The article contains an overview of the results of recent research by think tanks in different countries, devoted to the analysis of economic resilience factors in the Covid-19 crisis and the development of recommendations for improving preparedness for the next crises. The authors consider and propose a theoretical framework for the concept of the resilience of economic systems. The impact of the COVID-19 crisis on national economies is analyzed. Factors explaining the different cability of economic systems to withstand shock in the short and long term are identified. The reactions of market participants and national governments to the crisis are assessed. It is shown how the COVID-19 crisis has affected the digital transformation of economic systems, and how digital transformation helps to increase the resilience of national economies so that the latter can emerge from the crisis even stronger.

In this paper we consider TU-cooperative games in the form of characteristic function. We notice that if one uses the necessary and sufficient condition for the core to be not empty in a dual form, it may be used for selecting the final outcome in the core. Using the linear programming approach for constructing the subcore, which is a subset of the core, we represent it in a simple form. We consider reduced games due to Davis-Mashler, Moulin and Funaki and formulate the sufficient conditions for the subcore to be S-consistent
New Maastrichtian oxygen and carbon isotope record: Additional evidence for warm low latitudes

The Cretaceous period was generally characterizedby greenhouse conditions. Nevertheless, our data on isotopic com-position of biogenic carbonates from the Koryak Upland andSakhalin (Russian Far East) show that during the Maastrichtian,temperatures dropped sharply at high and middle latitudes, withonly a slight warming in the early Late Maastrichtian. At the sametime, there is contradictory evidence on climatic conditions for lowlatitude areas during Maastrichtian time. The new and previouslypublished isotopic data on Maastrichtian molusks in the WesternInterior Seaway (North America) (WIS) and some other areas sug-gest that tropical deep-sea surface temperatures calculated from theoxygen isotopic composition of the majority of investigated Maas-trichtian planktic foraminifera are, obviously, underestimated. Unusu-aly low isotopic temperatures were obtained for tropical plankticforaminifera. This probably reflects both local conditions provoked,first of all, by the influence of tropical upwelling zones, and the abil-ity of Maastrichtian planktic foraminifera to migrate within a largevertical interval in the tropical zone in conditions of weakly strati-fied (well-mixed) ocean. The average tropical deep-sea surface pale-otemperature estimates for the Maastrichtian could have beenabout 26.630.2°C, but, apparently, did not reach the level denotedfor the Late Albian and Turonian (32±3°C). Negative carbon-iso-topic shifts at the end of the early Maastrichtian and the Creta-ceous-Tertiary boundary time seem to be conected with the fall oftemperature and eventual reduction of oxygen content in theatmosphere and hydrosphere.

<P>Multi- and double-walled boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) have been synthesized with the aid of a floating nickel catalyst via the catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) of either the amine-borane borazine (B<SUB>3</SUB>N<SUB>3</SUB>H<SUB>6</SUB>) or the polyhedral-borane decaborane (B<SUB>10</SUB>H<SUB>14</SUB>) molecular precursors in ammonia atmospheres. Both sets of BNNTs were crystalline with highly ordered structures. The BNNTs grown at 1200 °C from borazine were mainly double-walled, with lengths up to 0.2 μm and ∼2 nm diameters. The BNNTs grown at 1200–1300 °C from decaborane were double- and multiwalled, with the double-walled nanotubes having ∼2 nm inner diameters and the multiwalled nanotubes (∼10 walls) having ∼4–5 nm inner diameters and ∼12–14 nm outer diameters. BNNTs grown from decaborane at 1300 °C were longer, averaging ∼0.6 μm, whereas those grown at 1200 °C had average lengths of ∼0.2 μm. The BNNTs were characterized using scanning and transmission electron microscopies (SEM and TEM), and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS). Patients with advanced malignant tumors, including both jaws, is a challenging task for a head and neck surgeon. Current treatment landscape demonstrates good functional, anatomical, and aesthetic results in patients who could previously receive only palliative care. The extensive tissue defects resulting from oncological resections in the head and neck region require immediate reconstruction due to the exposure of vital structures and their contact with the external environment. A patient was operated using a three-team multidisciplinary approach involving simultaneous work of three specialized teams of maxillofacial and reconstructive microsurgeons, as well as an implantologist and a prosthodontist. This approach allowed simultaneous tumor resection with subsequent reconstruction of the intraoperative defect involving bilateral harvesting of two revascularized free fibular osteomusculocutaneous flaps with dental implantation and simultaneous rehabilitation of dentition with crowns.
