Spheroid 조합자극치료 적용이 신체구성에 미치는 영향

The present study aims to explore the effects of applying spheroid-combined stimulating therapy on body composition. For this aim. 20 persons were selected as subjects and 10 of them each were assigned to the experimental group and control group, respectively. The experimental group was applied a 12-week combined stimulating therapy and changes in physical constitution of the members were measured before application and 4, 8 and 12 weeks after application. From the study, following conclusions could be drawn: First, body weights of the experimental group decreased from 59.9kgs before application of the spheroid-combined stimulating therapy to 57.2kgs 12 weeks after application, no significant but 4.51% change. Second, body fats of the experimental group changed from 18.8kgs before application to 16.4kgs 12 weeks after application, no significant but 12.77% reduction. Third, % fats of the experimental group decreased from 31.2% before application to 28.6% 12 weeks after application, no significant change but 8.33% reduction. Fourth, body mass index(BMI) of the experimental group decreased from 23.23 kg/㎡ before application of the therapy to 21.43kg/㎡ after application, no significant but 8.03% reduction. As seen above, the 12-week application of the spheroid-combined stimulating therapy produced no significant changes in physical constitution as physical exercise did, but improved physical constitution by reducing certain amount of boy weight, body fat, % fat and BMI. In order to detect more positive and significant changes in physical constitutions, continued studies and clinical experiments should be performed to more diverse subjects using technically reinforced equipment for spheroid-combined stimulating therapy.
High-resolution three-photon biomedical imaging using doped ZnS nanocrystals

Three-photon excitation is a process that occurs when three photons are simultaneously absorbed within a luminophore for photo-excitation through virtual states. Although the imaging application of this process was proposed decades ago, three-photon biomedical imaging has not been realized yet owing to its intrinsic low quantum efficiency. We herein report on high-resolution in vitro and in vivo imaging by combining three-photon excitation of ZnS nanocrystals and visible emission from Mn<SUP>2+</SUP> dopants. The large three-photon cross-section of the nanocrystals enabled targeted cellular imaging under high spatial resolution, approaching the theoretical limit of three-photon excitation. Owing to the enhanced Stokes shift achieved through nanocrystal doping, the three-photon process was successfully applied to high-resolution in vivo tumour-targeted imaging. Furthermore, the biocompatibility of ZnS nanocrystals offers great potential for clinical applications of three-photon imaging.

In this study, pH 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 in each of two organic nitrogen source medium (Mushroom minimal medium + Yeast extract (YE), ST (mushroom minimal medium + Soytone) and MCM (mushroom complete medium) medium) 3 types of mycelium of 'Lepista nuda', WT (Wild type), LN96 (Lepista nuda 96), and LN103 (Lepista nuda 103), respectively, were inoculated and inoculated with a 3 day interval for 15 days. to investigate the mycelial growth length. As a result of checking the growth length of the mycelium on the 12th day, 3 days before the end of the experiment, it was confirmed that the mycelial growth rate was faster in YE pH8 medium for WT, MCM pH8 medium for LN96, and YE pH10 medium for LN103 compared to the untreated PDA. WT was confirmed to grow faster than PDA at pH 8, LN96 at pH 7, 8, 9, and LN103 at pH 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Based on this, it is judged that the mycelium of the spearmint mushroom has a faster growth rate in an organic nitrogen source medium than in PDA in basic rather than weakly acidic.

To develop a clinical practice guideline for vaccination in patients with autoimmune inflammatory rheumatic disease (AIIRD), the Korean College of Rheumatology and the Korean Society of Infectious Diseases developed a clinical practice guideline according to the clinical practice guideline development manual. Since vaccination is unlikely to cause AIIRD or worsen disease activities, required vaccinations are recommended. Once patients are diagnosed with AIIRD, treatment strategies should be established and, at the same time, monitor their vaccination history. It is recommended to administer vaccines when the disease enters the stabilized stage. Administering live attenuated vaccines in patients with AIIRD who are taking immunosuppressants should be avoided. Vaccination should be considered in patients with AIIRD, prior to initiating immunosuppressants. It is recommended to administer influenza, Streptococcus pneumoniae, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, herpes zoster, measles-mumps-rubella virus, human papillomavirus, and tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis vaccines in patients with AIIRD; such patients who planned to travel are generally recommended to be vaccinated at the recommended vaccine level of healthy adults. Those who live in a household with patients with AIIRD and their caregivers should also be vaccinated at levels that are generally recommended for healthy adults.

<B>Graphic Abstract</B> <P>Core/shell upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) of NaGdF<SUB>4</SUB>:Er<SUP>3+</SUP>,Yb<SUP>3+</SUP>/NaGdF<SUB>4</SUB> (see figure) are shown to serve as a multimodal imaging probe that works for both background-free optical imaging and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The nonblinking and nonbleaching properties of UCNPs can contribute to minimization of possible artifacts in long-term imaging experiments.
