중년여성 분노의 심리적-가족치료적 분석을 통한 기독교상담 해소방안

본 연구는 중년여성의 분노가 심리적-가족치료적 요인에 의해 유발되고 또한 적절히 해소되지 못하고 있음을 확인하였으며 이를 위해 중년여성 분노의 심리적-가족치료적 분석을 통한 기독교상담 해소방안을 모색했다. 중년여성은 심리적으로 분노감정을 제대로 해결하지 못하게 될 때 자기비하로 인해 리적 외상을 경험한다. 또한 가족치료 측면에서는 사회적 변화의 혼재 속에서 가족구성원과의 문제, 경제 등의 원인으로 가정 안에 고통을 받고 우울, 분노, 소외감, 상실감 을 경험하고 있음을 연구결과 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 중년여성의 심리적 건강을 위해 중년여성들은 바람직한 방법으로 분노를 표현해야 함을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 중년여성 분노의 심리적-가족치료적 분석을 통한 기독교상담 해소방안으로 네 가지 유형을 제시하였다. 다음과 같이, 고백을 통한 정화방법, 인지적 재구성을 통한 방법, 기술적 대화, 하나님의 사랑을 통한 성화의 과정이다. 즉 중년여성은 하나님의 사랑에 온전히 사로잡히게 될 때, 근본적 분노해소는 이루어진다. 본 연구자는 중년여성 분노에 대해 심리적-가족치료적 분석을 하였고 이 분석에 근거한 결과는 중년여성의 분노해소, 건강한 가정생활을 위한 효과적 상담방안과 중년여성들을 대상으로 하는 기독교상담을 전망한다. This study verified the anger of middle-aged women was caused by psychological-family therapeutic factors and not solved properly. Therefore, this study searched for Christian Counseling method to solution of middle-aged women's anger through psychological-family therapeutic analysis. When middle-aged women do not solve their anger psychologically, they experience psychological-external wound by self-humbleness. Also, in psychological-family therapeutic dimension, it was found that middle-aged women suffer physical and psychological pain including melancholia, anger, sense of alienation and loss by their family, economic and other problems in the vortex of social change. Therefore, this study examined middle-aged women should express their anger in desirable way, for their psychological health. Lastly, it presented four plans for Christian Counseling through anger mode analysis. As follows: purification through confession, solution through cognitive restructuring, technical conversation and the process of sanctification through God's. Therefore, when middle-aged women come to be fully captured by His love, the source of the anger is solved. This study searched for psychological-family therapeutic analysis about middle-aged women's anger, and proposed the method to solution of middle-aged women's anger and effective counseling for healthy family, and Christian Counseling of middle-aged women, on the basis of the analysis.

이야기상담에 대한 기독교상담적 이해와 활용 방안

본 연구는 이야기상담의 이해와 기독교상담적 적용 가능성을 모색해 본 것이다. 즉 이야기상담은 이야기를 통해 내담자를 이해, 분석, 진단, 평가, 치료하는 방편으로서 기독교상다에서도 이를 활용하여 치료의 가능성을 타진해 보려는 것이었다. 최근 기독교상담학 분야에도 이야기상담을 응용, 적용하여 치료적 효과를 얻고자 하는데 관심을 기울이고 있다. 이야기상담은 이야기를 통해 내담자의 삶과 내면세계에 들어가 볼 수 있고 치료할 수 있다고 전제하는데, 그렇다면 이야기는 단순한 이야기가 아니라 치료적 방편이라고 본다. 기독교상담에서 이야기기법을 응용하려는 것은 이야기상담의 방법론이 내포하고 있는 자서전적 이야기 진술의 치료적 효과 때문이다. 기독교상담에서는 이야기를 어떻게 이해해야 하며 내담자의 이야기를 어떻게 효과적으로 드러내도록 하는가는 상담의 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이야기의 정의와 개념, 역사 등을 비롯해서 이야기상담기법으로서 경청과 공감, 이야기와 질문, 과거 이야기와 단편적 이야기, 이야기 은유 및 상징, 대안적 이야기로서 미래 이야기와 소망, 이야기의 과정, 이야기상담의 장단점 및 주의사항 등을 분석한 후, 기독교상담적 방안을 모색하고자 한다. Recently, field of Christian counseling is concerned about narrative, and storytelling. This is to clarify the Christian applications through understanding of narrative counseling in Christian counseling. Narrative counseling is due to therapeutic approach through storytelling to a client. Also, narrative counseling is to understand, analyze, and examine through narrative. Especially, narrative is able to be a mean for solution or therapy of a client’s problem and inner world analysis. A client is able to express own problems through narrative. Accordingly, this researcher dealt with definition, notion, and history of narrative in this paper. Also, the research handled narrative and listening, short and long narrative, narrative and metaphor(symbol), and a client’s past narrative, present narrative, and future narrative. In view point of Christian counseling, narrative counseling is based on the Bible. There are a lot of narratives in the Bible. Jesus Christ dealt with narrative in the New Testament.

