At high rail temperature above the neutral temperature high compressive axial stresses will occur in the rails. High thermal axial force and vehicle loads cause the track to shift in a lateral direction and the formation of track geometry imperfections (track irregularity). When the thermal stress level and track irregularity with vehicle load reach a critical value the track loses stability. In many studies the stability of CWR tracks is analyzed. However these studies are only considered in temperature load. The main objective of this investigation was to estimate a new comprehensive realistic the stability of CWR tracks considering wheel load. The ballast resistance is changed by wheel load. When the wheel load is applied rails and ties are moved upward or downward. In this case the friction between ties and ballasts is decreased or increased. In this study the change of the ballast resistance of each tie was applied to the nonlinear analysis of CWR tracks.
Factors Affecting Basilar Artery Pulsatility Index on Transcranial Doppler

Transcranial doppler is a non-invasive method that measures the blood flow velocity and the direction of cerebral blood vessels through the doppler principle. The pulsatility index is an index for measuring the transcranial doppler that reflects the distal vascular resistance and is used as an index for the presence and diffusion of cerebral small vessel diseases. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the risk factors affecting the basilar artery pulsatility index in ischemic stroke patients. From January 2014 to May 2015, 422 patients were selected by measuring the transcranial doppler pulsatility index, considering their basilar artery pulsatility index. Univariate analysis was performed using the basilar artery pulsatility index as a dependent variable. Multiple regression analysis was performed considering the factors affecting the pulsatility index as variables. Univariate analysis revealed age, presence of hypertension, presence of diabetes mellitus, presence of hyperlipidemia, and hematocrit (P<0.1) as factors. Multiple regression analysis showed statistically significant results with age (P<0.001), presence of diabetes (P=0.004), and presence of hyperlipidemia (P=0.041). The risk factors affecting the basilar artery pulsatility index of transcranial doppler were age, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. Further research will be needed to increase the cerebral pulsatility index as a surrogate marker of the elderly, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.

<P>Recently, dietary oil with high diacylglycerol (DAG) contents, so called DAG-oil, was introduced in Japan and the USA. It was claimed that the oil mostly composed of DAG is metabolized differently from conventional triacylglycerol oil, reducing body weight and fat mass because DAG tends to be oxidized to provide energy rather than stored as fat in the body. Monoacylglcyerol and DAG could be prepared by lipase-catalyzed reactions including hydrolysis, esterification, and glycerolysis. In this study, modified lipid containing some DAG esterified with the health-beneficial medium-chain fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid was produced by lipase-catalyzed reactions. Many health benefits of medium-chain fatty acids (C6:0-C12:0) and conjugated linoleic acid isomers have been reported, including anticarcinogenic and antiatherogenic activities, and being rapid energy sources for humans with little or no deposition as body fat. The produced lipid molecules in this study have potential applications as functional healthy dietary fats and oils.</P>
일개 S상급종합병원 내 직종별 직무만족에 미치는 영향요인 비교 -허즈버그의 동기 및 위생요인 중심으로

병원은 전문적인 기술을 가진 사람들이 모여서 구성된 특수한 조직이다. 다양한 직무 분야와 사회적 관심 분야의 변화로 직업의식 및 직무만족에도 많은 변화가 있을 것이고, 조직이 지속적인 성장을 하기 위해서는 이를 효율적으로 잘 관리할 필요가 있다. 직종별 직무만족에 미치는 영향요인을 분석함으로써 효율적인 운영방안에 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 2015년 4월 1일부터 4월 15일까지 서울 소재 일개 S상급종합병원에 근무하고 있는 직원(할당표본 400명)을 대상으로 하였다. 영향요인별 타당도와 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 전반적인 직무만족과 영향요인에서 보건직이 가장 만족 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족 영향요인 분석에서 의사직은 성취감, 보수, 근무환경, 간호직은 성취감, 보수, 직무안정성, 보건직은 성취감, 근무환경, 행정직은 성취감, 대인관계, 근무환경, 직무안정성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 동기요인뿐만 아니라 위생요인에서도 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 관계임을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 직무에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 동기요인과 위생요인 모두를 고려해서 체계적인 관리가 필요하다고 판단된다. There will be many changes in job consciousness and job satisfaction due to changes in various job fields and social interests, and it is necessary to manage them efficiently for the organization to continue to grow. By analyzing factors influencing job satisfaction by occupation, the study intended to provide the necessary data for an efficient management plan. 400 Employees working at S tertiary hospital in Seoul from April 1st to April 15th, 2015 were targeted. An analysis of the validity and reliability of the influencing factors was conducted, and the allied health profession which showed the highest level of satisfaction in overall job satisfaction and influencing factors were identified. It was found that achievement, compensation and working environment in the medical doctor profession, achievement, compensation and job stability in the nursing profession, achievement and working environment in the allied health profession, achievement, interpersonal relationships, working environment, and job stability in the administrative profession, were the main influencing factors for job satisfaction. It can be seen that not only motivation factors but also hygiene factors affect job satisfaction. To increase the level of satisfaction, it is judged that systematic management of hygiene factors as well as motivation factors is necessary.
