        대학의 교양강좌를 이용한 인간관계훈련 프로그램 개발 및 효과

        The purpose of this study was to develop a training program for university students' human relationship sand to analyze the effects of the program. According to a systematic procedure for the development of counseling model, four professional counselors, both participants and leaders of the groups were involved in the development and validation of the program. The program, consisting of seven lectures and seven sessions of small group training, was designed for a humanities class in university. The effects of the program were analyzed by utilizing the dependent variables of the Psycho-Social Maturity Scale, The Relationship Change Scale and effectiveness of learning from human relationship by the ANOVA on repeated measures for pre, post and follow-up tests. The program showed positive effects in terms of improving university students' psycho-social maturity and human relationships, and the effects were maintained up to 12 weeks after the program was terminated. These results could lead to the preliminary conclusion that the training program helped improve and develop university students' human relationships. 본 연구는 우리나라 대학생들에게, 자신의 인간관계 문제의 어려움을 이해하고 실제 훈련을 통하여 극복할 수 있도록 도움을 주기 위한 인간관계훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있었다. 프로그램은 체계적 상담모형의 개발 절차에 따라, 예비실시를 통하여 참가한 학생들과 진행한 상담자들의 평가와 의견을 수렴하고 상담전문가의 타당도 검증을 거쳐 한 학기 총 14회기(교육강의, 소집단훈련)로 구성하여 대학의 교양강좌로 이용할 수 있도록 이루어졌다. 여기에 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 교양강좌 수강생들 중, 실험-비교-통제집단 각 12명을 대상으로 심리사회적 성숙도, 인간관계변화 질문지를 사전-사후-추후에 실시하여 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measure ANOVA) 및 사후검증을 하였다. 그리고 프로그램에 대한 평가를 위해 실험집단에 실시한 인간관계 학습효과 요인과 프로그램에 대한 충실도와 만족도에 대하여 평균분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 인간관계훈련 프로그램에 참가한 실험집단 학생들이 대인관계향상 집단상담에 참가한 비교집단 학생들보다 심리사회적 성숙도와 인간계변화에 대하여 긍정적인 효과를 볼 수 있었으며, 훈련을 마친 이후에도 그 효과가 어느 정도 지속되고 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 그리고 인간관계훈련 프로그램이 인간관계를 증진하는 데 학습효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 인간관계훈련 프로그램이 대학생들의 인간관계 문제를 이해하고 보다 적극적으로 대처하는 방법을 학습시키고, 나아가 인간관계를 개선하고 발달시키는 데 도움을 준다는 타당성이 입증되었다.

        인간관계 훈련이 입원한 정신질환자의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the interpersonal relationship-training by nursing students under professor's teaching as a nursing intervention for psychosocial rehabilitation on the self-reported self-esteem of the psychiatric patients at the hospital. Method : Data were collected from May 27 to June 22. 2002. The program that used fro interpersonal relationship training was developed by author, with combining A. Ellis' rational - emotive therapy, T. Gordon's parent - effectiveness training. Sul. G.M.'s encounter - card therapy and Semire psycho - rehabilitation research center's stress controlled by oneself, good interpersonal relationship program. The study was designed using one-group pretest-post test design. 11 subjects were patients assigned to senior nursing student. The training session lasted for 40-60 minutes, 3 times a week, for 4 weeks. The data were analysed paired t-test after histogram test to identify normal distribution. As the result, the hypotheses, "after the training, the level of self-esteem of psychotic patients will be significantly higher than that of before" was supported(t=-4.51, p=.001) In conclusion, the interpersonal relationship training can be considered as an effective method of nursing intervention for psychotic patients to adapt the community life.

