The objectives of the present study is to solve problems in PC tile before-fixing method using ordinary concrete by adopting the liquefaction method in manufacturing PC to which the tile before-fixing method is applied, and to provide basic information for the practical use of the PC tile before-fixing method, which uses high workable concrete, through manufacturing a complex body based on the optimal mix proportion.

SLIS(Software License Integrated Solution) is composed of the 6 parts, Server Agent, Web Server, Client Agent, Client Manager, Service, and Install Shield. For the most part of the project is developed based on MFC platform except for the one, Client Manager, which is built on DDK(Driver Development Kit) and ASP. NET platform. Client Agent program installed on a customer's computer is implemented in 14 different classes. Its main function is able to limit and uninstall the purchased software by using teminateProcess. The purchased softwares expiration dates on customer's computer is being monitored by both Server agent and Client software itself. Client Manager hides the process of Client Agent program which shouldn't be killed by manipulating Process List in Kernel through DDK. To do this, Client Manager is internally implanted and registered in Windows Service to be ran as a part of windows system.
The Burden of Cancer in Korea during 2012: Findings from a Prevalence-Based Approach

<P>Cancer causes a significant deterioration in health and premature death and is a national socioeconomic burden. This study aimed to measure the burden of cancer using the disability-adjusted life year (DALY) metric based on the newly adopted methodology from the Global Burden of Disease Study in 2010. This study was conducted based on data from the Korean National Cancer Registry. The DALYs were calculated using a prevalence-based method instead of the incidence-based method used by previous studies. The total burden of cancer in 2012 was 3,470.79 DALYs per 100,000 persons. Lung cancer was the most prevalent cancer burden, followed by liver, stomach, colorectal, and breast cancer. The DALYs for lung, liver, stomach, colon and rectum, and pancreatic cancer were high in men, whereas the DALYs for breast, lung, stomach, colorectal, and liver cancer were high in women. Health loss from leukemia and cancer of the brain and nervous system was prevalent for those younger than age 20; from stomach, breast, and liver for those aged 30–50; and from lung, colon and rectum, and pancreas for a large proportion of individuals over the age of 60. The most important differences were that the DALYs were calculated by prevalence and that other components of the DALYs were measured by a population-based perspective. Thus, prevalence-based DALYs could provide more suitable data for decision making in the healthcare field.</P>

Noroviruses (NoVs) cause major epidemic gastroenteritis in humans. To obtain the molecular epidemiological information on gastroenteritis sporadic cases in Incheon city, Korea, we analyzed the nucleotide sequences of NoV strains detected during 2005-2007. We performed one step RT-PCR amplifying the open reading frame (ORP) 2 (capsid region) followed by semi-nested PCR from the stool samples from acute gastroenteritis patients from 2005 to 2007. Amplicons of the capsid region of norovirus strains were sequenced and analyzed using MegAlign in DNAstar software. Faecal samples were collected from 6,618 acute gastroenteritis patients during the study period. The incidence of NoV infection was about 10.7% (n=708) among patients with acute gastroenteritis and genotypes of the 320 positive samples were determined by sequence analysis. Sequence comparison of NoV strains revealed that 16 genotypes of GII NoV strains were circulated in Incheon city, from 2005 to 2007. Among norovirus strains, the most prevalent genotype GW4 was most common 69.7% (223 strains), followed by GW3 17.2% (55 strains), GW12 4.4% (14 strains), GII/1 2.2% (7 strains), GII/5 1.6% (5 strains), GII/15 1.3% (4 strains) and 0.6% (2 strains) each of GII/9 and GII/16. The GII-3 strains were most frequently detected in Incheon, 2005. From the phylogenetic analysis of NoV strains, we detected 16 genotypes of GII NoV strains during $2005{\sim}2007$ in Incheon. Our results suggest that various genotypes of human NoV strains in sporadic case of AGE were circulated in Incheon, Korea.

To explore the most sensitive and useful method for simultaneous determination of 8 carbamate pesticides in livestock productions, the mixture of 8 carbonates was determined by HPLC with scanning fluorescence detector. For mobile phase water, acetonitrile and methanol program gradient showed more applicable sensitivity than water and acetonitrile program gradient used ExW 339nm and EmW 445nm for fluorescence detector. On using carbamate columns, the retention time was within 4 to 20 minutes. And this made it possible to separate and detect simultaneously. Therefore we could analyze it exactly and efficiently and reduce time. The preparation process of MSPD method showed that the high recovery rate was more than 88.5% in most of the carbamate pesticides. Therefore we could say that it was an efficient and fast method analyzing out of lots of samples.

