단일 공정을 통한 자동차 내장부품(Door trim)의 신뢰성 향상 연구

최근 자동차 산업에서는 경량화, 친환경, 고감성을 중심으로 자동차용 소재를 연구·개발하고 있다. 자동차의 내장재인 Door trim은 실내장식, 차음, 흡음, 추돌시 탑승자 보호의 기능을 갖는 중요한 자동차 내장부품 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서의 Door trim 제조공정인 단일공정 표피 일체화 기술은 동시 압출-사출 기술(ILC; In-Line Compounding)과 표피 일체화 기술(ISF; Intergral Skin Foam)이 복합된 새로운 개념의 기술이다. 이 기술을 통해 기존 3공정을 단일 공정(ILC+ISF)으로 단순화됨으로서 생산성이 향상될 것으로 기대된다. 또한, Door trim의 개발 소재는 다층의 소재를 단일화하여 재활용이 용이하고 친환경 소재 적용을 통해 환경유해물질(VOCs)이 저감되었다. 단일 공정 표피 일체화 기술을 이용한 Door trim의 내구성을 평가하기 위하여 기계적인 물성과 내환경성을 측정하였다. 소재와 부품에서 요구 물성을 만족하였고 내환경성 평가 결과 자동차 내장부품으로 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

As vehicles have been more luxurious, high quality of material is not only required but also human-wised quality is important to facilitate residence of indoor vehicle. In particular, smell of indoor vehicle is one of the most important factors, which is determining possibility of purchasing vehicles. Customers sense smell of vehicle at first when they open the door of the vehicle. Therefore, our research shows the analysis method on the smell of indoor vehicle to identify the level of smell and to find out the causes of smell. It also introduces the improved method of the interior components and new materials (in particular, surface treatment), are as well as actual examples where these improvement are reflected on.
자동차 내장 부품의 이음(Buzz, Squeak & Rattle Noise)에 대한 시험적 고찰

The several vibration lest methods have been developed to evaluate and improve the BSR noise which has increased as a quality problem of the automotive interior parts in recent years. To simulate the BSR noise in the laboratory, il is necessary 10 acquire the road profile data and to measure the partial sound level using the sound visualization system, in this case, it is possible to understand the BSR noise level but difficult to identify the cause of noise and propose the improvement of that. In this study, the structural characteristics of the door and scat moduler was investigated through the normal mode test and the source of the BSR noise generated by the exciter with sine sweep signal was analyzed, so tho Improvement and reduction of the BSR noise was confined through the structural treatment based on the results of the structural test and the analysis of noise sources.
자동차 내장부품 시험용 백의 열처리 과정에 대한 VOCs와 HCHO의 방출 특성 연구

To characterize testing bags for the interior parts and components of new vehicles, three types kinds of bags (Tedlar bag, Polyester Al bag, and PET bag) were selected and investigated.. All testing bags were initially purged with 5 L of pure nitrogen gas. Then, they were heated consecutively for four times in a chamber at 60 and 100℃ at hourlys intervals. Changes in background concentration levels of VOCs and HCHO were then measured. After the 4th heat treatment at 100℃, the background concentrations in PET bag were lower by 5 times than the ftrst time treatment. The results of PET bags were superior to the other bags under the same treatment conditions. Even without heat treatment test, the background concentrations of PET bag was also lower than the others by 2 to 6 times. Based on our results, it can be concluded that the PET bag is the most suitable for sample tests as it is physically the most stable along with the lowest background of all 3 sample bags with the least bias.
