        공동주택단지의 생태면적률 계획을 위한 LIM 활용방법- 지형 및 포장재 모델링을 중심으로 -

        The Biotope Area Ratio (BAR) is a quantitative pre-planning index for sustainable development and an integrated indicator for the balanced development of buildings and outdoor spaces. However, it has been pointed out that there are problems in operations management: errors in area calculation, insufficiency in the underground soil condition and depth, reduction in biotope area after construction, and functional failure as a pre-planning index. To address these problems, this study proposes implementing LIM. Since the weights of the BAR are mainly decided by the underground soil condition and depth with land cover types, the study focused on the terrain and pavements. The model should conform to BIM guidelines and standards provided by government agencies and professional organizations. Thus, the scope and Level Of Detail (LOD) of the model were defined, and the method to build a model with BIM software was developed. An apartment complex on sloping ground was selected as a case study, a 3D terrain modeled, paving libraries created with property information on the BAR, and a LIM model completed for the site. Then the BAR was calculated and construction documents were created with the BAR table and pavement details. As results of the study, it was found that the application of the criteria on the BAR and calculation became accurate, and the efficiency of design tasks was improved by LIM. It also enabled the performance of evidence-based design on the terrain and underground structures. To adopt LIM, it is necessary to create and distribute LIM library manuals or templates, and build library content that comply with KBIMS standards. The government policy must also have practitioners submit BIM models in the certification system. Since it is expected that the criteria on planting types in the BAR will be expanded, further research is needed to build and utilize the information model for planting materials. 생태면적률은 친환경적 공간 개발을 위한 정량적 사전 계획지표이자 건축물과 외부공간의 균형 있는 개발을 유도하는 통합적 지표이다. 그러나 제도 적용상 면적 산정의 오류, 하부 지반과 토심 확보 기준의 미달, 시공 후 실제 생태면적의 감소, 사전 계획지표로서의 기능 저하 등의 문제점들이 지적되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 LIM 활용을 제안하였다. 생태면적률의 가중치는 주로 하부 지반과 토심, 피복 유형에 의해 결정되므로 지형과 포장재를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 모델은 정부기관 및 관련 전문단체에서 제시한 BIM 기준과 가이드라인, 지침서를 참고하여 여기에 부합되도록 모델의 작성 범위와 상세 수준을 의미하는 LOD(Level Of Detail)를 설정하고, BIM 저작도구를 선정하여 조경정보모델을 구축하는 방법을 제시하였다. 사례 대상지로는 경사지에 위치한 공동주택단지를 선정하여 3차원적 지형을 모델링하고, 생태면적률과 관련된 속성정보를 포함한 포장재 라이브러리를 제작하였으며, 이들을 토대로 부지의 조경정보모델을 완성하였다. 그리고 구축된 모델을 활용하여 생태면적률을 산정하고, 계획도와 산정표, 포장 상세도 등 관련 도면을 출력하였다. LIM을 활용함으로써 생태면적률의 기준 적용과 면적 산정이 정확해지고 설계업무의 효율성을 도모할 수 있었으며, 지형과 지하구조물의 관계 등 입체적 형태에 대한 객관적 검토가 가능해짐을 알 수 있었다. LIM 도입을 위해 라이브러리 매뉴얼 또는 템플릿을 작성, 배포하거나 KBIMS 기준에 부합하는 라이브러리 구축에 힘써야 하며, 인증제도에서 BIM 모델을 제출하도록 하는 제도적 전환이 필요하다. 앞으로 생태면적률에 식재 유형별 기준이 도입되어 확대 적용될 것으로 예상되므로 식재 정보 모델 구축과 활용에 대한 후속 연구가 요구된다.

        High-rise buildings have been rapidly built in Asia after 1990s since it was centered in the United States before 1990s. According to an annual report released by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), 144 high-rise buildings from 23 countries are completed within a year, 15 of which are super talls with over 300 meters. There are 126 super talls among 1,319 high-rise buildings. This article aims to explore methods to preventing the concentration of evacuation routes for residents in case of urgent evacuation arisen from fire, thereby standardizing object models and defining objects in order to develop fire-based BIM library.

        데이터 상호호환 위한 국제표준기반 BIM 라이브러리 템플릿 개발

        In the AEC/FM industry today, BIM has recently attained widespread acknowledgement and acceptance. The construction industry needs a comprehensive library of objects, these objects need to be of the right quality and connect with generic objects and associated technical specifications. It focuses primarily on design, analysis, and construction workflows in which stakeholders work together to complete a BIM-based project. The goal of this research is to identify how stakeholders are executing the various processes, workflows, and exchanges related to SRC with BIM library template throughout all project phases and to formalize this analytical framework for future case studies. The study will act as a reference and model for working template for BIM from design to construction process models for activities that take place both on and off the construction site. The process models are being captured in the System Modeling Language or SysML. SysML is an emerging tool for modeling of business processes and allows for the modeling of various diagrams showing structure and process.