기독교상담자의 그림자 인식과 자기 통합 - 분석심리학적 관점에서

상담자는 문제를 가지고 온 내담자를 치유의 길로 인도해 주기에 앞서 자신의 문제에 자유로워야 한다. 상담자의 해결되지 않은 상처들은 내담자에게 투사되어 치유에 방해를 일으키고 상담자를 무력감에 빠지게 한다. 사람들이 가지고 있는 문제의 원인이 되는 그림자란 ‘나(自我)’의 어두운 면을 말하는 것으로써 무의식에 있는 또 다른 나의 분신이라고 할 수 있다. 그림자는 우리가 가지고 있으나 모르고 있는 인격부분이라고 할 수 있는데 이는 깨달아가면서 성숙해가는 과정, 즉 자기실현의 과정에서 처음으로 만나는 무의식의 요소이다. 그림자는 의식의 바로 뒷면에 있는 여러 가지 심리적 내용으로 열등한 인격과 같은 것이다. 그림자는 열등하고 원시적이며 적합하지 않고 어색하지만 결코 나쁜 것만은 아니다. 또한 그림자는 우리의 삶에 생명을 불어넣고 아름답게 유지하면서도 원시적인 성격을 가지고 있다. 그림자를 억압하는 것은 치료에 도움이 되지 않는다. 오히려 열등감을 느낄 때 그것을 고칠 기회를 얻게 되기도 하고 계속 고쳐나갈 수도 있다. 그림자 투사 현상이란 나쁜 것은 상대방에게 있다고 생각함으로써 괴롭고, 어두운 마음을 피하려고 하는 자기방어 수단이며, 자기의 무의식적 마음의 일부를 의식화할 수 있는 기회를 갖기 위해 일어난다. 기독교상담자는 자신의 그림자를 이해하고 분석하여 자기통합을 이루어나가야 한다. 그렇게 될 때 내담자의 그림자를 이해하고 품어줄 수 있으며 진실하고 성숙한 상담자로 설 수 있게 된다. A counselor needs to be free from his or her own problems before healing patients with their problems. A counselor’s unsolved wounds hinder healing patients when the wounds are projected on the patients, which makes the counselor feel helpless. The Shadow causing problems that people have is a dark side of ‘the self’ and one’s other self in the unconscious. The Shadow is a part of a personality that people have but people do not know about it. The Shadow is the first unconscious factor encountered on a course of self-realization; it is like an inferior personality of various psychological contents just behind consciousness. The Shadow is not always bad but inferior, primitive, unsuitable, and awkward; having a primitive character, the Shadow vitalizes and maintains our life beautifully. Suppressing the Shadow does not help healing. One can have a chance to heal and keep healing a feeling of inferiority when he or she feels it. The Shadow projection is a means of self-protection to avoid one’s distressed and dark mind by thinking the other has bad things; it occurs to have an opportunity to make a part of one’s unconscious into conscious. A Christian counselor needs to realize self-integration by understanding and analyzing his or her own Shadow to be a sincere and mature counselor who can understand and take care of patients’ Shadow.

