        6시그마를 이용한 유연승강부품에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to install the lifting force of a two hinge type stand mechanism by 6 Sigma process in advance. This unit is designed for the display device in order to enhance the ergonomics for effective height adjustment and maintenance at any preferred position. The unit will be very useful for the mechanism fabricated with coil springs and disc springs as a torque generator. The 6 Sigma process was applied to select two key factors among 7 elements to lift the head unit and to find out applicable tolerance securing the 3.4 ppm of defects as well as what deviation of lifting force we can expect between calculation and experiment at the design stage of development. The result of this study can be applied to various units for the optimization of the smooth lift.

      • DFSS 기법을 이용한 글로우 플러그 컨트롤러 Heat Sink 설계

        Controller of Glow plugs with Diesel Engine have been designed for focusing on improvement of cold starting and following emission standard after starting up the engine on the diesel engine vehicle. However, recently around the world, according as reinforced regulation of low emission, the Glow plugs with Controller , Pre glowing time has been controlled instantly for more less White Smoke, NOx, Soot and so on. Therefore, it is expected more advantages, on the other hands, Glow plug heating must be controller to instant time with duty control methods, semiconductor switching device must be needed, but it has more temperature rising for switching loss. On this research, we present result that it minimizes the heat sink capacity related to switching emperature spreading with optimization of Heat Sink Capacity. The research has an optimum design of heat sink dimension with DFSS technique.
