중국 직업교육 이러닝(E-Learning) 시장 발전과 우리나라 기업의 진출 방안 연구

본 논문은 포스트코로나 시대 중국 직업교육 이러닝 시장의 발전현황에 대해 살펴보고, 우리나라의 진출 가능성 여부를 탐색한 연구이다. 중국 내 직업교육 이러닝 시장은 향후 지속 성장할 것으로 판단되며, 우리나라의 이러닝 산업의 대중국 진출 가능한 영역은 직업교육 및 솔루션 공급업체 분야가 유망함을 알 수 있다. 최근 중국 정부가 외자기업의 장려 목록 항목에 직업교육 분야를 추가한 것으로 볼 때, 동 분야에 대한 지원이 적극 이루어질 것으로 예상할 수 있다. 다만, 교육분야는 기존에 외국인투자에 대한 진출장벽이 높았던 분야였으므로, 현지기업과의 합작이 유리할 것으로 보이며, OMO 모델은 중국 파트너와의 시너지를 창출할 수 있는 바람직한 모델이라 할 수 있다. 국내 이러닝 기업의 상당수가 규모가 작은 편이므로, 정부 차원의 파트너 선정, 실무 가이드라인, 법률적인 행·재정적 지원이 필요하다. This study examined the development status of China's E-Learning vocational education industry in the post- COVID19 era and explored the possibility of Korea's entering into China. The vocational education E-Learning market in China is expected to continue to grow in the future; and it can be seen that the field where Korea's E-Learning industry can enter China is promising in the area of vocational education, contents, hard-wears, and solution suppliers. Considering that the Chinese government recently added the field of vocational education to the list of incentives for foreign-invested companies, it can be expected that support for this field will be actively provided. However, since the education sector has previously had high barriers to foreign investment, cooperation with local companies is expected to be advantageous, and the OMO model is a desirable model that can create synergy with Chinese partners. Since many of the domestic e-learning companies are small in size, government-level partner selection, working-level guidelines, and legal administrative and financial support are needed.