기독교상담에서의격려기법

본연구는기독교상담에서내담자의변화를가져올수있는바람직한상담기법의하나인격려에대하여다루었다. 상담자는내담자를돕기위한격려의사람이어야한다. 이를위해상담자는자신이객관적인시각에서내담자의문제를정확하게진단할수있어야하며시기적절하게격려를사용하여상담을수행할수있어야한다. 특히기독교상담에서의격려는고통받는내담자의마음을위로하고용기를불어넣어줄뿐만아니라그리스도의사랑을전할수있는위력이있기때문에상담자는어떻게격려를할수있는가를생각해야한다.따라서본연구에서는상담에서격려의필요성, 격려의정의와개념, 성경에나타나있는격려, 격려의효과, 효과적인격려를위한기법, 격려를위한상담자의조건등을다루었다. 상담에서격려의사용은내담자자신의신념을긍정적으로변화시키며자기존중과자기수용을향상시킨다. 내담자는격려를통해자신의소속에대해만족감을느끼게되며자신의불완전함을인정하는용기를갖게된다. 이는낙담한사람들이갖는부정적인자기개념과기대를변화시켜스스로회복하도록돕는것이므로상담에서격려는충분히활용되어야할것이다. 아울러기독교상담자들은격려를통해모든인간이각각그리스도의한지체로서고유하게가지고있는무한한가능성과잠재력을최대한개발하고활용하여의미있는삶을살수있도록도와줄수있도록훈련되어야한다. This paper handles one of the preferable counseling methods thatcan cause changes to clients and encouragement. A counselor mustbe a person of encouragement who helps his/her clients. To achievethis, a counselor must know how to diagnose his/her clients’ problemaccurately and perform counseling through using encouragement atthe right time. A counselor should think of ways of encouragementsurae this, especially in Christian counseling, do not only consoleclients’ suffering minds but also spread the love of Christ.For these reasons, this paper handles the necessity ofencouragement, concept and definition of encouragement,encouragement in the Bible, effect of encouragement, techniques foreffective encouragement and a counsellor’s condition forencouragement. The use of encouragement in counseling changesclients’ beliefs into positive one and improve their self-respect and self-accommodation. Through encouragement, clients feel contented abouttheir positions and have the courage to accept their imperfections. Thisconsequently helps in offering for discouraged people to change theirnegative self-concepts and expectations, thus eventually help them torecover by themselves, encouragement must be sufficiently used incounseling. In addition, Christian counselors must be trained to helpindividuals develop their infinite potentialities to the greatest extentand eventually live meaningful lives through encouragement.

내담자의죽음불안에대한‘아가페’상담학적고찰

본논문의연구목적은내담자의죽음불안에대하여상담자가기독교상담의방법론을활용하여효과적으로상담할수있도록돕는것이다. 논문의목차는먼저불안의주제와관련하여불안의개념, 불안의종류, 불안의원인과불안의대상을설명한다. 그리고부가적으로불안을측정해볼수있도록불안에대한설문자료를제시하고있다. 다음으로, 죽음의주제와관련하여서죽음의유형과죽음의단계들그리고죽음과불안의합성어인죽음불안의다양한유형들에대하여언급한다. 그리고마지막장에서는죽음불안을느끼는내담자에대한기독교상담학적이론을제시한다. 본논문의연구방법은주로문헌연구의방법을선택하였으며, 연구의제한점은죽음불안에시달리는내담자들을임상적으로충분히상담하지못했다는것이다. 그리고이논문에서언급하는상담자는주로기독교인상담자를의미한다. 이점은기독교인이아닌내담자에게는제한점이될수도있다. 본논문의공헌점이라면불확실한미래에서확실한죽음에직면해야하는현대인들에게죽음과불안의주제를다루어보았다는것과, 내담자의죽음불안에대하여기독교상담학의한이론으로써필자가정립해가고있는‘아가페상담학’의이론을부분적이지만제시해보았다는점이다. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a Christian theory ofcounseling for the purpose that a counselor may effectively counsel aclient who suffers from death anxiety. The contents of this paper areas follows: First, the writer explains the issue of the concept ofanxiety, the patterns of anxiety and he reasons of anxiety.Additionally, the writer utilized the questions by William Backus toevaluate each person’s anxiety. Secondly, the writer present thematerials concerning the issues of death, which are, the concept ofdeath, the patterns of death, the stages of death and the issue of deathanxiety. A main research method of this paper is to analyse many bookswhich dealt with the issues of this paper effectively. The contributionof this paper is to deal with the issue of death anxiety, which is whatmost of people should counteract, a confident death in the midst ofan uncertain future through a Christian theory of counseling.While researching various theories of psychology and counseling,the writer needed to give a presentation of an evangelical theory thatcould impart life and the ‘agape’ love of Jesus Christ to the client. Forthis reason, the writer tried to deal with the issue of ‘agape’counseling through this paper. The writer got a hint from ‘Jesus’examples of counseling in the bible and made a new heading as anew paradigm of counseling among a lot of theories.This ‘agape’ counseling is the first theory that the writer presentedas a new paradigm of Christian counseling, but not the final theory which the writer will present eventually as a completed theory.Therefore, there is the task for the writer to completely formulate thetheory of this ‘agape’ counseling among the various theories ofcounseling.

