버섯 균사체 단열재를 활용한 친환경적인 리모델링 방법 탐구

The social issue of construction waste has been increasingly highlighted in modern times, with various waste management associations, including the Ministry of Environment, warning of its potential environmental impact and seeking solutions. In addition, as the need for measures against aging buildings becomes more urgent, we sought to explore a solution that could simultaneously address both issues. Therefore, we propose an environmentally friendly remodeling method using mushroom mycelium insulation panels throughout the entire production and processing process. We based our proposal on various case studies and research on the use of mycelium insulation panels in different countries. By creating a flexible and modular framework, we were able to grow mushroom mycelium insulation on-site and use MDF composite panels to allow for a wide range of design possibilities for indoor spaces. The MDF panels also provide structural reinforcement for aging buildings while creating additional storage space to enhance comfort. As a result, we expect this method to not only reduce construction waste and carbon emissions but also to be cost-effective, easy to install, and suitable for mass production, thereby contributing to a carbon-neutral future.

In response to requests of the global low carbon emission energy-saving building materials and due to the rapid rise in oil prices, we developed the eco-friendly PVC combined with integrated high-performance stainless steel insulated windows frame. We have made a compound chassis for windows composed of stainless and eco-friendly PVC. This compound window chassis makes the most ofstrong points of both materials and shows excellent insulation, airtightness and wing proofing. Heat insulating performance of the developed stainless steel insulated windows is excellent and itmeet the demands for energy saving improvements and housing culture to improve the quality of life. A new beautiful appearance development can improve the performance of highly effective thermal insulationbuilding materials and will contribute to the development of industrial competitiveness and energy-saving building technology areas.
3성분계 친환경 저시멘트 콘크리트의 유동성 및 경화특성

Recently, many researchers of the construction materials field are concerned about eco-friendly concrete in the construction industry due to the greenhouse gas reduction problem and international issue. In this paper, we investigates the effect of the kinds and replacement ratio of cementitous materials including fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag powder on the fluidity, setting time, temperature rise, compressive strength and drying shrinkage of eco-friendly low cement concrete with 3 types of binders. Fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag powder were used to replace Portland cement at replacement ratios of 70, 80, and 90% by binder mass. Test results demonstrate that the fluidity, compressive strength and salt damage resistance of the eco-friendly low cement concrete mixes were better than that of the control mix. In addition, the peak temperature of the eco-friendly low cement concrete was 4.0 to 5.9℃ lower than that of the control mix. In this investigation, 10% cementitous materials replacement caused a reduction in the peak temperature of about 0.3 to 1.0℃ in the concrete mixes. The setting time of F10S80 concrete mix (cementitous materials replacement ratio 90%; fly ash 10% and granulated blast furnace slag 80%) was similar to that of the control mix.

Sustainable building is more and more important topic in 21C, then building energy reduction standard is going increased in Korea. Especially, insulation standards are revised continuously after 1979. Then this study is evaluate about correlation of revised insulation standards and heating and cooling load on residential building. In the result, the standard of insulation is related with heating load more than cooling load and cooling load is more related another sources. Also when compared with the standard of Green Building, the green house standard(Passive House and Green Tomorrow) have bigger cooling load than heating load. Therefore cooling load will be magnified importantly in the future more than heating load.
