본 논문에서는 해상 안개를 감지하여 선박 운항 시 선원들이 안전 운항을 할 수 있도록 알려주는 안개 경보 장치를 설계 및 제작하였다. 개발된 안개 경보 장치는 광전소자인 적외선 LED의 발광부와 수광부를 이용하여 센서부와 송수신 장치 모듈을 통합시켰으며, 수신 감도만을 이용하여 저전력 및 소형화하였다. 제작된 장치의 실험은 시정 1km 이내로 안개발생 기준을 습도 70 %로 하고 인공의 안개를 발생시켜 기준값을 초과하면 알람이 울리는 것을 실험에서 확인하였다. 개발된 장치를 선박에 적용할 경우, 짙은 안개에 따른 안전사고에 신속히 대응 할 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, we designed and fabricated that fog alarm equipment detected to crew in maritime fog. Developed fog alarm equipment was combined sensor and a transmitter-receiver module using emitting device unit and receiver photoelectric element infrared LED using only the receive sensitivity was low, miniaturization. Experiment of the fabricated device had a standard that was humidity 70%, the fabricated one generating artificial-fog within visibility 1km. When humidity is over 70%, the fabricated one generates alarming sounds for a warning. When developed device apply to vessel will be able to respond quickly, according to dense fog in the accident.

In many fire emergencies, the auditory fire alarm signals are very important to save the occupant's life. But as the sound insulation of building elements has been improved, it is more difficult for occupant to recognize the fire alarm signals when the audible fire alarm worked. This is the first study to show the sound attenuation of audible fire alarm device in apartments. We measured and analyzed the sound attenuation level in seven units. The result showed that it was not sufficient to detect the sound from the fire alarm device in bedrooms. Whether the fire alarm device worked or not, the differences of sound level in bedrooms were below 1$\sim$10 dBA. To give the minimum sound level 60 dBA in bedrooms, the proper sound levels from alarm device installed in livingrooms were suggested using computer simulation.

While the recent increase in the number of elderly aging society has been broken down into their consumption needs also vary becoming faster. The most common exercise to manage the health of the elderly is a simple aerobic exercise in the gym or running. However, the elderly should always be careful when you exercise because you do not know when and where you might put in a dangerous situation. Then the old man wearing a light sand bags and start exercise. If when an emergency occurs, there is no user's movements over a period of time, in other words, when the sand bags acceleration sensors measure the speed value is zero recognition in emergency situations and immediately the warning alarm sound occurs the piezo sensor. By this principle, I propose aims to ensure the safety of product development for the elderly.
