최근의 CCTV 카메라는 많은 경우 네트워크 카메라이며, 고화질 영상을 인터넷으로 전송하는 경우 큰 부하가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 특정 환경에서 Kinect와 같은 ToF 카메라를 이용하여 제스처 정보를 추출하고 전송하는 방법을 이용하여 트래픽을 감소시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 그 성능을 평가하였다. 제안된 방식은 ToF 카메라의 성능에 의존하므로 응용 분야에 제약이 있을 수 있지만 가정이나 사무실과 같은 소규모 실내공간의 보안 또는 안전 관리에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다. The latest CCTV camera are network camera in many cases. In this case when transmitting high-quality image by internet, it could be a large load on the internet because the amount of image data is very large. In this study, we propose a method which can reduce the video traffic in this case, and evaluate its performance. We used a method for transmitting and extracting a gesture information using ToF camera such as Kinect in certain circumstances. There may be restrictions on the application of the proposed method because it depends on the performance of the ToF camera. However, it can be applied efficiently to the security or safety management of a small interior space such as a home or office.

CCTV기반 이상감지를 위한 센서융합형 SURF 적용 영상처리 연구

최근 CCTV의 발전에 따라 다양한 기능을 갖춘 CCTV가 다방면에 보급되고 있다. 이처럼 다양한 CCTV의 보급량과 사용량의 증가에 따라 이에 상응하는 응용기술의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며 그 활용 범위도 광범위화 해가고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 CCTV기반 센서융합형 SURF(Speeded Up Robust Feature)적용 영상처리 시스템은 SURF기법을 적용하여 CCTV상의 이미지 특징점을 추출하여 상황 및 이상감지 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 센서융합형 조명을 통해 하수처리장과 같은 무인시설이 많은 환경에 적용이 가능하다. 무인환경 및 저조도 환경에서 기존의 CCTV보다 높은 가시성의 영상과 지능형 상황 및 이상감지를 통해 환경 개선 및 보안, 안전 등에 많은 효과가 있을 것으로 기대한다. In recent, The Feature rich CCTV is being applied in various field with development of CCTV. Like this, According to increase of various supply and using of CCTV, Necessity of application technology have been raised too, and It"s Application Range are broad also. CCTV based Sensor applied SURF image Processing System what proposed by this study and applied SURF Algorithms, can serve various service like Situation and emergency Recognition and others by extract local features on CCTV image data. And It"s can apply to Environment where has many Manless Facilities likes Sewage Treatment Plant. We look forward to in place where Manless and low light, This system can improve about environment and security and safety by it"s higher visibility and intelligent situation and emergence detection.
