      • Pore Flow Model에 의한 투과증발기구의 해석에 관한 연구

        A study was carried out on the separation of water-ethanol mixtures by pervaporation using cellulose acetate membrance. The experimental data were further analyzed by using a transport theory developed on the basis of the pore flow mechanism. The experimental result for pure liquid is well coresponded to calculated one by pore flow mechanism. But due to interactions and coupling effects between permeats and membrance, difference is existed between experimental and calculated results for mixture. In pervaporation of single component, the total permeate flux decreased with an increase of permeate pressure and increased with an increase of temperature. The experimental permeate flux with permeate pressure was well fitted with calculated one by pore flow model. The activation was 11.714 KJ/mol for water, 1,508 KJ/mol for ethanol. For the mixture, the total permeate flux increased with an increase of temperature and decreased with an increase of feed ethanol mole fraction. However, there are considerable difference between experimental and calculated one due to interactions and coupling.

      • Private Banking 분석 및 PB서비스품질에 관한 연구

        국내 프라이빗 뱅킹시장은 2000년 들어서 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했으며, 2004년 이후 주식시장이 크게 상승하면서 각광 받기 시작했다. 국내 금융기관들은 프라이빗 뱅킹을 도입하면서 각 금융기관에 맞는 차별화된 서비스를 제공하고자 노력하였지만, 브랜드 인지도 강화, 영업점과 판매상품의 차별화, 전문인력 양성 등 소프트적 노력의 다소 부족하였다. 2007년 미국을 시발로 전 세계에 금융위기가 발생하여, 프라이빗 뱅킹 시장에 큰 변화를 주고 있다. 국내 프라이빗 뱅킹 금융기관들은 지속적인 점포 확대 등 투자확대를 추구하였으나, 금융위기에 대한 슬기롭지 못한 대처로 프라이빗 뱅킹 고객들이 현금성 자산을 증대시키는 등 보수적인 포트폴리오로 전환하여 수수료 수입의 급감하여 수익성이 급격히 나빠졌다. 비밀유지를 업의 개념으로 하는 프라이빗 뱅킹 금융기관과 프라이빗 뱅킹 고객의 특성으로 금융기관 내부적으로 자료를 보유하고 관리하여 프라이빗 뱅킹 시장에 대한 연구가 진행되기 어려워서 국내 프라이빗 뱅킹에 대한 연구가 미진했던 것이 현실이다. 최근에 소매금융시장에서 많은 발전이 예상되는 PB시장에 대한 관심으로 PB시장에 대한 연구가 증가 일로에 있는 것이 다행한 일이다. 다만, PB사업은 고객과의 좋은 관계 유지가 관건인데, 이 분야에 대한 연구가 아직까지 미천한 실적을 보이고 있다. PB고객에게 서비스만족도를 높이게 되면, 큰 비용 들이지 않고 기존 PB고객의 자산증대 및 신규 PB고객을 소개받을 수 있고, 저비용 고효율의 마케팅이 가능하다. 궁극적으로는 저비용과 고수익으로 금융회사의 손익개선과 수익선 다변화에 좋은 영향을 미칠 것이다. 따라서 PB사업에서 고객만족을 통한 충성도 제고는 고객유치 자산증대, 고객기반 확보, 주변 부자소개 등으로 PB사업의 성패가 달려 있다 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 잘 알려지지 않은 프라이빗 뱅킹 시장에 대한 고찰과 프라이빗 뱅킹 고객 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 연구를 진행하였다. 특히 고객 니즈와 만족을 통한 충성도 제고에 대한 끊임없는 연구가 필요한데, 고객 충성도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 고객 지향성과 서비스 만족도, 신뢰성의 중요성을 인식하고 하부요인들의 연구를 통해서 소매금융의 핵심인 프라이빗 뱅킹시장 발전에 조금이나마 이바지하고자 한다. 주제어: 프라이빗 뱅킹, 서비스품질, 서비스만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도 The private banking biz was introduced in the domestic financial market after 2000 that has been developing with stock market. Although domestic financial institutions have been trying to provide differentiated services to the high net worth individuals(HNWIs) based on their strengths, it turned out to need more sort-ware efforts such as improving the brand image, differentiating sales networks and developing tailor-made financial products, and educating private bankers. The financial crisis from the U.S. had a bad effect on international private baking biz after 2007, and the revenues and profits of the domestic private baking biz decreased quickly. Due to the late timing of portfolio change during the financial crisis period, while increasing investment such as opening new branches for private banking, HNWIs have been changing their portfolios from investment accounts to low profitable cash accounts. As a result, the revenues and profits of financial institutions have been falling down sequentially. Recently, some studies have been increased in private banking area because the private banking has been rapidly increasing the market share in the retail banking area. Although the studies for the private banking have been increasing, more studies are needed for studying the relationship with private banking clients, which is very important in the private banking biz. The higher service quality makes the higher satisfaction and trust that can increase asset gatherings of current clients and introduce new comers by good references of current clients. That is, financial institutions can have lower cost of marketing and more fruitful results efficiently. On this study, we reviewed prior studies of the service quality, the customer satisfaction, and the clients' loyalty. Based on the results of these studies, we derived several hypotheses to be tested through the clients interview survey.       • 물과 Micelle 용액에서 Benzaldehyde의 전기화학적 환원에 대한 연구

