        노후 공공도서관의 그린리모델링 적용 요소 조합에 따른 우선순위 도출

        2015년 파리 기후 협약을 시작으로 나라별로 국가 온실가스 감축 목표를 제시하고 실행하기로 합의하였다. 이에 따라 대한민국 정부는 건물 부문에서 온실가스 배출량 32.8% 감축을 목표로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 국토교통부는 2020년부터 공공건축물 그린리모델링 사업을 통해 노후 건축물의 에너지효율 강화를 추진하고 있다. 노후 건축물의 에너지 절감을 위한 그린리모델링 공사에는 패시브 및 액티브 요소의 필수공사와 선택공사가 있다. 그러나 현재는 패시브와 액티브 시스템의 통합설계가 부족하며 건축물의 노후도에 따른 적용 요소들의 우선순위에 대한 기준이 없는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 노후 건축물 중 많은 사람들의 이용이 가능하며 에너지 사용량이 높을 것으로 예상되는 중부 2지역에 위치한 공공도서관 6개소를 선정하였다. 공공도서관은 준공년도에 따라 Model 1~3으로 구분하였으며 각각 1980년대, 1990년대, 2000년대 준공된 건물이다. Model 1~3의 ECO2-OD를 통한 시뮬레이션 분석으로 1차 에너지소요량 절감률에 따른 상위 3개의 우선순위를 도출했다. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport has been promoting strengthening energy efficiency of old buildings through public green building remodeling projects since 2020. Green remodeling includes both essential and optional construction of passive and active elements. However, there is a lack of integrated designs of passive and active systems and no standards for prioritizing these systems according to the building’s age. Therefore, this study examined six public libraries in central region 2 that were expected to be high energy consuming. Remodeling strategy priorities were selected based on potential energy reduction. The libraries were divided into three groups based on their year of construction, completed in the 1980s (Model 1), 1990s (Model 2), and 2000s (Model 3). ECO2-OD, based on ISO 13790 and DINV 18599, was used as the primary energy consumption analysis tool. Simulation results indicated Model 1 and Model 2 benefited most from higher insulation and replacement of mechanical equipment. Model 3 benefited most from upgrading to more energy efficient windows.

        노후 공공건축물의 현장 조사 결과에 따른 에너지효율등급 평가 결과 분석

        The building energy efficiency grade of old buildings in Korea is rated according to criteria of building energy performance calculated by the ECO2 energy simulation program. To evaluate this performance, ECO2 input data are required, which influence both the intermediate decision process and final calculation results. However, the required input data collection of old buildings for ECO2 simulation is not as simple as expected, and is more difficult than that for new buildings because of many unrecorded changes and updates after the original construction. In these aspects, certification assessment documents for old public buildings are not suitable for preparing input data for ECO2 and usually do not reflect the actual status and condition of buildings from either passive or active perspectives. Therefore, in this study, an ECO2 building energy simulation was performed for 41 old public buildings to examine how input data differences from on-site audits can induce differences in both the simulation process and results. The error range of the primary energy consumption for grades extended from 0 to 231.9 ㎾h/㎡․ yr, depending on whether on-site audit results are considered or not. Because of the long operation period of old public buildings, the initial design plan and current operation status have changed significantly, and our suggestion is that the confirmation step for collecting input data for old public buildings must be a prerequisite and an essential aspect for on-site investigation based on ECO2 simulation.

      • BIM 역설계를 활용한 노후 공공건축물 리모델링 건축 계획 방향 연구

        Currently, in the case of domestic remodeling projects for buildings that are more than 20 years old, investment in private facilities is active due to economic advantages. However, public facilities lack in this field due to a limited budget. In order to perform optimal remodeling within this limited budget, it is necessary to introduce BIM reverse engineering. Therefore, this study establishes an effective plan and design through the analysis of definition and process of BIM reverse engineering technology and introduces BIM reverse engineering to enable optimal remodeling and planning for areas with severe dilapidation due to aging to contribute to user comfort, usability, durability and economic feasibility and at the same time induce rational maintenance process.

        재해 노후화를 위한 공공건축물 방재관리시스템 개발

        Recently, the incidence of disaster in buildings is increasing due to insufficient crime and fire prevention and carelessness buildings maintenance. That is why establishment of preventive disaster system against a disaster on buildings is more critical. This study aims for the development of preventive disaster management system for public facilities utilizing thermal imaging camera in order to preventively provide against disasters including building collapse, fire, and facility deterioration. The preventive disaster management system is composed of inspection request, inspection management, and inspection history module for preventive disaster, which is developed in Web-base system considering the usability of users, database compatibility, and real-time information exchange. Based on the inspection history information of preventive disaster that can be obtained by utilizing the preventive disaster management system, the result of this study, preventive disaster in terms of deterioration of natural disaster, and an effect minimizing damages through quick action would be expected.
