지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성교육을 위한 교사 생애주기별 연수모형 개발

본 연구는 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성교육을 위한 교사 생애주기별 연수모형을 개발하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 지속가능발전지향 창의인성, 생애주기별 교사연수 등 관련 문헌을 고찰하고 현직 교사를 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하여 모형개발을 위한 이론적 준거 및 실제적 준거를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 연수모형은 유아 창의인성 함양을 위한 교육내용과 교사 창의인성 함양을 위한 교육내용으로 구성되어 있다. 먼저 유아 창의인성 함양을 위한 교육내용은 이론적 지식 3개, 실천적 지식 5개의 주제를 포함하고 있다. 총 8개의 주제는 ‘저’ 경력교사, ‘중’ 경력교사, ‘고’ 경력교사에게 모두 제시하되 각 경력에 따라 강조되어야 하는 주제를 차별적으로 표시하였다. 교사 창의인성 함양을 위한 교육내용은 창의인성 관심갖기 3개, 창의인성 키우기 3개, 창의인성 실천하기 3개의 주제로 총 9개의 주제를 포함하고 있다. 이 밖에도 본 연구를 통해 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성교육을 위한 교사 생애주기별 연수에 적합한 교육방법, 평가방법, 운영체제 등을 도출하였다. The objective of this study is to develop a teacher education model in accordance with their life cycle for sustainable development-oriented creativity-character education for young children. For this, the theoretical and practical standards for the development of the model were drawn by both considering the literature related to the teacher education in accordance with their life cycle, and conducting a needs survey targeting current teachers. The education model developed in this study is composed of the educational contents for cultivating the creativity-character of young children and the educational contents for cultivating the creativity-character of teachers. First, the educational contents for cultivating the creativity-character of young children include the themes of three theoretical and five practical knowledges. The total of eight themes were collectively suggested to teachers with ‘low’, ‘middle’, and ‘high’ experiences while the themes that should be emphasized in accordance with each experience were differentially marked. The educational contents for cultivating creativity-character of teachers include the total of nine themes, such as three interest in creativity-character, three development of the creativity-character, and three practice in the creativity-character. This study also drew out educational method, evaluation method, and operation system suitable for teacher education in accordance with their life cycle for sustainable development-oriented creativity-character education for young children.

지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 교육 프로그램이 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 교육 프로그램이 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상은 D시 H유치원의 만 5세 유아 28명이다. 연구는 사전검사, 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램 적용, 사후검사 순으로 총 8주 동안 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 대응표본 t-검증을 하였다. 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 교육 프로그램을 8주 16회 실시한 결과, 도덕적 감정과 도덕적 추론 모두 실시 전보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아졌다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 교육 프로그램이 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며, 도덕적 행동으로 나아갈 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 둘째, 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 교육 프로그램을 통해 유아가 점차적으로 지속가능발전을 지향하며, 창의적이고 올바른 인성을 갖춘 인재로 나아갈 수 있는 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to find out how the sustainable development-oriented creativity-character education program to children s moral reasoning and moral emotion. The subject of this study was selected as an experimental group consisting of 28 students ages 5 of the H kindergarten in D city. The process of this study was conducted for a total of 8 weeks Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be made. First the sustainable development-oriented creativity-character education program showed positive effects on the moral reasoning and moral emotion, and provided opportunities for them to move on to moral behavior. Second, the sustainable development-oriented creativity-character education program can help young children be interested in sustainable development and become creativity-character person.

지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 프로그램이 유아의 환경감수성과 생명존중인식에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 「지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 프로그램」을 적용하고, 이러한 경험이 유아의 환경감수성과 생명존중인식에 미치는 영향을 분석해봄으로써 프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 충청북도에 위치한 유치원의 만 5세 유아 40명(실험집단 20명, 통제집단 20명)을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 실험집단에는 8주 동안 총 16회에 걸쳐 「지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 프로그램」을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 「지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 프로그램」은 유아의 환경감수성 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 「지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 프로그램」은 유아의 생명존중인식 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 「지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성 프로그램」은 유아의 환경감수성과 생명존중인식을 증진시킬 수 있는 창의인성 교육 방안으로서 교육 현장에서의 적용이 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program on young children"s environmental sensitivity and respectful recognition of life. A total 40 children (20 children in the experimental group and 20 children in the control group) enrolled in a kindergarten in Chungcheongbuk-do participated in this study. Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program was conducted 16 times for 8 weeks on the experimental group. The collected data were analyzed by analysis of covariate(ANCOVA). The result of this study were as follows: First, Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program positively influenced young children"s environmental sensitivity. Second, Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program positively influenced young children"s respectful recognition of life. Considering the results of this study, Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program can positively contribute to the creative character education plan enhancing environmental sensitivity and respectful recognition of life of young children"s at education settings.

본 연구의 목적은 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램이 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상은 D시 H유치원의 만 5세 28명으로 구성된 한 학급을 실험집단으로 선정하였다. 연구의 절차는 연구자 교육, 사전검사, 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램 적용, 사후검사 순으로 총 12주 동안 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램을 실시하기 전보다 실시한 후의 도덕적 감정과 도덕적 추론은 높게 나타났으며, 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 첫째, 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램을 통해 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 긍정적인 효과를 보였으며, 도덕적 행동으로 나아갈 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 둘째, 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램을 통해 유아가 점차적으로 사회는 지속가능발전을 지향하며, 창의적이고 올바른 인성을 갖춘 인재로 나아갈 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out how the sustainable development creativitypersonality program to children"s moral reasoning and moral emotion. The subject of this study was selected as an experimental group by a class consisting of 28 students ages 5 of the H kindergarten in D. The process of this study was conducted for a total of 12 weeks, in order to train researchers, pre-test, to apply the sustainable development creativity-personality program and to conduct post-test. The data analysis in this study was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 program for a response sample t-validation. Moral resoning and moral emotion after implementation were higher than before the implementation of the sustainable development creativity-personality program and were found to have significant effects. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be made. First the sustainable development creativity-personality program showed positive effects on the moral reasoning and moral emotion infants, and provided opportunities for them to move on to ethical behavior. Second, it helps children gradually expand their interest from individuals to peers, families, neighbors, societies, nations and nations and become citizens as required by future societies through the sustainable development creativity-personality program.
