한국비서학회 창립 및 비서학논총 발간 20년 역사를 회고하며 비서학의 학문적 특성과 비서학 연구에 대한 고찰의 필요에 따라 이 연구를 수행하였다. 비서학의 학문적 특성을 살펴보면, 학문분야로 비교적 짧은 기간에 학제간적인 연구 특성과 응용사회과학으로서 현장 실무와 밀접한 연관관계를 갖고 발전했음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 특성은 비서학의 학문적 정체성을 확립하는 데 장애요인이 되기도 하나, 동시에 시대적 요구와 사회적 요구에 맞춰서 패러다임을 변화하는 학문의 특성으로는 장점이 될 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 비서학의 근간이 되는 심리학, 조직행동, 교육학, 관리, 정보관리, 커뮤니케이션 등의 다양한 영역을 지식체별로 살펴보았고, 20년 동안 비서학이 산출한 연구결과를 이 지식체에 대입하여 기술하였다. 이 지식체를 통해서 비서학 연구가 수행되어온 것은 사실이지만, 다양한 실증적 연구를 통해서 비서학에서도 나름의 독특한 이론을 정립하는 과정 중에 있고, 비서학의 대표 이론을 발굴하는 연구들이 지속적으로 수행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 도출된 제안점은 ‘비서’와 ‘비서학’에 대한 연구자들간의 합의된 정의(定義, definition)가 필요하다는 것과 비서학의 이론적 결과가 현장에서 실무적으로 활용될 수 있도록 향후 지식의 확산에 많은 노력이 필요하다는 것이다. As reflected by the Journal of Secretarial Studies’ 20 year history, this study was conducted to consider the academic characteristics of secretarial studies and its academic outcomes. The study identified secretarial studies as having a relatively short life history, interdisciplinary, and strong tie with practice as an applied science. These characteristics partially contribute as a hindrance for Secretarial Science to establish its academic identity. However, at the same time, they could be leveraged to develop secretarial studies by changing its paradigm to meet societal needs. This study also revealed six bodies of knowledge of secretarial studies―psychology, organizational behavior, education, management, information management, and communication―and cases of applying their theories to secretarial studies. Although the bodies of knowledge have been the basis of Secretarial Science studies, secretarial studies is in the process of developing unique theories via various empirical research, and scholars should continue to make an effort to develop representative theories in secretarial studies. In sum, this study suggested to draw agreed definitions of ’secretary’ and ’Secretarial Science’ among scholars and make more of an effort to disseminate knowledge and theories to the practice.

한국스포츠사회학의 지식체 발전: 사회이론의 개발 및 검증의 교차점과 제언

이 연구는 한국스포츠사회학의 지식체를 어떻게 발전시킬 것인가를 고민하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위한방법론으로서 본 연구는 ‘이론화(theorization)’를 제안한다. 지식의 발전은 곧 이론의 발전임을 전제로,이 연구는 먼저 이론이 무엇인지를 의미론적으로 약술하였다. 여기에 덧붙여, 이 이론의 다양한 그림을선행연구결과를 빌려 설명하였다. 본론으로 들어가 스포츠사회학의 지적 발전이 어떤 방식으로 이루어질지를 발견의 맥락과 검증의 맥락으로 나누어 살펴보면서 이들 맥락이 실제 학술지 연구물로 어떻게반영되었는가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 과거 검증의 맥락으로만 이루어지던 연구가 이제는 발견의 맥락과 균형을 이루었음을 발견할 수 있었다. 이와 더불어 이 연구는 발견(질적연구)과 검증(양적연구)의 맥락에서 이루어졌던 한국스포츠사회학 연구물의 문제를 ‘이론으로 가지 않는 발견과 이론에서 오지 않는검증’으로 판단하며 비판하였다. 이를 평가하기 위한 각 맥락별 기준을 제시하면서, 이 연구는 학회 구성원이 앞으로 이론화와 주제화의 노력에 힘써야 함을 제시으로 건의하였다. This article aims at examining how we can develop body of knowledge on sociology of sport inKorea. For this, the author suggested ‘theorizing’ as a principal methodology. Presupposing thatknowledge development equals to theoretical development in its representation, this study sketchedwhat theories exactly mean in the contexts of research processes and overall disciplines. With asummary of theories, various images the theories have in them were explained more closely with aprofound explanation on previous study. In the main part of the study, this article divided aspects ofknowledge development into two contexts, a discovery context and a justification one, for searchinghow these contexts have been reflected into the research articles in the Journal of Korean Societyfor Sociology of Sport. We could assure that while at the beginning of the journal the researchparadigm was inclined to be done as a justification context, nowadays the trend was in thebalanced condition with many research to be done within a discovery context. Although thisbalanced trend is very encouraging in developing body of knowledge, the author criticized thequalitative trend of those research as ‘a discovery context not heading for theories, a justificationcontext not drawn from the theories.’ For this trend to be fixed, this article suggested that allmembers of an academic community should try to theorize and thematize for developing thesociological knowledge for sports in Korean-contexts, proposing a norm by which we are able toevaluate the quality of research articles.

간호학 지식 분류에 근거한 정신간호학회지 논문 분석: 최근 5년간 게재논문을 중심으로

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze knowledge development as presented in articles that were published from 2010 to 2014 in the Journal of Korean Academy of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing (JKPMHN) and to identify the nature of research trends. Methods: Descriptive statistics based on knowledge development classifications were used to analyze 189 articles. Results: Prominent research trends in JKPMHN were empirical knowledge in the pattern of knowing in nursing, situation-relating theory on levels of theories in nursing, inferential focus on cognitive needs for nursing epistemology, and client domain for nursing. Conclusion: The major research trends in JKPMHN were empirical and inferential knowledge. Nursing research that balances knowledge development and domains are needed.
