Objective: To investigate three-planar radiographic results and patient-reported outcomes (PROs) after correcting chronic atlantoaxial instability (AAI) by translaminar screw (TLS) and pedicle screw (PS) fixation, and to explore the potential association of atlantoaxial realignment with PRO improvements. Methods: Twenty-three patients who underwent C1 lateral mass screw (LMS)-C2 TLS and 29 who underwent C1 LMS-C2 PS with ≥2 years of follow-up were retrospectively analyzed. Three-planar (sagittal, coronal, and axial) radiographic parameters were measured. PROs including the Neck Disability Index (NDI), Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score and the Short Form 36 Physical Component Summary (SF-36 PCS) were documented. Factors potentially associated with PROs were identified. Results: The radiographic parameters significantly changed postoperatively except the C1–2 midlines’ intersection angle in the TLS group (p=0.073) and posterior atlanto-dens interval in both groups (p=0.283, p=0.271, respectively). The difference in bilateral odontoid lateral mass interspaces at last follow-up was better corrected in the TLS group than in the PS group (p=0.010). Postoperative PROs had significantly improved in both groups (all p<0.05). Thereinto, NDI at last follow-up was significantly lower in the TLS group compared with PS group (p=0.013). In addition, blood loss and operative time were obviously lesser in TLS group compared with PS group (p=0.010, p=0.004, respectively). Multivariable regression analysis revealed that a change in C1–2 Cobb angle was independently correlated to PROs improvement (NDI: β=-0.435, p=0.003; JOA score: β=0.111, p=0.033; SF-36 PCS: β=1.013, p=0.024, respectively), also age ≤40 years was independently associated with NDI (β=5.40, p=0.002). Conclusion: Three-planar AAI should be reconstructed by C1 LMS-C2 PS fixation, while sagittal or coronal AAI could be corrected by C1 LMS-C2 TLS fixation. PROs may improve after atlantoaxial reconstruction in patients with chronic AAI. The C1–2 Cobb angle is an independent predictor of PROs after correcting chronic AAI, as is age ≤40 years for postoperative NDI.

A MoO3 modified CeO2/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by a single step sol–gel method for selective catalyticreduction of NO with NH3. The experimental results indicates that MoO3 modified CeO2/TiO2 catalystexhibited higher SCR activity and resistance to 10% H2O and 1000 ppm SO2. From the characterizationresults, it can be concluded that good physical properties, highly dispersed active species of Ce and Mo,more appearance of Ce3+ and chemisorbed oxygen, strong interaction among ceria, molybdenum andtitania, and high oxygen storage capacity might contribute to the excellent deNOx performance of CeO2–MoO3/TiO2 catalyst prepared by a single step sol–gel method.

With the rapid development of the Internet and the continuous expanding of the data network, little potential anomaly can seriously affect the normal operation of the network, and even lead to huge economic losses. In order to be more accurate and efficient in the traffic detection, in this paper, we propose an N-ARMA based traffic anomaly detection model. We also conduct extensive experiments to verify the higher accurate ratio and recall ratio of our model by comparing with other traffic anomaly detection methods.

The mechanical properties, corrosion behavior and microstructures of the Al–Zn–Mg–Cu alloy under various ageing treatmentswere investigated comparatively. The results show that the tensile strength and corrosion resistance are stronglyaff ected by the precipitate state. Massive fi ne intragranular precipitates contribute to high strength. Discontinuous coarsegrain boundary precipitates containing high Cu content, as well as the narrow precipitate free zone, result in low corrosionsusceptibility. After the non-isothermal ageing (NIA) treatment, the tensile strength of 577 MPa is equivalent to that of579 MPa for the T6 temper. Meanwhile, the stress corrosion susceptibility r tf and the maximum corrosion depth are 97.8%and 23.5 μm, which are comparable to those of 92.8% and 26.7 μm for the T73 temper. Moreover, the total ageing timeof the NIA treatment is only 7.25 h, which is much less than that of 48.67 h for the retrogression and re-ageing condition.

A diagnostic neutral beam (DNB) has been installed on the HT-7 tokamak for the measurement of charge exchange recombination spectroscopy (CXRS). The H_α-light Doppler shift spectroscopy from the drifted duct is measured to determine the components of the neutral beam. The fractions of neutral beam species are investigated under a wide range of arc voltages and extraction high voltages of the beam aimed to the optimized species fractions for the CXRS applications. A magnet ring is used to improve the magnetic property of the ion source. The result shows that the full-energy component fractions increase from 19 to 25 percent with optimization of the beam operation, but with a dramatic increase of the water component. There are nine optical fiber channels observing one section of the beam simultaneously for this spectroscopy, which provides information of the power profiles of the beam. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the beam profile is 8 cm, as measured by using the spectroscopy.
