        연령집단에 따른 노인의 허약(Frailty) 예측요인 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 연령집단에 따른 허약의 예측요인을 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위해 2014년 노인실태조사를 사용하여 총 4,123명을 분석의 대상으로 설정하였다. 허약을 예측하는데 있어 연령의 중요성을 고려하여, 본 연구는 대상자를 75세 이상 85세 미만의 중 고령노인집단(n=3,373명)과 85세 이상의 초 고령노인집단(n=750명)으로 분류하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 중 고령노인집단에서 전 허약노인과 허약노인은 각각 1453명(약 43%), 1,268명(약 37%)으로 나타났으며, 초 고령노인 집단에서 전 허약과 허약노인은 304명(약 40%), 396명(약 52%)으로 나타났다. 회귀분석의 결과 건강단계에서 허약전 단계로 진입하는 예측요인은 중 고령노인집단에서는 여성, 낮은 교육수준, 많은 만성질환, 낙상 유경험자, 높은 우울, 낮은 인지기능이 허약 전 단계를 예측하는 유의한 변인으로 밝혀졌으며 초 고령노인집단은 여성, 높은 우울, 낮은 사회활동이 유의한 예측요인으로 밝혀졌다. 허약 전 단계에서 허약 단계로의 진입을 예측하는 요인으로는 중 고령노인집단은 여성, 높은 연령, 미취업, 많은 만성질환, 낙상 유경험자, 높은 우울, 낮은 인지기능이 유의한 변인이었으며, 초 고령노인 집단은 높은 연령, 많은 만성질환, 높은 우울, 낮은 인지기능이 유의한 예측요인으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 연령의 세분화와 다각적인 요인의 접근으로 허약의 예측요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구를 통해 밝혀진 예측요인은 추후 허약에 대한 다각적 연구의 기초자료로서 활용되리라 기대한다. This study aims to investigate the predictors of frailty in different age groups. To address this purpose, this study used the 2014 Survey of the Living Conditions of the Elderly (SLCE). In the research model, 4,123 older adults aged 75 and older were included from the SLCE. All participants were subdivided into two age groups based on their age; the young old group (75-85) and the old-old group (85+). The young old group consisted of 1,453 (43%) pre-frail older adults and 1,268 (37%) frail older adults; the old-old group consisted of 304 (40%) pre-frail older adults and 396 (52%) frail older adults. Our regression analysis showed that in the young-old, being female, lower levels of education, having more chronic diseases, having fall experience, higher depression, lower cognitive functioning significantly predicted transition to pre-frailty from non-frail status. In the old-old, being female, higher depression, lower level of social activity were significant predictors. On the other hand, predictors of transition to frailty from pre-frail status in the young-old were being female, higher age, being unemployed, having more chronic diseases, having fall experience, higher depression, lower cognitive functioning. In the old-old, predictors of transition to frailty from pre-frail status were only higher age, having more chronic disease, higher depression, and lower cognitive functioning. The research findings can be used as a reference point in the making of strategies for preventing frailty.

      • Helicobacter pylori와 대장균의 Shuttle Vector 개발

        In this study, a vehicle vector using cryptic plasmids was constructed for gene transfer in Helicobacter pylori. pHP51(3.9 kb) and pHP489(1.2 kb) were selected for constructing vectors from cryptic plasmid of H. pylori isolates in Korea. The HindⅢ-digestedDNA fragment(1.2kb) of pHP489 and 1.6kb DNA fragment of pHP51 were ligated with a kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ) from C. jejuni to produce the recombinant plasmids pHP489K and pHP51K, respectively. Transformation frequency of pHP51K by electroporation was low. But pHP489K could be effectively transformed into various H. pylori strains. In order to design an intermdiate vehicle vector for gene transfer into H. pylori, pBlueHP489K was prepared by recloning pHP489K DNA into pBluescript and pTZ19R vector. This vector permitted the DNA fragment containing pHP489 sequence, aph3'-Ⅲ, and cloned DNA to be cut and self-ligated in the SacⅠ site after cloning. ureA and ureB gene were inserted into pBlueHP489K, resulting in pBlueHP489K/AB. The DNA fragment containing pHP489, kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ), and urease structural gene was cut away from pBlueHP489K/AB and self-ligated to generate pBlueHP489K/AB. pBlueHP489K/AB made urease-negative H. pylori strains restore their urease activity. By this experiment, pBlueHP489K was confirmed to be the vehicle system for transferring H. pylori genes.