        BIM정보프레임워크 기반의 속성체계 표준화에 관한 기초연구

        One of the benefits according to BIM(Building Information Modeling) application is that a single BIM data could be performed in various construction stages to maximize work efficiency. However, currently BIM data is generated and used for only one task. Therefore, architects should make each different types of BIM data in a same project. These individually different types of BIM data becomes an obstacle for its sharing and communicating among projects or cooperators. Eventually, it causes misunderstanding that BIM increases workload and it is too complicate to apply, so that proliferation of BIM has been delayed to the whole construction industry. In order to overcome these situations, common guideline and BIM standard that every main agents could share and utilize are needed among each stages or each disciplines. Based on these criteria, BIM library contents which have common properties should be developed to share standard and data. For this, property system standardization has to be preceded. This study suggests data schema for standardized BIM library property system based on BIM information framework and the schema provides not only common data implementation environment but also maximization of BIM efficiency through utilization of this standardized property system.

        Recently, construction industry has adopted BIM very rapidly. However, adoption of BIM or 3D drawing means a lot of time and labors are needed to develop the 3D model, also all participants in the project have to familiar with 3D tools. Internationally, adequate BIM training is recognized as the most challenging area, but in domestic BIM education is rely on BIM tool vendor’s instruction education or related seminar. This research suggest the case study of the development of the 1st private BIM u-learning system in Korea, analyzing the structure of overall system and services at present, current issues, and development plan.

        소공원의 조경설계를 위한 BIM 템플릿 개발

        오늘날 건설, 토목 산업 분야에 활발히 적용되고 있는 BIM은 초기 계획 설계에서부터 시공, 유지관리, 철거에 이르기까지 전 분야의 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있는 기술이지만 국내 조경분야에서는 도입단계에 있다. 본 연구에서는 조경설계분야에 BIM 도입과 활성화를 위하여 BIM 라이브러리(library)와 템플릿(template)의 프로토타입(prototype)을 개발하고 시범적용을 통한 성과를 분석하였다. 프로토타입 개발을 위하여 기 조성된 소공원을 대상으로 도면별 주석과 유형을 분석하여 조경 템플릿 구성요소를 도출하였으며 이를 기반으로 놀이시설물, 파고라, 벤치 등을 패밀리(family) 및 템플릿으로 제작하여 자동화 설계를 가능하게 하였다. 또한 조경설계에서 자주 사용하는 주석과 태그를 만들었으며, 특히 가시성/그래픽 재지정을 이용하여 3D뷰를 구현되도록 하였다. 설계 수량은 경계석 일람표, 마운딩 일람표, 수량집계표, 목차리스트, 포장 수량집계표 등을 그룹화 하여 도면과 연동되도록 하였고 조경 수목은 국내 실정에 맞는 분류기준 및 수목명을 적용하였다. 조경 템플릿은 건축 BIM 프로그램에 탑재될 수 있는 라이브러리 파일 형식(rfa)으로 작성이 가능하도록 하였다. 작성된 템플릿을 시범적용 후 나타난 문제점으로는 수량집계표 작성 시 기호의 자동 삽입, 일람표 작성 시 산출근거를 자동으로 만들지 못하는 문제가 있었다. 이는 BIM 프로그램 및 템플릿 기능 개선을 통해 해결해야 할 것으로 판단된다. A BIM, which is being applied actively to the construction and civil construction industries, is a technology that can maximize efficiency of various sectors from initial planning and design, construction, and maintenance, to demolition; however, it is in the introductory phase in the field of domestic landscaping. In order to introduce and promote BIM in the field of landscape design, this study developed a prototype of a library and template and analyzed the performance of trial application. For the development of a prototype, annotations and types were analyzed from floor plans of existing small parks, and components of landscape template were deduced. Based on this, play facilities, pergola, and benches were madeintofamily and templates, making automatic design possible. In addition, annotations and tags that are often used in landscape design were made, and a 3D view was materialized through visibility/graphic reassignment. As for tables and quantities, boundary stone table, mounding table, summary sheet of quantities, table of contents, and summary sheet of packaging quantities were grouped and connected with floor plans; regarding landscaping trees, classification criteria and name of trees that are suitable for domestic situations were applied. A landscape template was created to enable the library file format(rfa) that can be mounted on a building with BIM programs. As for problems that arose after the trial application of the prepared template, some CAD files could not be imported; also, while writing tables, the basis of calculation could not be made automatically. Regarding this, it is thought that functions of a BIM program and template need improvement.
