        In the paper, a vector control method for a AC-excited BLSM(Brushless Synchronous Motor) is proposed. The BLSM has a feature that separate exciter is not needed for excitation. The proposed method is described in two parts as follow, one is the design of drive and the other is a modeling for its imlpementation. Rotor flux is estimated using inditect sensing method based on voltage equation in the synchronously rotation reference frame. And rotor position os calculated from rotor angular velocity and stator current. Through computer simulation results of this prorosed system, it is shown that the BLSM drive has a ability of precision torque control from the static and dynamic performances.

      • 高等學校 地球科學 實驗의 活性化方案에 關한 硏究

        By the survey of the problems about the laboratory works of the 5th high school earth science curriculum, four major problems were discovered in the curriculum, textbooks, experimental environments and evaluations. In the view of these problems, I`d like to suggest the following activation plans of the earth science laboratory works in the high school. 1. In the earth science curriculum, the detailed guides such as increasing the numbers of laboratory works and the presentation of the laboratory works division must be printed distinctly so as to be made good use of the successful writing the textbooks and the guidance of investigative learning. 2. The textbook must be edited to accomplish the investigative learning, especially laboratory works according to the aim of the curriculum. 3. We must secure enough laboratory rooms, experimental materials and assistants and decreasing teacher`s duty as soon as possible in order to accomplish the effective laboratory works. 4. But the most important point of all is that the entrance examination for college must be improved adjust to evaluate the student`s ability of the investigative learning in science.

      • 忠南 廣川蛇紋石鑛床 蛇紋岩의 蛇紋石化作用

        광천사문석광상 사문암은 총 연장 약 2,000m, 최대폭 약 30m의 렌즈상 내지 맥상으로 북북동 내지 북동방향에 따라 선캄브리아기의 월현리층을 관입하였는데, 사문암과 직접 접한 암석은 각섬석편암이다. 광천사문암은 주로 50%이상의 사문석으로 구성되었으며 기원암의 잔류광물인 감람석, 휘석 및 각섬석이 소량 포함된다. 감람석과 휘석은 결정경계나 결정내 균열을 따라 사문석화되었다. 감람석으로부터 사문석화 할 때에는 MeO와 FeO값이 감소하였고 SiO₂값은 별 변화가 없다. 사문석 결정 주변의 망상조직으로 발달된 자철석은 사문석화과정에서 빠져나온 철로부터 형성된 것으로 해석된다. 한편, 휘석으로부터 사문석화 할 때에는 SiO₂값은 크게 감소하고, MgO 값은 약간 증가하였으나 FeO값은 약간 감소하였다. 광천사문암의 기원암은 더나이트와 휘석감람암 또는 해즈버자이트라고 해석되며, 이 기원암으로부터의 주사문석화작용은 광역변성작용에 의하여 이루어졌다고 해석된다. Serpentinites of Kwangcheon serpentine ore deposits occur mainly in Weolhyeon-riformation as NNE to NS trending lenticular to vein type body. They extend for about 2000m long and have maximum width of about 30m. Most country rocks very contacted with serpentinite are amphibole schists. Kwangcheon serpentinites are mainly composed of more than 50% serpentine, but partly have original minerals such as olivine, pyroxene and hornblende. Olivine and pyroxene were serpentinized along the crystal boundaries and/or cracks in the crystals. On the process from olivine to serpentine, MgO and FeO values are decreased and SiO₂values are nearly not changed. It is considered that mesh-texture magnetite around the serpentine crystals was formed from the iron which had been left out through this serpentinization process. But, on the process from pyroxene to serpentine, SiO₂values are much decreased, and MgO values are slightly increased and FeO values are slightly decreased. Also, it is considered that the original rocks of Kwangcheon serpentinites was mantle origin ultramafic rock such as dunite and, pyroxene peridotite or harzburzite, and main serpentinization of Kwangcheon serpentinites from these original rocks was formed by the regional metamorphism of greenschist to amphibolite facies.

