      • 가족센터의 슈퍼비전 필요성에 대한 실천가의 인식 연구 - 가족센터 기관장 질적사례연구 접근으로 -

        본 연구는 가족센터의 슈퍼비전 체계가 조직과 실무자의 성장을 촉진하고 가족 복지를 증진하는 데 필수적임을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 현대사회의 가족구조 변화와 다양한 가족 형태 증가에 따른 가족센터의 역할 확대를 배경으로, 가족센터 사회복지 슈퍼비전을 이해하고 발전 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 10년 이상의 경력을 가진 가족센터 기관장 3명을 대상으로 질적사례연구 접근으로 개별 심층 인터뷰를 수행하였으며, Stake의 범주적 집합 접근법을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 연구참여자들은 슈퍼비전을 조직 성장과 직원 역량 강화를 위한 전략으로 인식하고 있었다. 연구참여자들은 슈퍼비전을 유연한 소통, 성찰적 피드백을 포괄하는 다차원적 슈퍼비전방식으로 실행하고 있었다. 또한, 슈퍼비전 실행의 중요 요소로는 명확한 지침과 체계, 신뢰와 협력, 상호작용, 다양성이 도출되었다. 그러나 슈퍼비전 실행 과정에서 미흡한 슈퍼비전 체계, 자원과 역량 부족, 소통 부족에 기인한 갈등이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 행정적 명확성, 교육적 역량 강화, 지지적 환경 조성, 갈등 해소와 협력을 위한 중재 전략이 제안되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 명확한 지침 개발, 맞춤형 슈퍼비전 교육 프로그램 제공, 정서적 지원 체계 구축, 중재적 슈퍼비전 도입과 같은 실천적 제언을 제시하였고 정책적 제언으로 재정적 기반 확보, 전문 슈퍼바이저 양성 및 역량 강화, 슈퍼비전 평가 체계 구축을 제안하였다. This study emphasizes that the supervision system in family centers is essential for promoting organizational growth, enhancing practitioner development, and improving family welfare. The study aims to understand social welfare supervision in family centers and propose developmental strategies in the context of expanding roles of family centers due to changes in family structures and the increase in diverse family types in modern society. For this purpose, qualitative case studies were conducted through in-depth interviews with three family center directors with over ten years of experience, and the data were analyzed using Stake’s categorical aggregation approach. The results revealed that the participants perceived supervision as a strategy for organizational growth and staff capacity development. They implemented supervision through a multidimensional approach that encompassed flexible communication and reflective feedback. Additionally, key elements for effective supervision included clear guidelines and systems, trust and cooperation, interaction, and diversity. However, challenges such as inadequate supervision systems, lack of resources and competencies, and communication-related conflicts were identified in the supervision process. To address these issues, the study proposed strategies such as administrative clarity, capacity building through education, creating a supportive environment, and mediation for conflict resolution and cooperation. Based on the study’s findings, practical recommendations include the development of clear guidelines, providing tailored supervision training programs, establishing emotional support systems, and introducing mediative supervision. Policy recommendations include securing financial resources, training and strengthening the competencies of professional supervisors, and establishing an evaluation system for supervision effectiveness.

      • 슈퍼비전 평가 어떻게 할 것인가? - 사회복지 슈퍼비전 평가에 대한 고찰 -

        좋은 슈퍼비전은 지속적인 평가와 피드백이 필수적이다. 슈퍼비전이 궁극적인 목표성취를 위해 제대로 기능을 수행하며 효과적으로 진행되고 있는지 확인하고 개선점을 모색 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지 영역의 슈퍼비전 평가 논의가 미흡한 상황에서 슈퍼비전 평가 관련한 슈퍼비전 선행연구를 고찰하여 연구 현황을 분석하고 슈퍼비전 평가와 관련한 방향성을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 슈퍼비전 평가의 의미와 요소, 슈퍼비전 평가의 가치에 대해 정리하고 국내외 슈퍼비전 관련 평가 연구들과 사회복지슈퍼비전과 관련한 국내외 슈퍼비전 표준에서 평가에 관한 내용을 고찰하였다. 최종적으로 사회복지사협회 차원의 슈퍼비전 표준과 가이드라인 개발, 조직 특성과 상황을 고려한 슈퍼비전 평가체계의 구축과 운영, 슈퍼비전과 관련한 이해관계자들의 평가 참여 역량 강화, 슈퍼바이저 역량 개발을 위한 교육 강화 차원의 방안을 제언하였다. 마지막으로, 문헌 고찰과 논의 내용을 토대로 슈퍼비전 이해관계자 종합평가 모형을 제시하였다. Effective supervision necessitates continuous evaluation and feedback. It is crucial to assess whether supervision is functioning optimally toward achieving its intended objectives and to identify areas for enhancement. The aim of this study is to examine the current state of research on supervision evaluation, particularly within the field of social work, where discourse on evaluation remains underdeveloped. This study seeks to propose directions for advancing supervision evaluation practices. To this end, the study outlines the concept, components, and value of supervision evaluation, while reviewing both domestic and international research on the subject, as well as related standards in social work supervision. The study ultimately recommends several strategies, including the development of supervision standards and guidelines at the organizational level, the establishment and implementation of a supervision evaluation system tailored to organizational characteristics and contextual factors, strengthening the evaluation capacity of stakeholders involved in supervision, and enhancing educational programs to further develop supervisor competencies. Lastly, drawing from the literature review and discussions, the study presents a comprehensive framework for the evaluation of supervision, incorporating key elements to guide future research and practice.

