독서치료 기반 의사소통훈련이 틱 장애 아동과 어머니에게 미치는 효과

연구목적: 독서치료 기반 의사소통훈련이 틱 장애 아동과 어머니에게 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 틱 장애로 진단된 만 6세 아동의 어머니를 대상으로 주 2회 총 16회의 독서치료기반 의사소통훈련을 실시하였다. 또한 어머니와 아동이 가정내 독서활동을 통하여 소통하는 시간을 가질 수 있도록 치료자가 독서활동을 계획하였고 이를 바탕으로 이루어진 총 5회기의 모-자간 독서활동 대화내용을 녹음하여 이에 대한 피드백을 제공하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 어머니의 양육태도는 애정적, 거부적, 자율적 영역에서 의사소통훈련 실시 전보다 유의미하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 연구에 참여한 틱 장애 아동의 심리에 긍정적인 변화가 나타났으며 가족에 대한 인식도 긍정적으로 변화되었다. 셋째, 아동의 틱 증상에 대해 어머니가 느끼는 불편감은 의사소통훈련 이전보다 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 틱 장애아동의 자기표현과 심리적 편안함의 증가는 틱 증상 개선으로 이어질 수 있다는 점에서 틱 장애 아동에 대한 심리치료시 부모 의사소통훈련을 통해 양육태도와 의사소통방식의 변화를 가져오는 것은 의미있는 접근이라 할 수 있으며 이 때 독서치료가 효과적인 매개체가 될 수 있음을 보여주었다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of communication training based on bibliotherapy on mother and child with tic disorder. Method: For A total of 16 sessions, twice a week, a mother of 6 - year - old child diagnosed with tic disorder was administered communication training based on bibliotherapy. In addition, the therapist planned the reading activity so that the mother and the child could have time to communicate through the reading activity at home. Based on this, the author recorded the contents of the five sessions of mother - child reading activities and provided feedback on them. Results: First, mother"s rearing attitude was improved in affection, rejection, and autonomy than before communication training. Second, there was the positive psychological change of the child with tic disorder participated in the study and the perception of the family also changed positively. Third, the discomfort felt by the mother about the child"s tic symptoms was reduced than before the communication training. Conclusion: It was found that the child with tic disorder had higher levels of self-expression and psychological comfort, and showed that Bibliotherapy can be an effective mediator. Therefore in psychotherapy for children with tic disorders, it is a meaningful approach to bring about changes in rearing attitude and communication style through parent communication training

모래상자놀이를 통한 ADHD 아동의 문제행동과 모-자간 의사소통 개선효과에 관한 사례연구

본 연구는 모래상자놀이가 문제행동과 모자간 의사소통을 향상시키는지를 알아보는데 목적을 두고 실시되었다. 연구대상은 D시에 거주하는 모자간 의사소통에 어려움을 보이는 초등학생 아동과 그 어머니 1쌍이다. 프로그램 진행은 주 1회 50분, 총 10회기로 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 모래상자놀이는 모자간 의사소통을 증가시켰다. 둘째, 모래상자놀이는 ADHD 아동의 문제행동을 변화시켰다. 본 연구는 단일사례연구이기 때문에 연구결과를 일반화하는데 한계가 있으나, 모래상자놀이가 문제행동과 모자간 의사소통을 향상시키는데 효과적이었음을 알 수 있었다. This study aimed at examining whether sandtray play therapy improves a problem behavior and a communication in the mother-child dyad. The subject of this study was a dyad consisting of a single mother and her elementary school children the city of D. The program was conducted once a week, for 10 sessions, each 50 minutes long. The results are as follows. Firstly, the sand tray play therapy enhanced the communication in the mother-child dyad. Secondly, the sand tray play therapy changed the problem behavior of ADHD. Though this study is a single case experimental research, which might have limitations in generalizing, it can be seen that sand tray play therapy works effectively on enhancing problem behavior of ADHD and communication in the mother-child dyad