인천지역 병·의원에 내원한 급성위장염환자의 대변 검체 총 11,607건을 효소 면역법(ELISA)을 이용하여 group A rotavirus의 계절별 발생 양상을 조사한 결과 2005년부터 2010년간 인천지역에서는 1~2월이 가장 많이 발생하였으나, 기간별로 차이가 존재했다. 또, group A rotavirus 양성 검체 160건에 유전자 분석 결과 VP4는 P8형, VP7는 G1형, G와 P 조합형으로는 G1P8이 가장 많았다. 그러나 이전의 연구와 비교했을 때 연구 지역과 기간에 따라 혈청형과 유전형의 변화가 빈번하였으므로 효율적인 방역을 위해 지속적인 모니터링이 필요하다고 사려된다. 또 이번 연구는 현재 유통 중인 rotavirus 백신의 효율적인 사용의 기초 자료가 될 것이다. Rotavirus is the main cause of severe diarrhea in infants and young children of the world. However, the frequency of genetic alterations makes it hard to control the prophylaxis. Therefore, continuous monitoring of the rotavirus’s genetic change is inevitable to prevent disease prevalence and is useful in inventing an efficient vaccine. From January 2005 to December 2010, we investigated 11,607 stool samples of acute gastroenteritis patients in the Incheon metropolitan area. About 13.18% (1,530 stool samples) of all samples had a positive reaction against rotavirus using an antigen capture enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Then, the 160 stool samples were searched for subtypes of group A rotavirus by using a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and a nested multiplex RCR. In P sub-typing, P8 (56.3%) was an extremely prevalent genotype, followed by P6 (21.3%), and P1A (10.0%). G1 (39.4%) was most widespread in the G subtype, followed by G4 (25.0%) and G3 (18.8%). G1P8 (35.5%) was the most common G and P subtype combination, followed by G4P6 (19.3%) and G3P8 (13.1%). These results might be useful data for understanding the epidemiological status of group A-rotavirus dispersion in the Incheon metropolitan area.

Two different organic-inorganic hybrid thin film transistors (OITFTs) with the structures of glass/ITO/ZnO/PMMA/Al (staggered structure) and glass/ITO/PMMA/ZnO/Al (inverted staggered structure), were fabricated and their electrical and structural properties were compared. The ZnO thin films used as active channel layers were deposited by the atomic layer deposition (ALD) method at a temperature of $100^{\circ}C$. To investigate the effect of the substrates on their properties, the ZnO films were deposited on bare glass, PMMA/glass and ITO/glass substrates and their crystal properties and surface morphologies were analyzed. The structural properties of the ZnO films varied with the substrate conditions. The ZnO film deposited on the ITO/glass substrate showed better crystallinity and morphologies, such as a higher preferred c-axis orientation, lower FWHM value and larger particle size compared with the one deposited on the PMMA/glass substrate. The field effect mobility ($\mu$), threshold voltage ($V_T$) and $I_{on/off}$ switching ratio for the OITFT with the staggered structure were about $0.61\;cm^2/V{\cdot}s$, 5.5 V and $10^2$, whereas those of the OITFT with the inverted staggered structure were found to be $0.31\;cm^2/V{\cdot}s$, 6.8 V and 10, respectively. The improved electrical properties for the staggered OITFTs may originate from the improved crystal properties and larger particle size of the ZnO active layer.

In closed hydroponics, the concentrations of the ions in hydroponic solution are important information to recycle the nutrient solution as an optimal composition for crop growth. However, current ISEs for Mg shows low feasibility in inline measurement. In this study, an artificial neural network (ANN) approach is used to predict the concentrations of Mg in hydroponic solution. A sensor array is constructed using ISEs (NO3, K, and Ca), electrical conductivity (EC), and pH probes employed to provide the concentrations of the major ions and the total ion activity in hydroponic solution. The training and validation of the ANN model would be conducted by measuring a set of samples which are prepared by a fractional factorial design. Two-point normalization sequences for the drift compensation and the sample measurements would be carried out using an automated test stand.
