탄력밴드 저항운동 프로그램이 골프 참여자의 클럽 헤드스피드에 미치는 효과 : 웜-업 프로그램의 즉각적인 기대효과를 중심으로

[목적] 본 연구는 아마추어 골퍼를 대상으로 티샷 전 웜-업 운동프로그램 실시 전후에 따른 헤드스피드에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 광주, 전남 지역에 거주하는 아마추어 골퍼 80명을 대상으로 탄력밴드 저항 웜-업 운동 전후의 클럽 헤드스피드, 심박수 검사를 실시하였다. [결과] 중재 후의 결과는 탄력밴 드 저항 웜-업 후 중재 전에 비해서 중재 후 클럽 헤드스피드가 유의하게 증가하였다. 성별, 연령, 핸디캡에 따라 중재 전후 클럽 헤드스피드 변화량에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 탄력밴드 저항 웜-업 후 중재 전에 비해서 중재 후 심박수가 유의하게 증가하였다. [결론] 본 연구를 통해 탄력밴드 저항 웜-업이 아마추어 골퍼의 클럽 헤드스피드, 심박수에 효과를 미치는 중재 방법이라는 것을 확인하였으며, 탄력밴드 저항 웜-업 프로그램이 향후 MZ세대 아 마추어 골퍼들에게 좋은 프로그램이 될 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to suggest a more effective warm-up exercise program for improving golfers' performance by examining the effect on the head speed before and after the warm-up exercise program before and after the tee shot for amateur golfers. [Method] For this, club head speed and heart rate tests were conducted before and after the experiment to confirm the effect of elastic band resistance warm-up on 80 amateur golfers living in Gwangju and Jeonnam. [Result] After the intervention, first, after the elastic band resistance warm-up, the club head speed increased significantly after the intervention compared to before the intervention. Second, there was no significant difference in the amount of change in club head speed before and after intervention according to gender. Third, there was no significant difference in the amount of change in club head speed before and after intervention according to age. Fourth, there was no significant difference in the amount of change in club head speed before and after arbitration according to handicap. Fifth, after the elastic band resistance warm-up, the heart rate significantly increased after the intervention compared to before the intervention. [Conclusion] Through this study, it was confirmed that the elastic band resistance warm-up is an intervention method that has an effect on the club head speed and heart rate of amateur golfers.

배기열 회수장치를 이용한 엔진의 웜-업 성능에 관한 연구

엔진이 웜업이 되기 전까지는 윤활유 등의 온도가 정상작동하기 이전이기 때문에 점도가 높은 상태이다. 그로 인해 차량의 연비는 엔진이 웜업되기 전까지는 낮은 연비를 가질 수밖에 없다. 이 문제를 해결하는 방법의 하나로 엔진 구동계의 웝업을 촉진시키기 위하여 배기가스의 열을 이용하는 것이 있다. 배기계에 열교환기를 두고 배기가스가 가진 열에너지를 흡수하여 엔진의 웝업을 빨리 시킴으로 엔진의 효율을 높이고 연비의 향상을 도모하는 것이다. 배기열의 열에너지 회수에 있어 성능변수가 되는 것이 배기가스 유량, 냉각수 유량, 배기가스 온도, 냉각수 온도, 배기가스 배압, 냉각수 배압 등이 있다. 배기가스 온도, 냉각수 온도의 경우에는 임의로 결정할 수 있는 변수가 아니다. 위 변수들은 엔진의 상황에 따라서 유기적으로 변동되는 사항이기 때문에 임의로 결정할 수 없기 때문에 열교환기 형상의 변경을 통해 배기가스와 냉각수의 배압을 변수로 하여 배압에 따른 유량(유속)의 변화를 유도하여 열교환기의 성능을 확인하였다. 배기열 회수장치의 성능을 평가하는 것은 두 가지 방법을 통하여 확인할 수 있다. 첫 번째는 엔진초기시동부터 웜업 완료시간까지의 시간을 측정하여 웜업시간의 단축을 보는 방법이다. 두 번째는 엔진 정속시 배기가스 열 교환량과 냉각수 열 교환량을 확인하여 열 교환 성능을 확인하는 방법이다. 성능평가는 상용가솔린엔진 을 이용하여 진행하였으며 앞서 설명한 두 가지 방법을 통하여 배기열 회수장치의 성능을 평가하였다. 배기가스의 유량, 온도를 제어하기 위하여 idle, 2000rpm과 같이 정속으로 시험을 진행하였다.

In cold start driving cycles, the use of the electric water pump and variable flow oil pump for diesel engine saves fuel and reduces emissions. The electric water pump and variable flow oil pump allow the engine coolant and lubricant system to select the optimized operation condition. In this study, electric water pump and variable flow oil pump are designed for engine warm up system based on GT-Suite simulation. Also, the designs are compared based on the practical flow and temperature conditions of WLTP driving cycle.