      • 충남지역 활성광상의 성인(Ⅱ) : 사문암기원 활석광상의 활성화작용

        충남지역의 사문암은 암색과 입도등에서 다양한 특징을 보이지만, 거의 모든 암석이 주로 사문석으로 이루어졌으며, 암석에 따라 감람석과 휘석의 잔류체와 자철석, 크롬철석, 금운모, 녹니석, 투섬석 등의 부성분광물을 다양하게 포함한다. 활석광석은 주로 미립의 활석으로 이루어져 있으며 소량 의 녹니석류, 운모류, 각섬석류, 탄산염광물류등을 포함한다. 사문암은 육안적 특징과 광물조합에 따라 크게 I, II, III의 세가지 암형으로 구분되는데, I型에서 III型으로의 순서는 사문석화작용의 일반적인 경향으로 해석된다. 사문암의 기원암은 맨틀기원의 초염기성암인 해즈버자이트였으며, 사문암은 이 기원암이 사문석화작용을 받아서 이루어졌다고 해석된다. 그리고 주활석화작용은 사문암과 편마암 또는 거정질화강암과의 경계부와 사문암내의 파쇄대를 따라 상승하는 열수용액에 의하여 사문암이 변질작용을 받아 이루어졌다고 해석된다. The serpentinites in Choongnam area have various characteristics such as rock colors and grain sizes etc., but the most rocks are composed mainly of serpentine minerals, and have some various mineral contents of the relicts of olivine and pyroxene, magnetite, chromite, phlogopite, chlorite and tremolite etc.. Talc ore is composed mainly of fine talcs, and has small amounts of chlorites, micas, amphiboles, and carbonates etc.. The serpentinites are largely divided into three rock types of I, II and III by the megascopic character and mineral assemblages. It is considered that the order from I to III is the general trend of serpentinizaion. Also, it is considered that the serpentinites have been formed by serpentinization of the mantle origin ultramafic rock such as hazburgite, and the major steatitization have been formed by hydrothermal alteration of serpentine through the boundary cracks between serpentinite and gneiss or pegmatite, and fissures in serpentinites.

      • 慶南 梅里 鐵鑛床 附近 馬山岩의 酸素同位元素 硏究

        Masanite is the latest granite among Cretaceous granites of Korea, and the rock is recognized as the relevant igneous rock of most ore deposits in Gyeongnam Province. Oxygen isotope analyses of quartz and k-feldspar ; an coexisting mineral pair of Masanite in the vicinity of Maeri iron ore deposits, Gyeongnam Province, were conducted to provide the information on the formation temperature and the origin of Masanite. σO¹8 values of quartz and K-feldspar are + 6.31 ‰ and + 5.32 ‰ respectively. Formation temperature and σO¹8 Hγο values of Masanite are about 717℃ and + 5.83‰ respectively.

      • 우리나라 現行 高等學校 地球科學 敎科書의 實驗에 對한 分析 硏究

        For the guide to the inquiry learning of the Korean high school earth science education, the experiments of the earth science must be carried out as much as possible in the educational spot. By the analysis and the comparison on the experiments in the present four earth science text books of the high school in Korea and the ESCP earth science text book (Investigating the Earth), the ratios of the experiments of the present four earth science text books to the ESCP textbook range from 16.4% to 31.5% and the ratio of total four text books is about 65.8%. The above data imply that the inquiry learning of the Korean high school earth science education is doubtful. For the inquiry learning of the earth science education, the teachers must carry out all the experiments (48 items) in the present four text books and fill up vacancies from the ESCP experiments etc. Also all the experiments in the present four earth science text books were actually put into operation and some defects and ambiguities of the experiment processes are pointed out. Finally improvable suggestions for the experiments are presented.

      • 花崗岩類中의 角閃石에 對한 硏究

        Within amphibole domains, there is a significant decrease in unit-cell content of Al with increasing SiO₂ content. Decrease in Na₂O₂, K₂O and TiO₂ are conspiccuously related to decrease in Al₂O₃. The compositional trends measured in amphiboles is interpreted as reflecting crystallization under progressively more oxidizing condition. The average Fe/(Fe+Mg) for amphiboles changes from 0.76 in hornblende granite to 0.52 in porphyrytic granite and from 0.57 in monzonite to 0.29 in granodiorite. In Kimhae area, the oxidation ratio and fo₂ of porphyritic granite are higher than those of hornblende granite. In Finnmarka area, those of granodiorite are higher than those of monzonite. The chemical composition of the amphiboles of porphyrytic granite and monzonite is hornblende, that of hornblende granite is ferrohastingitic hornblende, and that of monzonite is edenitic hornblende. It is supposed that porphyrytic granite and granodiorite were crystal lized in low temperature, high fo₂ and post magmatic environment compare to hornblende granite and monzonite.

        Coicis Semen is one of the oriental medicine that has been used for the treatment of the disease such as pulmonary abscess, periappendicular abscess and wart since ancient times. However, the mechanism of the action of the drug is not well studied. This study was done to investigate the effects of Coicis Semen on the host defense mechanism. Effects of Coicis Semen on the immune responses were analyzed by measuring the contact gypersensitivity, hemagglutinin, hemolysin and rosette formation, cytotoxicity, and reactive oxygen intermidiates production. As the results, water extract of Coicis Semen administration enhanced the antibodies (hemagglutinin and hemolysin) formation and the appearance of rosette forming cells of the spleen. Also Coicis Semen increased the allogeneic immune response in the mouse, showed cytotoxic activity against human leukemia cell line(K562) and decreased the contact hypersensitivity against dinitroflurobenzene. Also administration of Coicis Semen slightly increased NK cell activity and enhanced the production of such reactive oxygen intermidiates as superoxide and hydrogen peroxide from the macrophages in vivo and in vitro. The above results demonstrate that Coicis Semen has enhancing effects on cellular and humoral immune responses against disease.