사랑이 가진 치유력에 대한 이해와 기독교상담적 적용

본 연구는 사랑의 치유력이 인간의 삶과 문제에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 후 기독교 상담적으로 적용하였다. 사랑을 문자적으로 정의하고 확립시키는 것은 아직도 난해한 연구과제이지만 사랑이 지닌 치유력은 전 세계에서 수십만 명을 대상으로 한 연구를 통해 과학적으로 입증되었다. 본 연구에서는 사랑의 의미의 이해를 바탕으로 사랑의 요소와 사랑의 결과로 사랑의 치유력과 사랑 결핍 시 발생되는 문제점들을 제시하였으며 기독교 상담에서 사랑의 중요성을 부각하고 기독교상담적 적용을 통해 정리하였다. 특히 사랑은 기독교의 핵심이며 사랑이 기본 전제로 되어진 종교이기 때문에 기독교상담에서 사랑의 치유력의 힘은 반드시 구체화되어야 하며 적용되어야 할 중요한 자원임에 틀림없다. 기독교상담자는 모든 내담자에게 Henry Drummond가 고린도전서 13장을 근거로 제시한 아홉 가지 사랑의 미덕인 인내, 친절, 관대함, 겸손, 예절, 이타심, 평정, 솔직함, 성실을 지닌 사랑의 상담자로 거듭나야 할 것이다. 기독교상담자가 사랑의 자세로 내담자에게 다가설 때 진정한 치유와 회복의 역사가 열리고, 내담자의 삶이 구원과 감사의 삶으로 변화되는 상담이 되리라고 본다. This study analyzed the effect of healing power of love on human life and problems, and then applied it in a way of Christian counseling. It is still hard to mean love literally and establish it, but healing power of love was scientifically approved through the studies of hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. The study aimed to find out that healing power of love has the superior power to medical techniques or authoritative counseling techniques. Therefore, it presented healing power of love resulted from elements of love and results of love based on the understanding of the meaning of love, and raised the problems caused by the lack of love. The power of love not only has physical, psychological, and spiritual healing but also becomes the motivation beyond the problems of fear and pain in human life. In particular, love is the key of Christian which is based on love, so it is certain that the healing power of love is the importance source that should be specified and applied in Christian counseling. Christian counselors should be improved as the counselors of love who have nine virtues of love such as patience, kindness, generosity, modest, manners, altruism, composure, honesty, and sincerity that Henry Drummond presented to every client based on I Corinthians 13. When Christian counselors treat clients with the attitude of love, the history of true healing and recovery will be held, and the counseling can change clients’ life to the life of the salvation and grace.

