현실치료를 적용한 부부관계 향상 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증

본 연구는 중․고등학생 자녀를 둔 40-50대 부부 대상으로 부부관계를 향상시킴으로써 부부의 성장을 돕기 위한 현실치료를 적용한 부부관계 향상 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램 개발 과정은 다양한 프로그램 개발 절차를 비교 분석하여 11단계로 구안한 프로그램 개발 절차에 따라 진행되었다. 프로그램 효과를 검증하기 위하여, J시와 S시에 거주하는 중․고등학생 자녀를 둔 부부 14쌍을 대상으로 실험집단 7쌍, 통제집단 7쌍으로 하였으며, 8회기(1회 180분)로 총 24시간 8주간 실시하였다. 프로그램이 진행되기 1주일 전에 부부의 친밀감 척도, 결혼만족도 척도, 내부 통제성 척도, 자기존중감 척도로 사전 검사를 실시하였고, 프로그램 종료 1주일 후에 사후 검사를 실시하였으며, 프로그램 종료 4주 후에 추후 검사를 실시하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 부부의 친밀감, 결혼만족도, 내부통제성 그리고 자기존중감이 향상되었다가 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 현실치료에서 강조하는 개인성장과 관계성장을 증진시킬 수 있는 부부관계 향상 프로그램을 통해 구현해 보고, 그 효과를 검증한 연구로써 현실치료를 부부들의 실생활에 적용해 보았다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. This thesis aims to develop the marital relationship enhancement program based on Reality Therapy and verify its effect in order to promote their marital growth by improving their marital relationship for the couples whose children are middle or high school students. The process of developing the program followed the program development procedure that compares and analyses various program development procedures and devises eleven steps. With the purpose of verifying the effect, the program was offered to fourteen couples who are living in J and S cities and have middle or high school students. They are divided into seven experimental groups and seven control groups. Eight sessions (each session for 180 minutes) were offered for total 24 hours over a period of eight weeks. One week before the program began, the pretest was taken on the different scales of intimacy, marital satisfaction, internal locus of control, and self-esteem. Four weeks after the program ended, the posttest was taken to verify the effect of the program. The results of the study showed that the couples' intimacy, marital satisfaction, internal locus of control, and self-esteem were improved and maintained. Therefore, the significance of the study is that Reality Therapy was applied to couples' everyday lives by implementing the marital relationship enhancement program which promotes personal growth and relationship development and verifying its effect.

부부관계 항상 프로그램을 통한 결혼초기 부부의 의사소통 능력 증진에 관한 연구 : 유아기 가족의 부부를 중심으로

The goal of this study is to develop a program which can improve couples' communication skills that serve to enhance their relationships and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The summary of major results of the research were as follows; 1. The content of communication program for couples in the early marriage focused on improvement of communication skills, on enhancement of couples' intimacy and on coping ability for marriage life. 2. The developed program served to communication improvement for couples in the early marriage. Analyzing specifically the results of test before and after, the average scores of sub-areas such as listening, speaking and solving problems were all increased after the program than before the program. Significant differences of sub-areas appeared, either. 3. The developed program contributed to enhancement of couples' mutual understanding and their relationships.