        The electrochemical reduction of benzaldehyde in 10% ethanol-water solution contained surfactants has been studied by direct current (DC) differential pulse (DP) polarography, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and controlled potential coulometry (CPC). A totally irreversible electrode reaction processes of benzaldehyde reduction proceeded by one electron transfer to form anion radical which undergoes both protonation and a second one electron reduction to give benzyl alcohol as a major product. The cathodic reduction wave was seperated by inhibition of sodium lauryl sulfate due to selectivity and effect of anionic charged micelle. The possible reduction mechanism with controlled pH range was suggested.

      • 흥미로운 구조를 가진 Dipyrrolylbenzene들의 합성에 관한 연구

        1-(2-Aminophenyl)pyrrole 20a and 1,2-dipyrrolylbenzene 17a were synthesized by using 1,2-phenylenediamine 16a with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acid. 1-(3-Aminophenyl)pyrrole 20b and 1,3-dipyrrolylbenzene 17b were obtained by using 1,3-phenylenediamine 16b with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acetic acid. 1,4-Dipyrrolybenzene 17c was synthesized by using 1,4-phenylenediamine 16c with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acetic acid. Aminophenylpyrroles 20 and dipyrrolylbenzenes 17 were respectively synthesized by the treatment of 1,2-phenylenediamine 16a, 13-phenylenediamine 16b, 1,4-phenylenediamine 16c and 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in no solvent, acrylic acid, silica-gel, acrylic acid + silica-gel + acetic acid instead of glacial acetic acid. In case of silica-gel + acetic acid among various methods reactivity about synthesis of dipyrrolylbenzene 17 was best. 9-Phenylcarbazole 15 was synthesized by treatment of 1-phenylpyrrole 13 with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acetic acid.

        Development of a novel <small>L</small>-sulpiride-loaded quaternary microcapsule: Effect of TPGS as an absorption enhancer on physicochemical characterization and oral bioavailability

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The aim of this study was to assess the effect of <SMALL>D</SMALL>-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS) on the physicochemical characterization and oral bioavailability of a novel <SMALL>L</SMALL>-sulpiride-loaded quaternary microcapsule (QMC). The effect of carriers on drug solubility was investigated. Among the carriers tested, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) and TPGS were selected as polymer, surfactant and absorption enhancer, respectively, due to their high drug solubility. Using the solvent evaporation method, numerous QMCs with different ratios of <SMALL>L</SMALL>-sulpiride, PVP, SLS and TPGS were prepared, and their physicochemical properties, solubility and release were evaluated. In addition, the influence of TPGS concentration on the oral bioavailability of various drug doses was evaluated. All QMCs converted the crystalline drug to the amorphous form and remarkably improved the solubility, release and oral bioavailability of the drug. Furthermore, the TPGS concentration in the QMCs hardly affected the crystallinity, particle size and release, but considerably increased the solubility and oral bioavailability of the drug. In particular, as the dose of administered drug was increased, TPGS provided a greater improvement in oral drug bioavailability. Thus, TPGS played an important role in improving the oral bioavailability of <SMALL>L</SMALL>-sulpiride.       • 코의 Angiocentric Immunoproliferative Lesions(AILs)

        Lymphomatoid granulomatosis, polymorphic reticulosis, midline malignant reticulosis, or lethal midline granuloma have similar histologic features of an angiocentric and angiodestructive lymphoreticular proliferation representing the same nosologic entity. The term 'angiocentric immunoproliferative lesion' (AIL) was proposed by Jaffe, Costa, and Martin. The malignant potential of AILs is originally uncertain, but the facts that AILs have a relatively short survival, and most of them usually progress to an overt malignant lymphoma and survival is inversely proportional to the large, atypical lymphoreticular cells suggest that AILs are malignane. We experienced 17 AILs in nose during 16-year period and retrogradely analized them to recognize the problems in the diagnosis and to establish the further therapeutic strategies. The results were as follows; Twelve of total 17 patients who had diagnosed as histologic grade 1 and 2 had received radiation therapy as an initial treatment and the complete response rate was 91.7%(11/12), but 6 out of 11 had local recurrence and 5 had progress to overt maligant lymphoma within 2years. Three patients with the histologic grade 3 and 2 with unclear histologic grade had received CHOP chemotherapy and there was 1 case with complete response. Two patients with unclear histologic grade had been proved to be malignant histiocytosis by bone marrow biopsy during the clinical course. The overall duration of survival was 2 - 119 months and the 5-year survival rate was 71.9%. And the achievement of initial complete response was the most important prognostic factor of overall survival(P=0.006). Our results suggest that the treatment strategy according to the histologic grading scheme is efficient and more aggressive combination chemotherapy may be necessary to achieve complete response in patients with histologic grade III and II, because most of them progress to overt malignant lymphoma during its process.