        The B-ISDN(Broadband-Integrated Service Digital Network) transports various multimedia information effectively. So optical switching networks which consist of optical transmission links and photonic switching systems are noticeable as a way of a large capacity communication. In this paper, we propose optical packet switching networks which will be used as the backbone network of national high speed communication networks which are operated a way of ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode). The B-ISDN transport networks are composed of two-layered networks such as regional networks and a backbone network. The regional network is an average ATM transport network. The optical backbone network gathers fixed length of several ATM cells which come from regional networks, attaches an optical header, and completes an optical packet. And then the network switches and transports with high speed. That is, the backbone network is a transparent optical packet network. The passing speed of signal in the photonic switch is rapid, but the switching speed is limited and the processing speed of the switching controller which consists of electronic circuit is limited. So the optical packet which consists of multi-ATM cells is able to overcome it in the optical backbone network. The performance evaluation by the computer simulation shows us the efficiency of the proposed way of optical packet switching.

      • 항암제(Adriamycin, Cyclophosphamide, 5-Fluorouracil)로 유발된 흰쥐의 간독성에 대한 Squalene의 효과

        The objective of the present study was to investigate the cytotoxicity of Adriamycin〔ADM〕. Cyclophosphamide〔CP〕, 5-Fluorouracil〔5-FU〕 in mouse liver cells (group A, B, c), and the protective effect of squalene to the hepatocytes to which ADM, CP, and 5-Fu-induced cytotoxicity(group A-1, B-1, C-1) was examined by transmission electron microscope. In the group A, The cisternae of rough endolplasmic reticulum(RER) and smooth endoplasmic reticulum(SER) are dilated/disoriented at 24 hours and 48 hours. The inner and outer membrane of mitochondria are detached or destructed, and attached ribosomes of RER are diminished in number. The cisternae of the SER are dilated, and the cristae of mitochondria are disrupted at 72 hours and 96 hours. In the group A-1, the cisternae of the RER and the SER are dilated at 24 hours. The cisternae of the SER are dilated at 48 hours. The cell organelles of hepatocytes are recovered from cytotoxicity at 72 hours. At 96 hours, hepatocytes were simillar to those of normal hepatocytes. In the group B, the cisternae of RER were partially destructed and attached ribosomes were remarkable decreased at 24 hours. A number of the mitochondria were dilated and increased in number, the filamentous materials also detected at 72 hours. In the group B-1, the difference between the normal and the treated groups were not detected at 24 hours, but the few mitochondria were expanded at the 72 hours. In the group C, the nucleus was destroyed at 24 hours and 48 hours group, however, somewhat repaired at 72 hours group. The dilated inner cavity and the irregular lamellae of the RER were observed continually until 72 hours group. The inner cavity of the SER were dilated in all groups. However, the destroyed and the normal membrane were observed simultaneously at 72 hours group. The inner membrane of the mitochondria were almost repaired at 96 hours group. In the group C-1, the nucleus was a little finfluenced by the toxicity of 5-Fu at 24 hours and 48 hours, RER were observed to keep the typical lamella structure of cisternae from 24 to 72 hours group, but inner cavity kept on dilating. In SER, inner cavity were also observed to flatten from 24 to 72 hours group. Mitochondria were always shown normal. All cell organelles were similar to those of normal at 96 hours. Accordingly, it can be said that the treatment of SQ prevents the cytotoxicity of ADM, CP, 5-FU on cell organelles of liver cell and that is concerned with the formation of membrane system of cell organelles.

