고등학생의 스트레스가 대인관계 문제와 자기자비에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of stress among high school students on their interpersonal relations and self-compassion. For that purpose, this paper suggests the foll owing four hypotheses. 1. High School students' stress, personal relationship with othe rs and self-compassion show some significant differences in ac cordance with their gender. 2. High School students' stress has positive relationship with in terpersonal problems while self-compassion, stress and interpe rsonal problems show negative correlations. 3. Stress, interpersonal problems and self-compassion display some differences in terms of influence among their sub factors. 4. Stress and interpersonal problems are mediated by self-com passion. The results of the study are as follows. After the verification of the first hypothesis, it has been foun d that stress and interpersonal problems have no significant diff erence in gender divide. Yet, girl students are shown to be und er more stress than boys, and male students are found to have more control dominance and self-centeredness in interpersonal problems. In the second hypothesis, it has been revealed that stress, in terpersonal problems and self-compassion display high correlati ons with one another regardless of gender; stress and interpers onal problems show positive relationship while self-compassion has negative correlation with stress and interpersonal problems. In the third hypothesis, stress has some 22.3% explanation p ower for self-compassion with academic and peer stresses havi ng significant effect on self-compassion. Stress also accounts f or 47.0% in explaining interpersonal problems; stresses from p eers, learning, home environment, teachers and school life in or der. Self-compassion has 30.5% explanation power for interper sonal problems with isolation and self-criticism significantly infl uencing interpersonal problems. In the fourth hypothesis, self-compassion is found to partiall y mediate stress and interpersonal problems; self-compassion mediates peer stress for male students and academic stress in case of female ones. It is suggested that self-compassion can be a mechanism which contributes to psychological health there by strengthening adaptive, inner self-control and reducing stres s and interpersonal problems. In conclusion, schools need to further develop the various co unselling and educational programs to help students enhance sel f-compassion which safely brings happy and rewarding school l ife to them

The study tried to recognize the problems of the family memb ers caring for elderly patients with dementia, based on prior lit erature researches and empirical researches. The study analyzed the economical, emotional and physical s upport offered to the family members. The result of study sugg est that the members experience emotional tension such as dep ression, anxiety and anger because of loss of understanding and indifference by those around them. Social support on them reduces their perception on stress. It is an important element to increase the capacity to relieve the stress. While the family members communicate each other with the r elatives and feel close, their life satisfaction also increased. The experience of the family members caring about the elder ly patients with dementia changes constantly according to the s ocial and cultural situations. The phenomena they experience are very complicate and sub jective and the various factors influence each other. So the study on the caring for the family members needs to be done continuously.

대학생의 자살생각과 죽음에 대한 태도에 관한 연구

This study was done to investigate suicidal ideation and attitu de toward death. Four research questions were posed: 1, how is the suicidal ideation and the attitude toward death by the college students? 2. What is the difference between their attitude toward death a nd their suicidal ideation by general characteristics? 3. What is the relationship between their suicidal ideation and t heir attitude toward death? 4. Which factors influence their suicidal ideation? The participants were 222 college students located in Kangwo n Province. The study used a suicidal ideation Questionnaire’a nd attitude toward death Questionnaire’.The colleted data was analyzed for t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 23.0 progr am. The findings of the study on the research questions were as f ollows: First, The level of suicidal ideation and attitude toward death of the participants averaged 1.66 of 5 and 2.74 respectively of 4. 5.4% of college students had the suicidal ideation more than normal. Second, the suicidal ideation followed by general characteristic s was low to both the students who were satisfied with their m ajor and the students with good health. Meanwhile, the suicidal ideation was high to the students who has been lived in their r elative's house and to the students who got the death educatio n. The attitude toward death was more positive to the Protesta nt than to Catholic or the Buddhist. Third, There were inverse correlations among suicidal ideation and attitude toward death. It confirms that the attitude toward d eath is the protecting factor of the suicidal ideation. Fourth, the factors that influence on the suicidal ideation are t he satisfaction with the major, the health condition, the death education, the attitude toward death. These factors explained 20. 7% on the suicidal ideation

This study aims to examine how the job satisfaction of consultors at the institutions related to family and sexual violence aff ects their occupational stress and exhaustion, and to suggest ef fective ways of enhancing their satisfaction. For that purpose, t his paper deals with the following problems. First, what differences are there in the background variables of the job satisfaction, exhaustion and stress of the consultors working at family and sexual violence-related centers? Second, What correlations are there in the consultors' job sat isfaction, exhaustion and stress? Third, what influence does the consultors' job satisfaction ha ve on their stress? Fourth, what influence does the consultors' job satisfaction o n their exhaustion? Fifth, What are the consultors' opinions concerning their job satisfaction? The results of the study can be summarized like this; First, it has been revealed that there are some differences in the background variables of the consultors' job satisfaction, exh austion and stress. The job satisfaction of the consultors worki ng at the integrated and family violence counselling centers are found to be higher than in the Migrant Women Protection Agen cy. This means that those consultors at the counselling centers are more satisfied with their jobs than those who are working at the protection agency for migrant women or the supporting f acilities for prostitutes. Second, it has been found that the sub factors related to the consultors' job satisfaction, exhaustion and stress show significa nt positive relationship with their promotion, fellowship, instituti onal and welfare systems and job satisfaction. Third, job stress has negative correlation with welfare syste m. This means that the consultors are stressed by their welfar e facilities and systems. Fourth, the consultors' job satisfaction has a significant influe nce upon their job exhaustion. Fifth, the consultors, well aware of their mission and value, a re generally satisfied with their job itself, but, in the negative s ide, they complain about the poor working condition and welfare system.