목회상담과 교회 기능의 상호작용

이 연구의 목적은 하나님 나라를 향하는 교회의 사명을 효과적으로 감당할 수 있도록 목회상담과 교회의 기능을 통합적인 관점으로 접근할 필요성을 제기하기 위함이다. 목회상담과 교회의 기능은 그리스도의 몸인 교회에 관한 이론과 실제의 영역인데 그런 면에서 이 두 요소는 공통적인 부분이 많다. 목회상담과 교회의 기능은 모두 교회를 중심으로 행해지며 그 중심에 그리스도가 있다. 목회상담의 목적은 상담자와 내담자의 상담관계를 통하여 삶의 전반적인 부분에서의 치유와 회복, 그리고 더 나아가 하나님을 만나게 하는데 있다. 교회의 주요 기능으로 예배, 케리그마, 코이노니아, 디아코니아, 디다케 다섯 가지를 들 수 있는데 이 기능들의 목적은 그리스도의 몸으로서의 교회를 세움으로 예수의 복음선포 내용의 핵심인 하나님 나라를 확장하는데 있다. 교회의 기능은 그리스도인의 삶을 변화시킬 뿐 아니라 세상을 변화시키는 능력이 있다. 예배를 통한 하나님과의 만남과 하나님 체험, 케리그마를 통한 회심과 삶의 변화, 원만한 관계형성을 통한 삶의 질을 제고함, 섬김과 봉사를 통한 공동체의 역동성 체험, 교육을 통한 성장 등 교회의 기능은 그리스도인들로 하여금 새로운 삶을 체험하게 하며 세상을 구원하고자 하는 하나님의 뜻을 실현할 수 있다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 목회현장은 물론 신학과 상담학의 교육현장에 두 학문의 접목이 필요함을 강조하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest the need to approach the pastoral counseling and the function of church with the integrated viewpoint, taking effectively the mission of church for the God’s Kingdom. The pastoral counseling and the function of church are the theoretic and practical areas of the church, the Christ’s body. With this reason, these two factors have the many things in common. The pastoral counseling and the function of church are practised in church with Christ as the center. The purpose of pastoral counseling is to heal and restore the whole life through the relationship of counsellor and counselee and eventually to believe in God. The main five functions of church are Worship Service, Kerygma, Koinonia, Diakonia and Didache. The purpose of these functions are, by strengthening the Christ’s body, to expand the Kingdom of God which is the key point of the Gospel. The function of church has the power to change the world as well as the lives of the Christians. It involves the followings; Accepting and experiencing God through the worship service, converting and changed life through Kerygma, considering the quality of life through establishing the smooth personal relationship, experiencing the dynamics of the community and maturing through instruction. With these things, the function of church makes the Christians experience the new life and realize the God’s will to save the world. Based on this background, this study emphasizes the need of grafting the two areas onto the educational field of theology and counseling department as well as the ministering area.

귀신과 귀신들림에 대한 목회상담적 이해

본 연구는 귀신과 귀신들림에 대한 목회상담적 이해를 다루었다. 일반적으로 귀신에 대해 빠질 수 있는 두 가지 동등하면서도 대조적인 오류가 있다. 즉 하나는 귀신의 존재를 일체 믿지 않는 것이고, 또 다른 하나는 귀신의 존재를 믿되 그 존재에 대해서 과도하거나 불건전한 관심을 갖는 것이다. 신학 일각에서는 귀신들림 현상에 대해서 ‘정신분열증’이라고 보는 입장도 있다. 현대심리학이나 정신의학에서는 귀신들림을 인정하지 않고 그것을 정신질환의 한 종류로 이해하고 있는데 신학에서도 그것을 그대로 따르는 경향이 있다. 귀신의 존재여부에 대해서는 일반심리학과 목회상담학 간에 가장 상반된 입장을 취하고 있다. 귀신의 존재에 대해 상반된 주장들이 있기는 하지만 성경은 분명히 귀신이 존재한다는 것을 가르쳐 주고 있다. 예수 그리스도께서는 분명히 귀신의 존재에 대하여 언급하셨으며, 그 존재를 쫓아내신 사실에 주목할 필요가 있다. 그리스도인은 악의 축으로서 귀신과 귀신들림에 대해서 직시할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 목회상담적 입장에서 귀신의 일반적 이해 및 성경에 나타난 귀신의 용어와 개념 그리고 귀신의 활동(약화된 영성 공격, 하나님의 목적 대항, 사람을 억압) 등을 다루었으며, 성경에 나타난 귀신 및 귀신들림에 대한 사례, 귀신들림의 원인과 영향, 귀신들림의 특징과 증상, 귀신들림과 정신질환 등에 대해서 목회상담적으로 분석해 보았다. 아울러 귀신들림에 대한 치유 방안 및 귀신축출과 회복 그리고 영적 성장 등에 대해서 다루었다. This research is to clarify a demon and demon-possession in pastoral counseling. Generally, there are two kinds contrastive mistakes on a demon and demon-possession. One is to believe a demon and demon’s work. The other one is to deny a demon and demon’s work totally. Modern psychology and psychiatry did not recognize existence of demon and demon-possession at all. They believe the so called ‘demon-possession’ to one of schizophrenic phenomena. A lots theological perspectives agree with opinion of modern psychology and psychiatry. The Bible, however, says a demon and demon-possession clearly including Jesus’ words in four Gospel. One who deny a demon and demon-possession ought to give attention to Jesus’ exorcism. A lot of Korean Christians have unwholesome theology and faith about demon. All Christian should look straight at a demon as the core of evil. Accordingly, this researcher dealt with that general understanding on a demon and demon-possession, terminology and definition of demon and demon-possession in New and Old Testaments. Also, this study treated a demon's affair, cases of demon-possession in the Bible, reason, peculiarity of demon-possession, difference of demon-possession and schizophrenia. Lastly, the research investigated methods of exorcism, and spiritual growth.