      • 태권도선수의 경기전 심리불안 해소방법에 관한 실태조사연구

        This study investigated uneasiness and the results are the followings: 1. When they are just behind the playground waiting for the game, At that moment they are in agony more than any other moments, it was discloses that they just simply act which can make them concentrated mentally rather than moving much. As the players are in much mental anxieties 2. The players showed the syndroms such as the fever in the body and the tightened muscle and the feeling of thirsty which are physical symtoms caused by the mental anxieties just from 1 minuts to 3minutes before the game. 3. The players controll themselves by doing the preparatory exercise or looking at the game schedules while they have many solutions for their mental anxieties between 3 minutes and 10minutes before the game. 4. Between 10minutes and 30 minutes before the game, they hane preparatory exercise for little sweat. 5. Between 30 minutes and 1 hour before the game, they use physical exercise such as Deugjumta(Mitchagi) and Yagsukgoerugi as they feel less anxiety at that time, It's considered to be the best way of clearing up the mental uneasiness. 6. 1 hour before the game, they feel the mental anxiety at the least. and they take the plenty of rest after personal warming up. They could up mental anxiety and heighten the power of game. by watching the other games.

      • 무등산 사계 조류상의 생태적 지위 및 분포와 환경요인과의 관계 : 식생별 조류분포에 관한 연구 A study of the relationship between birds distribution and vagetation structure

        본 조사는 1994년 10월부터 1995년 9월까지 광주 광역시내에 위치한 무등산 일대의 사계 조류에 대하여 그들의 서식처로 활용하는 식물군락의 종류조성을 연계한 동쪽사면, 서북사면, 서남사면, 3개지역으로 구분 조사한 것이다. 관찰 결과 총 11목 29과 4아과 65종이었다. 구역별 3개 지역에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 제Ⅰ지역(산장-고막재-신선대-규봉암) - 7목 18과 4아과 34종, 우점조림과 조류는 낙엽 혼합림 서식처에서는 힌배지바귀와 억새, 조릿대가 무성한 서식처에서는 붉은머리 오목눈이 었다. 2. 제Ⅱ지역(제 4수원지-산장-바람재-토끼봉-중심사) - 9목 22과 4아과 45종, 상록활엽수가 주 식생이었으며 4수원지에서 월동하는 오리류가 50% 이상의 우점 조류로 나타났다. 3. 제Ⅲ지역(토끼봉-중봉-약사암-중심사-지산유원지) - 9목 21과 36종, 우점식생은 초생지로 일반적인 텃새가 주를 이루었다. 계절별 조류분포는 텃새가 41.5%(총 27종)로 가장 높고 여름철새가 35.45(총 23종), 통과새가 13.4%(총 9종), 겨울철새가 9.2%(총 6종)으로 관찰되었으며 우점종으로는 겨울철새인 오리류(27%), 어치(17%), 붉은머리오목눈이(10%), 박새(4%), 곤줄박이(4%), 힌배찌바귀(3%)순 이었다(참새는 제외). An analysis of the regional community structure of the four seasons birds on Mt. Moodung was observed over one year, from October. 1994 to September 1995. Observation was complished in three sides by their habitat according to its vagetation kinds ; East, Northwest, and Southwest side. The total results are 11 orders, 29 familys, 4 subfamilys, amd 65 species. The results of three areas are as follows ; Ⅰ. East side of Moodung mountain(Sanjang-Komacje-Shinseondae-Gubongam) - 7 orders, 18 familys, 4 subfamilys, and 34 species. Ⅱ. Northwest side of it(4Reservour-Sanjang-Baramjae-Tokibong-JeungshimTemple) - 9 orders, 22 familys, 4 subfamilys, and 45 species. Ⅲ. Southwest side of it(Tokibong-Chungbong-Yangsaam-JeungshimTemple-Jisan resort) - 79 orders, 21 familys, 4 subfamilys, and 36 species. Ⅳ. Seasonal distributions of birds are Resident bird(41.5% and 27 species), Summer visitor (35.4% and 23 species), Passage migrant(13.4% and 9 species), Winter visitor(9.2% and 6species). Ⅴ. Dominant species of the winter visitor are Mallard(Anas platyrhynchos) 16%, Spot -billed(Anas pocilorhyncha zonorhycha) 7%, Teal(Anas crecca) 6%), of the Resident bird, Jay(Garrulus glandarius) 17%, Vinous-throated parrotbill(Paradoxornis webbiana) 10%, Great Tit(Parus major) 5%, Varied Tit(Parus varius) 4% in this area. The percentages of species diversity (for the total of all species), evenness and dominance were calculated to show indices for related abundance of species at the certain side of forest community.
