        The purpose of this study, analyze comparatively the present condition of school facilities in the wide local autonomous administrations and drew up the plan for activation sports for all based upon it. In order to accomplish object of this, I used to School Sports statistic `98 published by School Health Environment Division of Education Ministry, because school sports facilities are distinguished from indoor sports facilities, outdoor sports facilities, swimming pool, area of sports ground, this study follows such a categorization for the comparative analysis of school sports facilities. Besides in the right of population and provincial area the number of those sports facilities indoor and outdoor sports facilities including swimming pools - are divided by 100 thousand to be compared, while the area of sports ground is divided by the provincial area and to know more remarkable correlation of school sports facilities in wide local autonomous administration, population and GDP, I did correlation analysis the depended variables using analysis are population of wide local autonomous administration and GDP, are used indoor sports facilities (A1), outdoor sports facilities(A2), the number of swimming pools(A3), and area of sports ground The result of this study thought this method and process can be summarized as follows; First, in terms of the outdoor sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Seoul, Chunbuk, Kyunggi but the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Chunbuk, Chunnam, Seoul. Second, in terms of the indoor sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Seoul, Chunnam, Kyunggi but the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Chunnam, Kangwon, Chungnam. Third in terms of the swimming pool sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Seoul, Kangwon, Kyunggi but the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Seoul, Pusan, Daejon Fourth in terms of the sports ground ratio sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Kyunggi, Kyungbuk, Chunnam and the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Seoul, Pusan, Daejon and the area of sports ground is divided by the provincial area is Seoul, Pusan, Daejon. The relationships for GDP and population are mainly low excluded the indoor sports facilities and swimming, and the relationship for GDP and athletic facilities are very good in the all faces.

      • 소방대원들의 근무형태에 따른 견관절 등속성 근력

        The purpose of study was to investigate the influence of isokinetic knee joint muscle strength on duty form in the fire fighters. 28 men who aged 30-40 years were measured by isokinetic knee joint muscle strength testing(Cybex 6000 dynamometer system). Subjects were divided into the 2 groups that were indoor duty group and outdoor duty group. Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance t-test. In results, peak torque and average power of indoor duty group was showed significantly lower than that of outdoor duty group. At comparison of right and left knee joint, isokinetic strength, isokinetic power and isokinetic endurance of right knee joint was showed significantly higher then that of left knee joint, but in 60 degree per second, left knee joint was showed higher then that of right knee joint. Result from this investigation show greater presonal training and fire quell a riot, emergency rescue activity was increased knee joint muscle strength. Therefore, physical fitness and health maintance programs for fire fighters have been developed, implemented, and proven to reduce morbidity and mortality and financial expenditures.

      • 에어로빅댄스시 상해유발요인 분석

        This study attempt to figure out causes of the injuries that are incurred during aerobic dancing program. For this purpose self-report questionnaires were administered to 330 male/female in three types of aerobic dancing class. Surface of aerobic dancing place, wear, shoe type, frequency, dancing time and career of aerobic dancing were answered. The most representative injured parts of body was knee(22.7%). And ankle(21.2%), waist, arm/shoulder(18.2%) were frequently injured. Cause of injury were excessive aerobic dancing (Overload, 45.2%), lack of flexibility (23.4%) and incorrect posture(21.8%). Instructors have to control reasonable aerobic dancing time and rest time for age. And stretching must performed before and after aerobic dancing program. It was suggested that clarify injury mechanism of aerobic dancing in the future research.

      • 등속성 훈련 ( Isokinetic Training ) 이 Golf 성과에 미치는 영향 - 슬관절 각도를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this research is to see a result of driver shot after isokinetic training for stable form of knee joint by Norm(Cybex 770) about five male golfer for six weeks training. A plans of the research were done under 60 ˚/sec condition of typical pressure for measuring of extension and strength of flexion, 120˚/sec for muscle power, 180˚/sec for muscle endurance, three times, three times, thirty times of two sets in three times a week. We measured Club Head Speed, Ball Speed, Ball Distance, Launch Angle, Impact Point and Back Spin to see a result of driver shot after isokinetic training for extension and flextion, and treated a changing primary factor. Material treatment operates a t-test to analysis changes before and after and an extent of attention is P<.05. Following is conclusion of the experiment results. 1. The Head Speed of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a very meaningful change from 50.76±1.27 to 54.66±1.53 (P< .01). 2. The Ball Speed of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a meaningful change from 67.46±0.88 to 69.26±0.85 (P< .05). 3. The Ball Carry of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a very meaningful change from 251.00±10.05 to 277.20±11.67 (P< .01). 4. The Launch Angle of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningful change from 13.06±1.87 to 13.88±12.63 (P> .05). 5. The Impact Point of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningful change from 1.00±1.22 to 1.40±2.07 (P> .05). 6. The Back Spin of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningfu Ichange from 2596.80±535.70 to 2494±300.75 (P> .05). According to the accomplishment of the influence in golf performance concerned weight training by isokinetic training it showed that the muscle strength of lower muscle is very important to safety of swing and it has influence on an effect of golf shot. We need to the systematical and profound study for reinforcement of each athlete`s lower muscle. In conclusion, preferentially, it is important to improve the development of physical strength s an index of technical improvement for the sake of the elevation of golf swing.

      • 트레드밀 걷기시 경사도에 따른 무릎관절의 운동학적 ( kinematic ) 변화 비교

        The purpose of this study were analysed to kinematic of treadmill walking motion on the knee joint by 4 grade walkway and offered the basic data of the exercise prescription for the general person who is doing treadmill walking exercise. We used Vicon 370 system for the three dimensional analysis. The selected subjects of this study were twelve adult female in the twentieth, they were required to free-walk on the level, the -5%, the 10%, the -5% treadmill and the walking speed was 1.25m/s. As follow are the result of analysis: 1. The knee joint flexion/extension angle and angular velocity pattern were shown similar on each inclination, but knee valgus/varus and rotation angles pattern were shown differences pattern each inclination. 2. Knee flexion/extension angle and angular velocity were shown differences statistically by each inclination. Especilly the other angle except knee flexion/extension angle and angular velocity is highest in the-5% downhill inclination walking. As there analysis and result show, especially it need to be careful in the down-hill walking, cause the movement range of the knee joint was wide on the frontal plane, coronal plane and the same result in the other joint on frontal plane. Also in the up-hill walking rotation angle variation is higher during stance phase. And the study suggests that it will be more desirable to analyze kinetic variables on the sagittal plane, frontal plane, coronal plane. As there analysis and conclusion show, Walking, the aerobic exercises for health maintenance and improvement which needs the time of at least 30 minutes, so it gives load continuously and repeatedly on muscles and ligaments. Especially at the up and down hill walking, we suspect the angle and angular velocity change fast each joint, so during the up and down-hill walking, the old and the weak or the novice should walk slowly or do it in the limit of no body-stress.