구원상담

본 연구에서 ‘구원’이란 하나님께로부터 시작되어 오직 예수 그리스도를 통해 이루어진 인간의 죄로 인한 질병과 고통뿐만 아니라 영혼에 대한 전인격적 구원을 의미한다. 결국 구원상담(soul wining counseling)이란 구원의 좀 더 좁은 의미에서, 개인적으로 구원에 대하여 갈등을 느끼고 있거나 또는 말씀을 듣고 구원을 받기 원하는 사람들에게 하나님의 말씀을 통하여 그리스도의 복음을 소개함으로써 내담자가 예수 그리스도를 자신의 구세주로 영접하여 하나님의 선물인 영생을 얻을 수 있도록 도와주는 상담으로 정의한다. 구원상담의 내용으로는 개인의 구원을 이루기 위한 믿음, 회개, 입으로 시인하는 구원의 3요소 과정을 포함해야 한다. 즉 예수 그리스도에 대한 믿음을 통해 예수 그리스도를 구주로 영접하기로 결단하는 신앙고백으로 인도해 가는 과정과 함께 회개를 통해 인간의 심각한 죄성, 죄책, 무력함에 대하여 깨닫게 하여 하나님께 죄의 뉘우침과 방향을, 행위 뿐 아니라 내적으로 전환하도록 돕는 전 과정이 포함된다. 구원상담을 위한 실제적인 방법은 먼저는 내담자의 영혼 상태를 진단하고, 내담자로 하여금 자신의 문제를 통해 죄인임을 깨닫게 함과 동시에 상담자는 예수 그리스도를 통한 구원의 복음의 메시지를 선포할 수 있어야 하고, 이것에 대해 내담자가 개인적 결단을 통해 예수 그리스도를 구주로 영접할 수 있도록 도와야 한다. 본 논문에서는 구원상담의 실제적인 방법을 위한 사례 연구를 제시하였다. Salvation in this study means that is from God and only through Jesus Christ to save whole person from not only disease and pain due to the sin including Spirit. Salvation has been attained already and also it is explained as a process of being attained. Ultimately, Soul wining counseling is defined in a narrow viewpoint to introduce the gospel of Christ through the scriptures to the one who struggles for salvation personally as well as to the one who wants to be saved through the scriptures and in results the counselee accepts Christ Jesus as their savior to receive the eternal life as the gift from God. Content of Soul winning counseling contains three components for salvation are the faith for personal salvation, repent and confess through the mouth. That is the whole process of Soul winning counseling in this paper. Practicality for Soul winning counseling is a) diagnosis the condition of counselee’s spirit & soul b) to help counselee to realize that they are sinners through their problem as well as the counselor proclaims the gospel of salvation through Christ Jesus c) in response, help counselee to welcome Christ as their savior. This study presents examples for practical methods of Soul winning counseling at the last session.
