      • 모스턴 체육 교수 스타일이 중학생 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 조사

        본 연구는 모스턴 체육 교수 스타일이 중학생의 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한 것이다. 모스턴 체육 교수 스타일에 대한 선행연구는 스펙트럼별 내용 요약이나 초등학교 수준의 현장적용이 대부분이었다. 본 연구에서는 11가지 교수 스타일을 모사 중심과 창조 중심으로 크게 구분하고 현재의 체육 수업 만족도를 5점 척도로 평가한 결과, 어느 스타일이 더 우수한 것이라고 말할 수 없으며, 모든 스타일이 학생과 교사의 상호작용 수준에 따라 변화하고 있음을 확인하였다. The purpose of the study is to research the influence of “the Monsston P.E teaching style on middle school students` satisfaction with their P.E classes. There are theses and reports about Mosston`s P.E teaching style which has been studied with advanced researches in the various fields of education. Most of them were just summary of the content according to spectrum or the field application in elementary schools. There are the reports of interview with three middle school teachers, two sports instructors including the survey results of 300 students. I also separated the results by sex.

        상호학습형 교수스타일 적용효과에 대한 초등학교 체조수업 사례연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze cases of the application effect of the reciprocal teaching style(RTS) in elementary school gymnastics classes. Methods: For this purpose, a qualitative case study that applying RTS in gymnastics classes was conducted on fourth graders of public S elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do from July 2021 to February 2022. This study participants consisted of researcher who were physical education specialist(PES), and eight key informants. Also, five physical activity topics were conducted in a total of nine lectures, focusing on mat exercise. For this study, participant observation, photo essay, interview and focused group discussion, student’s records of assignment activity sheets, and research’s(PES) reflection diary data were collected. According to D.R.S. method, those data were analyzed in the order of domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, and componential analysis. Results: The results of the study are as follows: First, the improvement of elementary school students' ability to perform physical activity through the application of RTS showed various aspects depending on the level of motor skills and gender. Second, regardless of the level of motor skills and gender, the application of RTS was effective in forming emotional consensus, developing social role responsibility, and improving communication skills. Third, the application of RTS was effective in improving task concentration and understanding. Conclusion: In relation to gymnastics classes, these research results have great implications for the school considering the sustainability of learning, improving of character and sociality, and multi-person class conditions. Therefore, active use of RTS is required as a plan for successful gymnastics classes and field improvement in elementary schools. 목적: 본 연구는 초등학교 체조수업에서 상호학습형 교수스타일의 적용효과에 대한 사례를 분석하는데 그목적이 있다. 방법: 이를 위해 2021년 7월부터 2022년 2월까지 G도에 소재한 한 공립 S초등학교 4학년을 대상으로 체조수업에서 상호학습형 교수스타일을 적용한 질적 사례연구를 수행했다. 연구 참여자는 수업자(체육전담교사)인연구자와 주요제보자 8명으로 구성되었으며, 매트 운동을 중심으로 5가지의 활동주제를 총 9차시로 진행했다. 본 연구를 위해 참여관찰 및 포토에세이, 면담 및 토론, 과제활동지 학생기록물, 수업자 관찰 및 반성 일지 자료를 수집했으며, 발전식 연구절차(D.R.S. method)에 따라 영역분석, 분류분석, 성분분석의 순으로 분석되었다. 결과: 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상호학습형 교수스타일 적용을 통한 초등학생들의 운동수행 능력 향상에는 운동기능 수준 및 성별에 따라 다양한 양상을 보였다. 둘째, 상호학습형 교수스타일의 적용은 운동기능수준 및 성별과 관계없이 정서적 공감대 형성, 사회적 역할책임감 발달, 의사소통 능력 향상에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 상호학습형 교수스타일의 적용은 과제 집중력 및 이해력 향상에 효과가 있었다. 결론: 이와 같은 연구결과는 초등학교 체조수업과 관련하여 학습의 지속가능성, 인성 및 사회성 함양, 다인수 학급 상황 등을 감안할 때 학교 현장에 시사하는 바가 크다. 따라서 성공적인 초등학교 체조수업 및 현장개선을 위한 방안으로 상호학습형 교수스타일의 적극적인 활용이 요구된다.

