This study puts forth a novel mechanism to boost the effectiveness and accessibility of registering a complaint, aiming to curtail the expenses and enhance the convenience of the criminal complaint process for the public, while also alleviating the workload of the police. Presently, complainants are required to shell out hefty sums to legal experts and undergo a convoluted and redundant procedure to formulate their complaints. These procedures also result in redundant processes for police complaint reception while also increasing the police workforce's burden. To address these issues, a GPT-based automated complaint generation system was implemented in this study. Before its implementation, an examination of legal requirements and precedence was carried out to ensure that the system does not breach any legal regulations. Furthermore, this study offers practical recommendations on how the new system can be integrated into the current police complaints system. The findings are anticipated to enhance investigative efficiency by lessening costs, augmenting complainant convenience, and reducing the police workload. This study is noteworthy as it represents the initial endeavour to implement GPT, an artificial intelligence technology, into police operations.
