역사문화유적 트레킹을 통한 관광자원 활성화 방안 -김천시 청암사 인현왕후길 중심으로-

본 연구는 조선 제19대 숙종의 계비인 인현왕후(1667∼1701)가 기사환국(己巳換局)으로 강등되어 폐서인이 되어 갑술옥사로 다시 왕후로 복위하는 3년 동안 은거 중에 복위를 기원하기 위하여 경북 김천시 증산면 불영산(佛靈山) 청암사에서 수행했던 기록이다. 김천시 증산면 청암사에서 해발 800 M 수도암까지 9 Km 이상 왕래하면서 수행을 했던길을 김천시가 옛 문헌을 찾아 복원한 옛길이 현 인현왕후 길(8.1 Km)이다. 해발 500 M∼800 M 사이의 고도를 넘나들지만 가파르지 않은 산길과 계곡이 끝없이 이어져 있는 역사문화유적지를 통한 트레킹길에 대하여 연구하였다. 둘째, 김천 청암사에서 수도암까지 관광자원을 조사 연구하여 지역의 관광자원 개발 및 홍보, 산림환경의 훼손 방지, 숲길 이용자의 편리성 등을 제고를 하였다. 따라서 역사문화유적 자원인 인현왕후길에 대한 성과를 도출하기 위해 시설 제정비와 접근방법에 대한 다양성, 무흘계곡과 연계한 문화자원, 홍보를 통한 스토리텔링의 요소를 연구 함으로써 향후 지역경제 발전에 기여할 수 있는 관광자원 활성화에 목적이 있다. This study examines the story of Queen Inhyeon (1667-1701), the second wife of King Sukjong, the 19th king of the Joseon Dynasty, who was demoted to Gisahwan-guk (己巳換局), became a deposed official, and was finally reinstated as queen after three years of seclusion. This is a record of a practice of prayer conducted at Cheongamsa Temple, Bulyeongsan Mountain, Jeungsan-myeon, Gimcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The current Queen Inhyeon Road (8.1 km) is the old road that Gimcheon City restored after finding old documents. It is the road that was used to travel from Cheongamsa Temple in Jeungsan-myeon, Gimcheon to Sudoam (800 m above sea level). We studied trekking routes through historical and cultural sites with altitudes between 500 M and 800 M above sea level. They also have endless mountain paths and valleys that are not steep. Second, by researching tourism resources from Cheongamsa Temple in Gimcheon to Sudoam, we developed and promoted local tourism resources, prevented damage to the forest environment, and improved convenience for forest road users. Therefore, by continuing studies on Queen Inhyeon Road, a historical and cultural heritage resource, we can contribute to the development of the local economy in the future by studying the diversity of facility budgets and approach methods, cultural development in connection with Muheul Valley, and storytelling through publicity. A key purpose is to revitalize tourism resources.

20세기 이후에 등장한 후기 산업사회의 본질을 보여주는 대표적 특징은 그 사회가 물질적으로 풍요롭지만 정신적으로는 풍요롭지 못하다는 점이다. 이 글의 목표는 후기 산업사회에 만연하고 있는 철학적 병을 치료하는 방안으로서 철학치료분야에서 최근 활발히 연구되고 있는 논리중심치 료(logic-based therapy)를 추천하고, 치료를 위한 규칙 제공자로서의 청암(靑岩) 박태준의 사상을 분석하는 데 있다. 이 글에서 나는 철학치료의 본질은 사고의 혁신에 있다고 보고, 사고의 혁신을 위한 적합한 치료 모형으로서 논리중심치료를 검토할 것이다. 논의는 다음과 같은 순서로 진행된다. 2절은 삶의 건강의 의미를 간략히 살펴보고, 마음의 병의 두 가지 유형을 제시하면서 그 중에서 철학적 병의 특징을 중점적으로 논의하며, 철학치료의 정체성을 의학치료와 심리 치료와의 비교를 통하여 분석한다. 3절은 논리중심치료에 나타나는 실천 추리의 구조를 제시하고 구체적 사례를 통하여 그 성격을 검토한다. 4절은 청암사상을 철학적 차원과 이념적 차원에서 검토하고 그로부터 논리중심치료를 위한 규칙들을 유도한다. A representative feature of post-industrial societies after the twentieth century is that they are materially affluent but mentally not. The purpose of the paper is to suggest the logic-based therapy that has discussed actively in philosophical therapy as a way of healing philosophical diseases which are rampant in the post-industrial societies and to analyze the ideas of Chung Am as a provider of rules or antidotes for the philosophical diseases. I shall start from the assumption that the nature of philosophical therapy consists in the innovation of thought and examine the logic-based therapy as a very appropriate model of philosophical therapy. The paper goes as follows. In section two I shall examine the meaning of health of life briefly, suggest two types of diseases of mind and especially discuss the characteristics of philosophical diseases, and examine the identity of philosophical therapy in comparison to medical therapy and psychological therapy. In section three I shall examine the structure of practical inference shown in the logic-based therapy. Lastly, in section four, I shall discuss the idea of Chung Am at both philosophical level and ideological level and from them deduce the rules for logic-based therapy.

The purpose of this article is to develop a leadership practice model of Cheongam, Park Tae- Joon, founder ofPOSCO. I analyzed various management philosophies and their 135 related cases of Cheongam while he had been top management of POSCO from 1968 to 1992. Using the leadership development framework of trait-behavior performance , I found that Cheongam’s leadership could be named specifically as +a leadership practice model and that his +a leadership had been one of the most key factors of POSCO’s success history. The +a leadership model is composed of nine principles of leadership practices and three-stage change management process of mind-behavior-culture. These are, in turn, closely related with three founding philosophies of POSCO, accountability, cooper없ion and challenge. I examined not only the effectiveness of +a leadership practice model but also the possibility of applying it to those companies of the 21 51 century global age, which gave me a sσong positive confmnation. Also I suggested, if not in full, +a leadership development program as an initial application example of the Cheongam’s +a leadership practice model. 본 논문은 포스코의 창업자, 청암 박태준의 독특한 리더십 모델이 무엇이며, 어떤 논리 구조를 가지고 있는가에 대한 연구이다. 재임기간 동안 언급한 많은 경영 메시지(회의,연설,기고,교육,인터뷰 등)와 1357n 의 관련 사례를 리더섭의 개념과 범주의 틀(특성→ 행동→성과)속에 넣어 통합적인 방법으로 조사, 분석한 결과, 청암 박태준은 독특한 플러스 알파(사명감) 리더십 모델을 가지고 있었으며, 이것이 포스코 성장 역사의 핵심요소로 작용했음을 검증하였다. 그리고, 9 개의 플러스 알파 리더십 실천원칙과 3 단계 변화관리 프로세스(마음→행동→문화) 규칙을 유지하고 있으며, 이는 애국적 사명감에 기초한 3 대 창업정신(책임, 협동, 도전)과 매우 정확하게 연계되어 작동하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 플러스 알파 리더십모델의 효과성을 검증한 결과, 오늘날의 글로벌 기업들에게도 유효할 것이며, 그 실천원칙들은 앞으로도 적용 가능할 것으로 확신할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 연구 결과가 주는 시사점을 실천적 측면에서 플러스 알파 리더십 모델의 활용방안도 제시하였다.