      • 사회복지 슈퍼비전 매뉴얼 개발을 위한 기초연구 - 사회복지관의 직원 슈퍼비전 지침 분석을 중심으로 -

        This study is to analyze the guidelines and present a basic direction of supervision in oder to develop a supervision manual that can be used in the community welfare center. This study has reviewed the previous studies relating to the supervision components, stages, process, guidelines and models. Also, It analyzed the 15 guidelines and 3 forms of staff supervision in community welfare center. The results from this study presented the analysis of the status and guidelines of the six supervision elements(goals, supervisor, supervisee, relation, organization, operation structure). And It proposed the detailed tasks of the readiness, beginning, middle, and evaluation stage in staff supervision. This study finally proposed guidelines of assignments, type of facility development manuals, and the use of supervision manual in the community welfare center.

      • 사회복지현장실습생의 슈퍼바이저에 대한 인식 연구

        This study is intended to understand the overall recognition of students who major in Social Welfare Studies and completed social work field placement on practicing supervisors, and contemplate supervisors’ roles. For this, a focus group interview was performed. While 8 half-structured questions were presented in three fields of the basic recognition on social welfare supervision, the recognition on supervisors and wishes to supervisors, opinions were stated, and discussion was conducted. The result shows that there were three categorized themes, which are ‘supervision that I consider’, ‘positive recognition and satisfaction degree on supervisors’ and ‘problematic recognition and wishes about supervisors’. Based on this, positive factors and problematic factors about supervisors in the social welfare field practicing were comprehended, and the their roles that can contribute to effectiveness of field practicing were discussed.

      • 사회복지관 지역조직화사업 슈퍼비전 실태와 발전 방안 연구 - B사회복지관 사례를 중심으로 -

        This research was conducted to help social welfare centers find its identification in practices of local social welfare and ensure specialty by seeking how to develop supervision on local systematization function. To this end, I researched supervision instructions and implementation system, etc. on B Social Welfare Center, which is known for its excellent operation in terms of local systematization. For three years between 2012 and 2014, I analyzed supervision practices on the function of local systematization. In addition, I conducted an in-depth interview on five social workers at the level of a middle manager or higher about supervision contents and experiences. As a result, it turns out that social welfare supervision on the function of local systematization is conducted through both external and internal supervision. However, there has not been a discussion or agreement on its contents, and it has not reached to a stage where common supervision contents are drawn based on both a supervisor and supervisee`s desires. This research is significant in making suggestions on how to develop supervision on the function of the local systematization of social welfare centers in the future.

      • 사회복지 슈퍼비전 실행의 장애요인과 성공요인에 대한 이해 - 노인생활시설의 슈퍼바이저, 슈퍼바이지 시각으로 -

        This research conducted a qualitative case study by taking individual in-depth interview with three social work supervisors and three social work supervisees who are working at the elderly residential homes in oder to understand what they present the obstacle and success factors in social work supervision practices. As a research result, they showed that the obstacles and success factors of social work supervision are the following. The first obstacle was low self-confidence of supervisor resulted from the lack of supervision knowledges and skills in the organizational level. The second was limited time and poor working environments for supervision practices. On the other hand, the first success factor was providing relevant and reliable supervision to supervisee. The second was providing supervision on the knowledges and skills that supervisors studied. The third was the growth of supervisee who implements supervision with responsibility. The forth was that organizations provide thoughtful care for supervisee in personal and respectful communications. In conclusion, it is expected that tackling obstacles of supervision by enforcing the administrative, educational, and supportive functions of supervision and empowering the success factors can contribute to the developments of supervision in social work practices. Also, for a further study, it is suggested to explore more specific and significant obstacle and success factors of social work supervision in a variety of social work practice settings.

      • 사회복지관 지역조직화 담당 사회복지사의 민관협력인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 슈퍼비전의 조절효과 검증 -

        The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of social workers in charge of local organization of social welfare centers on public-private cooperation awareness and organizational commitment, and to verify the moderating effect of supervision on the effect between public-private cooperation awareness and organizational commitment. The analysis data is 126 questionnaires collected from social workers in charge of local organization at 21 comprehensive social welfare centers in Incheon. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that public-private cooperation awareness, public-private cooperation performance awareness, and public-private cooperation change awareness all affect organizational commitment, and that the organizational commitment between public-private cooperation performance awareness and public-private cooperation change awareness interacts with the implementation of supervision and has a moderating effect. I was able to. Based on this, in order to improve the organizational commitment of social workers in charge of local organization of social welfare centers during public-private cooperation work, specific measures were proposed for sharing and understanding public and private awareness, establishing a formal system, and establishing a supervision system.