      • 공군사관학교 체육교수의 커뮤니케이션 스타일과 인지적 학습효과의 관계

        이 연구는 공군사관학교 체육교수의 커뮤니케이션 스타일과 사관생도의 인지적 학습효과의 관계를 구명하는데 연구목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 사관생도 372명을 연구대상으로 편의표집 하였으며, SPSS Version 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 체육교수의 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 하위요인인 자기주장 스타일과 사관생도 인지적 학습효과는 부적인 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 체육교수의 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 하위요인인 타인배려 스타일과 사관생도 인지적 학습효과는 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육교수의 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 하위요인인 유연 스타일과 사관생도 인지적 학습효과는 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The study aims to explore the relationship between the communication style of KAFA(Republic of Korea Air Force Academy) physical education professor and the cognitive learning effect of cadets. To fulfill this research objective, 372 cadets were selected through convenience sampling and the following conclusions were drawn through frequency analysis, exploration factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the SPSS version 22.0 program. First, a sub-factor of physical education professor’s communication style, assertiveness, showed negative relationship with cadets’ cognitive learning effects. Second, a sub-factor of physical education professor’s communication style, responsiveness, showed static relationship with cadets’ cognitive learning effects. Third, a sub-factor of physical education professor’s communication style, flexibility, showed static relationship with cadets’ cognitive learning effects.

        체육 교과 교수 스타일 문항 개발과 교사 배경변인 및 교과 영역별 선호도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to search for preferences in the appropriate physical education area in the elementary school physical education teachers` teaching styles. In order to achieve this research purpose, the research objects were 152 teachers working in the D City elementary schools teaching the 5th and the 6th graders and 167 interns, seniors attending the D Education University. A survey was conducted. For data analysis and processing, the Principal Components Analysis method was used to analyze the base structure factors were searched. By using the Varimax method, the Orthogonal Rotation method was used to analyze the final factors. Additionally, to analyze the differences between the teaching styles of the physical education teachers depending on the teacher background variables, independent sample t test was conducted. In order to analyze the preferences in the appropriate physical education area in the elementary school physical education teachers` teaching styles, cross-analysis (X2)wasconducted.Theresultoftheresearchisasfollows. Frist, analyze the factors of the elementary school teachers` physical education teaching styles, total of 34 questions were created after checking the face validity, content validity, and factor validity. Second, in the difference in teaching styles according to the gender of the teachers of physical education teachers, the practice type, cross-training type, induction type, and self-designed type teaching styles were shown more in the male teachers rather than female teachers. In instructions type and practice type teaching styles were shown more in the trainee teachers rather than current teachers. Comprehensive type teaching style was shown more in the trainee teachers rather than the current teachers. Thirdly, according to the analyzed results on preferences in the appropriate physical education area in the elementary school physical education teachers` teaching styles, in the teaching-type style of instruction in education area, male teachers preferred health activities and female teachers preferred physical activity. The current teachers preferred land activities while trainee teachers preferred health activities. But for the physical education area appropriate for self-design type teaching style, the male teachers preferred game activities, female teachers preferred expressive activities, current teachers preferred physical activities, and trainee teachers preferred expressive activities. Especially, for the physical education area appropriate for comprehensive teaching style type, the current teachers preferred expressive activities and the trainee teachers preferred game activities and in the physical education area appropriate for convergence discovery teaching style, the current teachers preferred expressive activities and the trainee teachers preferred the gym activities. Additionally for the physical education area appropriate for diffusion-found-type style, the current teachers preferred expressive activities and the trainee teachers preferred the game activities.
