A research effort has been made to determine the influences of air pollution and acid precipitation on forest soil acidity in forest ecosystem nearby urban and industrialiazed regions from 1986 to 1989. Acidification rates were analyzed in terms of distance and time factors. The following conclusions have been drawn in response to the overall research objectives ; Forest soils were being acidified in process of time (1986-1989) in urban and industrialized regions. That is, hydrogen ion concentration in forest soils was increased as much as 182% for 3 years in deciduous forests and 208% for 4 years in coniferous forests. Average soil pH of coniferous foreste during the study was 4.37 the lowest in Seoul, followed by 4.52 in Yeochon, 4.37 in Ulsan and 6.18 in Kangwondo. Forest soil pH increased with the distance from pollution sources at constant rate within a short range (30㎞) and at decreasing rate in a long range(200 ㎞).

인삼의 가격하락의 원인에 대해서 고찰해 보고 이에 알맞은 대책을 살펴본 결과 다음과 같다. 인삼가격하락의 원인으로는 재배면적증가와 재배기술발달로 인한 과잉생산, 국내경기의 침체에 따른 소비감소와 수출부진, 그리고 홍수출하, 신제품개발을 위한 연구부족과 품질저하로 인한 신뢰도부족, 전매행정당국의 홍삼위주의 홍보와 정책집행, 인삼협동조합의 기능과 역할부족 등이었고, 이에 대한 대책으로는 인삼경작비용감소, 홍보강화와 수출다변화, 인삼신제품 개발, 대기업의 위탁판매와 독점판매억제, 금산국제인삼시장기능강화, 인삼협동조합활성화, 인삼의 전매자유화 등이었다. This study was conducted to consider many counterplans to the factors of dropping the white ginseng prices. The following results were obtained ; First of all, in the factors of dropping the korean white ginseng prices, there were overproduction caused to increase of cultivated areas and advance in techniques of cultivation, underconsumption and stagnation of trade, a flood of ginseng sale, deficiency of development of new products, deficiency of confidence according to inferior quality, deficiency of studies for the development of new products of korean ginseng, The moropoly Bureau employing policies and public information emphasizing the red ginseng, deficiency of the role and the function of the ginseng cooperative association. As a countermeasure, decreasing the expenses of ginseng cultivation, the intensification for public information and the diversification of export markets, the development of new products, control of consignment and exclusive sales of 1arge ginseng companies, intensification of the function of The Kumsan International Ginseng Markets, activity of the ginseng cooperative association, open competition for cultivation, production, and sales of korean ginseng.

人口의 急增에 따라 環境의 弱化 資源의 枯渴등으로 오늘을 사는 우리에게는 環境保全 및 資源의 效率的 管理가 절실하게 要求되는 實情이다. 地球上에 있는 資源은 限定되어 있기 때문에 無分別한 使用은 다음 世代를 위해 危險한 일이며 物質들의 特性을 잘 把握하여 適切한 利用이 이루어져야만 그것의 效果는 倍加될 것이다. 本報에서는 그동안 밝혀진 제오라이트 鑛物에 관한 硏究結果를 綜合 整理하고 향후 제오라이트資源의 效率的 利用方法을 提示하기 위함에 그 目的이 있다. 內容은 제오라이트의 成因, 鑛物同定法을 紹介한 다음 이온의 選擇的 吸着特性, 土壤改良劑로서 施用效果를 檢討하고 效果的인 利用分野를 推薦한다.

本 硏究는 조릿대類에 依한 竹林造成 技術과 經濟性을 分析하여 조릿대類의 移用方案을 究明하기 위해 遂行한 結果 얻어진 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 조릿대 類를 農閑期에 栽培·管理 및 收穫하여 副業形態의 竹細工品·人蔘髮 등으로 生産하면 農家所得을 增大할 수 있다. 2. 조릿대類를 大量生産함으로써 Pulp 工業技術開發을 誘導할 수 있다고 思料된다. 3. 遊休地나 荒廢地 等에 조릿대類에 依한 竹林을 造成함으로써 國土의 合理的 利用과 間接的 效用을 얻을 수 있다. This study was to analyse the technology and economy of bamboo thicket preparafion and investigate using measures of Sasa spp. Ofained results are as follows ; 1. By culturing, managing and harvesting Sasa spp. at the farmer's slack season, and producing bamboo were Jinseng bamboo blind, A farmhouse benefits could be increased. 2. By mass production of Sasa spp., the technological development of pulp industry could be induced 3. By prepating bamboo thicket with Sasa spp. at unused and disturbed lands, indrect benefits and rational uses of the land could be carried out.