        인간관계 효율성 훈련이 간호대학생의 인간관계와 자아정체감에 미치는 효과

        This study is to investigate if the effectiveness training program, suggested by Gordon(1970), could help these nursing students with the problems of interpersonal relationship and self-identification. Method: This study was designed using nonequivalent control group protest-posttest design. The subject for this study were thirty nursing students. Fifteen nursing students of the experimental group experienced the Effectiveness Training for 8 weeks (3 hours/week). The effect of Effectiveness Training was measured using Relationship Change Scale devised by Lee, H.D. & Moon, S.M.(1979) and Ego Identity Scale devised by Dignan(1965) which was translated by Seo, B.Y.(1975) Pretest data were collected by the researcher from both experimental and control group before training. After the end of eight weeks training, posttest data collected from both experimental and control group. Samples were analyzed using SPSS PC+. Result: 1. The first hypothesis, "level of interpersonal relationship of the experiment group after 8 weeks will be significantly higher than that of the control group"(z=-1.965, p=.049)was supported. 2. The second hypothesis, "level of ego-identity of the experimental group after 8 weeks will be significantly higher than that of the control group"(z=-2.191, p=.028)was supported. 3. The third hypothesis, "level of interpersonal relationship of the experiment group will be significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 months of training"(z=-.634, p=.238)was not supported. 4. The fourth hypothesis, "level of ego-identity of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 months of training"(z=-.292, p=.642)was not supported. Conclusion: The Effectiveness Training can be considered as an effective method of nursing students's interpersonal relationship & ego-identity, because it was proved to help nursing students increase level of their interpersonal relationship & ego-identity but it was needed to reinforce for continuing of the effect of the interpersonal relationship & ego-identity.

        간호대학생의 인간관계 집단훈련 프로그램의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of group interpersonal training program on spiritual well-being, self-concept, self-esteem of nursing students and to develop effective curricula which change positive self-concept, self-esteem, spiritual-wellbeing of nursing students. The data was collected from March to July 2000. The subjects were 54 sophomore nursing students. The instruments used for the study were the spiritual well-being scale developed by Paloutzian & Ellison(1982) and self-concept scale developed by Lee & Won(1995) and self-esteem scale developed by Rosenberg(1965). The data were analyzed by using SPSS/WIN. The results were as follows: 1. Hypothesis Ⅰ. "The spiritual well-being score of nursing students who received group interpersonal training program will be significantly increased than that of before" was rejected(t=-.542, p=.590). 2. Hypothesis Ⅱ. "The self-concept score of nursing students who received group interpersonal training program will be significantly increased than that of before" was supported(t=-2.120, p=.000). 3. Hypothesis Ⅲ. "The self-esteem score of nursing students who received group interpersonal training program will be significantly increased than that of before" was supported(t=-5.180, p=.039). In conclusion, the group interpersonal training program had been judged in increasing of self-concept and self-esteem. Therefore the group interpersonal training program should be utilized and expended in nursing curriculum.

        대학생의 대인관계 향상을 위한 인지행동 집단프로그램 개입의 효과

        A Cognitive-behavioral group program was designed for improving university students` self-identity and interpersonal relationship. Program group consisted of 10 university students who participated in voluntarily. Ten Days To Self-Esteem Program(Burns, 2000) and Effectiveness Training Manual(Gordon, 1979) were modified to be applied to this study. The program was carried out total 8 times, week after week, and two and a half hours at a time. The program was analyzed through group process analysis and a program evaluation questionnaire. These analyses showed that this program was effective for university students` self-identity and interpersonal relationships. That is, There were statistically significant improvements in self-esteem, conversation skills, and mood. The evaluation of the program got average 4.0 out of 5.0. From the group process analysis, it was verified that low self-esteem and lack of conversation skills were accompanied by depression and anxiety. Also, they gave rise to unsatisfactory interpersonal relationships, and could be obstructing factors for effective interpersonal relationships. Form this program, participants were able to improve their self-confidence, to regulate their moods, and consequently to improving their interpersonal relationships. Based on these results, more effective methods for group social welfare practice which can be applied to university students were discussed.
