        36-49岁北京地区女性皮肤皱纹与皮肤生理参数的关系

        Purpose: Skin biophysical parameters reveal skin condition of wrinkle. This study aimed to explore the variation of skin condition with wrinkles of 36–49 years old Beijing female. Methods: 55 healthy females (age ranged from 36 to 49 years old) coming from Beijing city were chosen for this study. We measured twenty one skin biophysical parameters such as skin hydration, transepidermal water loss (TEWL), sebum, melanin index (MI), erythema index (EI), skin shades, skin radiance, pH, transcutaneous oxygen tension (pO2), transcutaneous carbon dioxide tension (pCO2), skin temperature, blood perfusion, skin elasticity and skin texture in left cheek, and compared correlation between other parameters and elasticity and texture. Results: There were some correlations between skin biophysical parameters and skin elasticity and skin texture: (1) There were signifiant positive correlation (p<0.01) between skin elasticity parameters, R2, R5, R7, and skin radiance. Skin temperature was signifiantly (p<0.01) correlated with R5 positively. pO2 was signifiantly (p<0.01) correlated with R7 positively. There were negative correlation between three skin elasticity and pH. (2) There were signifiant positive correlation (p<0.01) between skin texture, Rz, and A. There were signifiant positive correlation (p<0.01) between two of skin texture, Ra, Rp, and EI. Conclusion: The correlations shown between the skin biophysical parameters and wrinkle factors demonstrate that the decrease of skin radiance, skin temperature and pO2, increase of skin pH, EI and skin shades A are affected by aging factors. 目的: 皮肤生理参数能够揭示皮肤皱纹状况。本研究旨在探讨36–49岁北京女性皮肤各生理参数与皱纹之间的关系。 方 法: 选取北京市55名健康女性(年龄36–49岁)为研究对象,测定左脸颊二十一个皮肤生理参数如皮肤的水合作用、经 皮水分流失(transepidermal water loss, TEWL)、皮脂含量、黑色素指数(sebum, melanin index, MI)、红色素指数 (erythema index, EI)、皮肤颜色、皮肤光泽、pH值、经皮氧分压(transcutaneous oxygen tension, pO2)、经皮二氧 化碳分压(transcutaneous carbon dioxide tension, pCO2)、皮肤温度、血液灌流量、皮肤弹性及皮肤纹理,分析了各 皮肤生理参数与皮肤弹性、纹理的相关性关系。 结果: 皮肤各生理参数与皮肤弹性、皮肤纹理有一定相关性。(1)皮肤 弹性参数R2、R5、R7与和皮肤光泽度之间有显著的正相关(p<0.01)。皮肤温度与R5成显著正相关(p<0.01)。皮肤 pO2与R7成显著正相关(p<0.01)。皮肤弹性和pH值却呈负相关关系。(2) 皮肤纹理Rz和A之间存在显著的正相关关系 (p<0.01)。皮肤纹理Ra、Rp与和EI也具有显著正相关关系(p<0.01)。 结论: 各皮肤生理参数和皱纹之间的相关性表 明,年龄是影响皮肤光泽度,皮肤温度和氧分压的降低,皮肤pH,EI和皮肤颜色的上升的重要因素。

        세라마이드 캡슐화 리포좀을 함유한 화장품 사용이 피부 상태 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the influence of cosmetics containing liposome capsulized with ceramides on the skin. For this, clinical trials were performed against a total of 24 adult women in their 20-50s. Specifically, a double-blind test was conducted on both control and experimental groups (12 testees, each). The control group testees used liposome ceramides-free toner and cream while the experimental group testees used 5% liposome ceramides- containing toner and cream in the morning and in the evening everyday over six (6) weeks. Then, changes in skin conditions were measured and analyzed, using a skin analyzer, and the results found the followings: The control group revealed no statistically significant change in eye wrinkles, facial wrinkles, facial wrinkle index, skin roughness, UV pigmentation index, facial blushing, skin tone and moisture index. In contrast, the experimental group showed a statistically significance decrease in eye wrinkles, facial wrinkles, facial wrinkle index, skin roughness, UV pigmentation index and facial blushing and a significant increase in moisture. However, no significant change was found in skin tone. The above results confirm that liposome capsulized with ceramides is an effective cosmetic ingredient which keeps skin healthy and youthful and strengthens a skin barrier with a positive effect on skin moisture, skin roughness, facial blushing, facial wrinkles and skin pigmentation. In other words, liposome capsulized with ceramides is valuable as a cosmetic substance. Therefore, it is anticipated that there would be further studies on the effects and efficacies of cosmetics containing 5% liposome capsulized with ceramides and their effective ingredients.

