workers cross national boundaries to go chase money, the community population composition has became transformed by village members of the migrant workers also filled with diverse ethnic community and capital has taken the place of the community culture. As the community based on clan has collapsed, the dynamics of all the generations gradually disappears, the materialization of humanity by capital distorts primitive or basic human instinct. Nobuo’ sexual impotence can be explained as a mental panic caused in the middle of overestimating material value rather than ideas after the end of the Cold war and the revelation of national ideological falsehood in the process of globalization.

Tristram Shandy is pervaded by human sexuality. Tristram, the narrator of the novel, emphasizes the importance and the power of sex in human life through the history of Strasbourg which was ruined by its excessive concern with a stranger`s big nose, a symbol of a male genital. Shandean males, who identify the power of sex with that of words, attempt to dominate and control reality with words, which they use in their own hobbyhorsical ways. Their attempts, however, fail of success, because words are intrinsically powerless to handle or control reality. The powerlessness of words in handling reality is suggested by Shandean males` impotence, which induces them to abhor female sexuality. On the contrary, the females in this work are characterized by their deep concern with sexuality and sexual desire, which arouse their sexual curiosity and imagination. The case is the same with readers, who are constantly encouraged to use their imagination in order to interpret Tristram`s statements informed with sexual meanings through Tristram`s introduction of double entendres or asterisks used in place of words. Consequently, readers cannot resort to words any more in attempting to understand Tristram`s statements. Instead, they should use their imagination, especially sexual imagination to construe Tristram`s statements which are full of meaningful gaps. Tristram`s appeal to readers` sexual curiosity and imagination is also connected with the narrative structure of this work. The narrator, who is aware of the power of sex over human life and story-telling, feels obliged to give readers the room for imagination, while he is subject to the power of sex, which never allows him to tell his story in a straight line without digression. In short, Tristram`s digression, the main narrative feature of this work, is caused by our inevitable concern with human sexuality, which always entices Tristram/readers to sidle into an another road by stimulating his/readers` imagination.

비만클리닉을 내원한 성인의 이상섭식행동 영향요인

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors influencing abnormal eating behavior among adults who visit obesity clinics. Methods: Questionnaires were used to collect data from 234 adults who visit obesity clinics at K University Hospital. The questions included eating attitude, alexithymia, and depression. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Abnormal eating behaviors were significantly associated with alexithymia, depression, and body mass index. The predictors of abnormal eating behaviors were depression, body mass index, difficulty identifying feelings, perceived economic status, body image perception, and gender, which explained 28% (Adj. R²=.28) of the abnormal eating behaviors. Conclusion: The findings revealed a need for educational programs that can contribute to desirable eating behaviors and strategies for healthy weight control. In addition, a support program should be availed to help them recognize and properly express their feelings along with prevention and management of depression.
