추연구 한국정신지체아교육학회 2003 지적장애연구 Vol.5 No.-
발달장애아에 대한 신경심리학적 접근을 통해서 첫째, 신경심리학의 학문적 성격과 그 발달 과정을 통해서 장애아 교육연구에 있어서 어떠한 의의가 있는지를 밝혔다. 둘째, 신경심리학적 평가의 장점과 신경심리학자의 역할을 알아봄으로써 대표적인 검사의 장점과 단점을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 인지적 프로그램을 구성할 수 있고, 인지와 정서기능을 측정하는데 유용한 검사 종류를 알아보았다. 넷째, 신경심리학의 이론적 기초 중에서 Luria의 뇌 기능적 체제 이론을 각 기능 단위별로 알아보고, 각 기능의 특성을 뇌 피질영역에서 알아보았다. 세 가지의 연구과제를 통해서 새로운 지능의 계발과 측정법의 개발이 시급함을 알 수 있고, 특히 Kaufman의 K-ABC검사와 Das의 PASS 모형은 향후 발전성이 기대되고 있다. 이러한 연구동향은 현재 우리나라에서도 소개되기 시작하였고, 인지심리학에서는 지능을 역동적이고 통제 가능한 인지과정이라고 생각하게 되어 교수-학습방법에 있어서도 인지과정적 전략 교수의 필요성을 시사해주고 있다. This study is designed to determine the following through a neuropsychological approach to disabled children. First, this study is aimed at comparing clinical neruopsychology with cognitive neuropsychology through the academic characteristics and developmental process of psychology, and shedding light on what implications they have in the field of research on disabled children. Second, this study is aimed at determining the strengthes and developmental directions of neuropsychological evaluation and the roles of neuropsychologists so as to find out the strong points and weak points of representative tests. Third, the researcher could compose cognitive programs, taking a look at the kinds of useful tests in measuring cognitive and affective functions. Fourth, the researcher took a look at theories on the brain-functional system by each function unit among the theoretic basis of neuropsychology and the features of each function in the field of brain cortex. Lastly, this kind of research trend has brought about new intelligence and measurement. Kaufman's K-ABC test and Das PASS model are expected to be improved in the future. This research trend has been introduced to Korea. According to cognitive psychology, intelligence is regarded as an intelligence process, dynamic and controllable, which alludes to the necessity of cognitive-process strategic teaching in the field of teaching and learning.

인지재활에서 고기능 인지 평가도구 사용에 관한 문헌고찰: 집행기능을 중심으로

목적:본 연구는 고기능 인지 평가도구의 사용 빈도 및 시행방법, 평가영역, 인지 요소에 따른 분석을 시행하고자 하였다. 연구방법:2017년도 1월부터 2022년도까지 12월까지 Web of Science(WoS), CINAHL, Pubmed, MEDLINE 데이터베이스에 게재된 문헌 중 선정기준에 적합한 논문 45편에서 추출된 9개의 평가도구의 출현 빈도수, 대상자, 평가 시행 방법, 평가영역을 분석하였다. 결과:가장 많이 사용되는 고기능 인지 평가도구는 Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function(BRIEF)로 확인되었다. 평가도구 사용 대상자 분석 결과, 뇌성마비가 가장 많이 나타났다. 평가도구의 영역은 대부분 과제 수행형 평가(task performance assessment)였다. Frontal Systems Behavior Scale(FrSBe), Dysexecutive Questionnaire(DEX), Computerized Neurocognitive Battery(CNB)는 논리적 인지 요소와 함께 사회정서적 인지 요소를 평가하는 영역이 있었으며 일상생활 기반 과제 수행형 평가(ADL-based task performance)는 Executive Function Performance Test(EFPT)뿐이었다. 평가도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도는 모두 허용할만한 수준이었다. 결론:논리적 측면의 ‘Hot Executive Function(EF)’와 감정적 측면의 ‘Cold EF’를 모두 측정하는 평가도구의 수가 적으며, 집행기능을 일상생활의 과제 수행을 기반으로 하는 평가도구의 수가 제한적임이 나타났다. 보다 넓은 전두엽 영역을 평가하고 재활치료에 있어 중요한 일상생활에서의 독립적 기능을 가능하게 하기 위해 이러한 점을 보완한 고기능 인지 평가도구에 대한 개발 및 연구가 필요하다.