        리포좀화된 이데베논 화장품 성분이 노화피부에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to examine the effects of antioxidant liposomal idebenone on skin aging against middle-aged women in their 40-50s through a clinical approach. For this, a control group used 2 different liposomal idebenone-free cosmetics over six (6) weeks while an experimental group used 2 different cosmetics containing 2% idebenone. Then, skin changes before and after using the cosmetics were analyzed. In the control group, no statistically significant change was found in the pore index, eye-wrinkle index, facial expression wrinkle index, facial wrinkle index, pigmentation index, brightness index, texture index, moisture index and flush index. In the experimental group, on the contrary, a statistically significant decrease was observed in the pore index, eye-wrinkle index, facial expression wrinkle index, facial wrinkle index and pigmentation index while the brightness index revealed a significant increase. In contrast, no statistically significant change was found in the texture index and moisture index while the flush index showed a slight increase. Among the various problems of aged skin, in other words, liposomal idebenone reduced the pore issues, pigmentation and wrinkles and increased the brightness index. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that liposomal idebenone is valuable as a cosmetic material for aged skin.

        Punica granatum Flower 추출물을 함유한 립글로스 제조 및 플럼핑 효과

        Purpose: Lip plumpers are cosmetic agents for producing a temporary increase in lip volume. The topical action of lip plumpers has been rarely discussed in the dermatology literature. This study was conducted to assess the volumizing effect of lip cosmetic products. Methods: We prepared the three different lip glosses: the control (base lip gloss), sample A (2% Zingiber officinale root oil), and sample B (2% Punica granatum flower extract). To assess their efficacy, 30 Korean female subjects (age range 30–49 years) with no negative clinical history of lip conditions were recruited. The impressions of lips were prepared at 0 min, 30 min, and 3 weeks after applying the lip gloss. Scanning electron microscopy was used to scan the impressions. The volume changes in the impressions were assessed by 3D image analysis software. Results: For sample A, the intensity of wrinkles on the lip was decreased at 30 minutes after application, and the volumizing effect was seen at the same time. Both results were statistically significant. However, there was no statistically significant difference in wrinkle relief and volumizing effect 3 weeks later, as compared to the baseline. On the other hand, sample B both decreased wrinkle intensity and showed volumizing effects at 30 min that persisted 3 weeks later. Also, the wrinkle grade was measured by the experts. Conclusion: In conclusion, the sample containing the Punica granatum flower extract had long-term effects in relieving wrinkles and increasing the volume of the lips. These results support the possibility of developing functional cosmetics using Punica granatum flower extract. 목적: 입술 플럼핑은 입술의 볼륨감을 일시적으로 증가시키기 위한 화장품이다. 입술 플럼핑의 국소작용 효과는 피부학 문헌에서거의 논의되지 않았다. 본 연구는 립 화장품의 볼륨감 효과에 대한 평가를 위해 실시되었다. 방법: 컨트롤(베이스 립글로스), 샘플 A (2% 생강 오일), 샘플 B (2% 석류꽃 추출물) 3가지 립글로스를 준비했다. 그 효능을 평가하기 위해 입술에 피부질환이 없는 30명의한국인 여성 피험자(30-49세)를 모집했다. 입술의 모형은 0 min, 30 min, 3주의 시간에 립글로스를 바른 후 제작되었다. SEM은모형을 스캔하는 데 사용되었다. 모형의 볼륨 변화는 3D 이미지 분석 소프트웨어에 의해 평가되었다. 결과: 샘플 A의 경우 바르고30분 후 입술 주름이 감소하였다. 그리고 볼륨감의 효과가 동시에 나타났다. 두 결과 모두 통계적으로 유의미했다. 그러나 기준선에비해 주름 완화 및 볼륨 증가 효과는 3주 만에 통계적으로 차이가 없었다. 반면 샘플 B는 주름 완화 효과와 볼륨 증가 효과가 모두30분대에 나타났고 3주 후에도 지속됐다. 또한 주름 등급은 전문가들에 의해 측정되었다. 그리고, 비슷하게 샘플 B가 입술 주름의강도를 효과적으로 감소시킨다는 것을 발견했다. 결론: 결론적으로 석류꽃 추출물이 함유된 샘플 B는 장기적으로 주름 완화 효과와입술 부피를 증가시키는 효과를 보였다. 이 연구에서는 석류꽃 추출물에 의한 기능성 화장품의 개발 가능성을 제시한다.

        Analysis of the Effect of Blood Sugar, Calcium, Chloride Ions, and Blood Urea Nitrogen on Skin Wrinkles

        목적: 본 연구는 혈액내의 혈당, 요소질소(BUN), 칼슘, 염화이온이 폐경기 전 여성의 얼굴 주름살에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 확 인하고자 하였다. 방법: 이 연구는 동방대학교 연구윤리위원의 심사를 받았으며, 참가자는 인터넷을 통하여 모집하였다. 모집대상 은 폐경기 전 여성으로 한정하였으며 질병에 걸려있거나 약물, 건강식품을 섭취하는 자는 제외하였다. 혈액채취는 녹십자사(Green Cross Corp., Seoul)에서 간호사가 진행하였으며 혈액성분도 녹십자사에서 분석하였다. 얼굴의 주름수준은 봄텍(BOMTECH, Seoul)의 피부측정기(모델명 A-ONE Smart)로 측정하였다. 모집인원은 총 77명이었으나 혈액 측정변수가 이상치를 벗어난 13명 을 제외하고 나머지 64명(평균연령 을 대상으로 통계분석(SPSS Ver.23.0)을 하였다. 결과: 분석결과 혈당의 비표준화계수는 0.019, 유의확률 p=0.027로 통계적으로 유의한 양의 영향을 미치고 있었다. BUN의 비표준화계수는 0.108, 유의확률 p=0.006 이었는데 이것은 BUN이 1 mg/dL만큼 증가할 때 주름은 0.108만큼 증가한다는 의미이다. 독립변수의 종속변수에 대한 설명력인 R2은 0.203 이었다. 결론: 본 연구에 의하면 심혈관질환, 당뇨 등에 영향을 미치는 인자로 알려진 혈당과 BUN이 얼굴 주름살에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구는 폐경기 전 여성 64명을 대상으로 하였기에 전체 연령으로 일반화할 수 없다라는 한계를 갖는다. 향후 폐경기 이 후 여성과 남성을 포함한 보다 넓은 연구 대상자들을 통하여 비교연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to statistically verify the effects of blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), calcium, and chloride ions on the facial wrinkles of premenopausal women. Methods: Premenopausal women were recruited through the internet to be study participants. Those who had disease or who consumed drugs or health foods such as ginseng were excluded. The levels of blood glucose, BUN, calcium, and chloride ions were obtained, and facial wrinkles were measured with a skin meter. Multiple regression analysis was performed to evaluate the effects of blood glucose, BUN, calcium, and chloride ions on face wrinkles. Results: After excluding 13 people whose blood measurement variables deviated from the outliers, statistical analysis was performed for the remaining 64 participants. Analysis revealed the nonstandardization coefficient of blood glucose to be 0.019 and the significance probability was p =0.027. The nonstandardized coefficient of BUN was 0.108, and the significance probability was p =0.006, which means that when BUN increased by 1 mg/dL, wrinkles increased by 0.108. The explanatory power of R2 was 0.203. Conclusion: This is the first report to reveal, based on empirical data, that blood glucose and BUN, which are known factors affecting cardiovascular disease and diabetes, also affect facial wrinkles.
