        수학수업 태도, 분위기, 만족도가 수학 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대한 종단연구

        학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다양하며, 요인들이 미치는 영향 또한 복합적으로 일어난다. 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 끊임없이 변화하기 때문에 성장을 예측·분석하는 종단연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 서울교육종단연구의 2014년도(중학교 2학년)부터 2017년(고등학교 2학년)까지의 종단자료를 활용하여 수학 학업성취도의 종단적인 변화양상이 유사한 그룹으로 나누고 그룹별 수학수업 태도, 분위기, 만족도의 변화양상과 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 1그룹(1456명, 68.3%)과 2그룹(677명, 31.7%) 학생들의 수학 학업성취도는 수학수업 태도가 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 수학수업 분위기와 만족도는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수학수업 태도가 수학 학업성취도에 미치는 영향력은 그룹에 따라서도 다르게 나타났으며, 수학 학업성취도가 높은 2그룹의 학생들은 1그룹의 학생들보다 수학수업 태도, 분위기, 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 수학수업 태도와 분위기, 만족도는 중학교 2학년부터 고등학교 2학년기간 동안 지속적으로 변화하는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 변화의 폭은 적은 것으로 나타났다. There are many factors that affect academic achievement, and the influences of those factors are also complex. Since the factors that influence mathematics academic achievement are constantly changing and developing, longitudinal studies to predict and analyze the growth of learners are needed. This study uses longitudinal data from 2014 (second year of middle school) to 2017 (second year of high school) of the Seoul Education Longitudibal Study, and divides it into groups with similar longitudinal patterns of change in mathematics academic achievement. The longitudinal change patterns and direct influence of mood and satisfaction were examined. As a result of the study, it was found that the mathematics academic achievement of the first group (1456 students, 68.3%) including the majority of students and the second group (677 students) of the top 31.7% had a direct influence on the mathematics class attitude. It was found that the mood and satisfaction of mathematics classes did not have a direct effect. In addition, the influence of mathematics class attitude on mathematics academic achievement was different according to the group. In addition, students in group 2 with high academic achievement in mathematics showed higher mathematics class attitude, mood, and satisfaction. In addition, the attitude, atmosphere, and satisfaction of mathematics classes were found to change continuously from the second year of middle school to the second year of high school, and the extent of the change was small.

        호텔 직원이 지각한 지식공유가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 - 혁신행동과 조직몰입의 이중매개효과 -

        This study set the hypothesis based on hotel service employees, modeled it and empirically verified it with the purpose of examining the structural relationship among knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, organizational commitment, job performance psychological empowerment, and prosocial service behavior. To verify the hypothesis, preceding studies were considered and the questionnaire was prepared. Via selecting the judgment sampling, the study proceeded with the employees who worked more than a year at the moment among the service contact employees working in the 5 stars hotels in Seoul. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and 313 valid samples were applied to the study. Collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 22.0, AMOS 22.0, PROCESS macro 3.0 statistical program. As a result of hypothesis verification, first, knowledge sharing has a positive(+) effect on job performance. Second, the indirect effect of innovation behavior and organizational commitment was statistically significant in the influence relationship on the knowledge sharing and job performance. Third, innovation behavior and organizational commitment sequentially played a mediating role in the influence relationship on the knowledge sharing and job performance of the hotel service encounter employees. Through this empirical analysis, the effects of hotel service encounter employee’s knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, organizational commitment, and job performance is to be verified. Through this, academic implications, practical implications, and the direction for the future research are to be presented.

        교육의 내용과 방법으로서의 예술: 오우크쇼트의 예술교육론

        In his “Work and Play”, Oakeshott divides all human activities into two distinct categories of ‘work’ and ‘play’. ‘Work’ in its wide sense stands for an activity of satisfying wants in the world, whereas ‘play’ in its wide sense an activity which, not directed to the satisfaction of wants, entails an attitude to the world which is not concerned to use it. To ‘play’ belongs two subcategories, which are ‘understanding and explaining the world’ and ‘the activity of poetic imagination’. Interestingly, the poetic imagination is said to be more securely insulated from any liability of being confused with ‘work’. “The Voice of Poetry in the Conversation of Mankind” is usefully referred to for exploring the nature of poetic imagination and its contribution to the conversation. The participants of the conversation are diverse voices such as the voice of practical activity, the voice of science, and the voice of poetry. Each voice is at once a manner of speaking and a determinate utterance. Nonetheless, when the latter is loosened from the former, the voice appears as a body of conclusion, losing its conversability. The voice of poetry is preeminently conversable in that its utterance cannot be detached from its manner of speaking or imagining. It is only with conversability of voices that they can appear in the genuine partnership in the conversation. For Oakeshott, education is an initiation into the skill and partnership of the conversation. And the voice of poetry plays a pivotal role in carrying on the conversation by inspiring other voices with their inherent conversability. The place that the voice of poetry takes in education for conversation can be considered in two aspects. Poetry is what should be taught in education. And it also refers to the poetic character of all human activity. Poetry can then be regarded as the method that should be complied with when the teacher and the learner engage with other voices.

        Inward Technology Licensing, Financial Slack, and Internal Innovation in New Technology-Based Firms Located in Isolated Areas

        The paper aims to evaluate the combination of strategies that influence the success of New Technology Based Firms (NTBFs) located in isolated areas with resource constraints. We utilize the Kauffman Firm Survey to construct a subset of 224 firms operating in primary metal manufacturing industries and who are located in non-thriving areas. We focus on the impact of technological strategy, in the form of Inward Technology Licensing (ITL), combined with financial strategy, in the form of increased financial slack. Using a negative binomial-specification technique to model these relations, we find that ITL positively impacts internal innovation in the firm and this relation is strengthened by the presence of greater financial slack. This positive impact of financial slack supports the behavioral theory of the firm rather than agency theory in that financial slack enables further innovation rather than stifling it. This research confirms the importance of resource acquisition, suggesting that entrepreneurs may utilize external sources of knowledge in an effort to build a favorable situation when facing the challenges of location. Finally, by presenting evidence showing the compatibility of a financial strategy with a knowledge strategy (ITL), this study emphasizes the importance to entrepreneurs of choosing the proper combination of varying strategies.

        A Novel Phase-Control-Based Energy Beamforming Techniques in Nonradiative Wireless Power Transfer

        <P>Recent efforts to increase the energy transfer efficiency in magnetic resonant coupling-based wireless power transfer (WPT) systems, have been focused on improving quality factor, precision of impedance matching, and position alignment between the resonators. Although those approaches are effective to increase transfer efficiencies, the transferred energy can easily be wasted due to leakage flux of nondirectional fields. In this paper, we present a novel magnetic field shaping technology for improving the energy efficiency in a near-field WPT system. In this study, the beamforming techniques that have been used for radio frequency systems are efficiently exploited in a WPT system to improve the transfer efficiencies by minimizing unnecessary leakage flux. The optimal antenna structure for energy forming is first determined through mathematical analysis. Using the proposed crossed antennas, the phase-control method is effectively used to form magnetic fields in particular directions. The proposed energy forming-based WPT system using crossed antennas is implemented with the phase control of three-power stack transmitters. The experimental results matches well with the theoretical analysis, and the energy-forming approach for synthesizing the magnetic fields achieves average improvements of the transfer efficiency and transfer distance of up to 20.1% and 30%, respectively, over the conventional nonradiative energy transfer approach at 1 m distance.</P>

        Method for Screening and Confirming Meldonium in Human Urine by High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry and Identification of Endogenous Interferences for Anti-Doping Testing

        Meldonium is a drug for treating ischemia by expanding the arteries but it can also enhance the performance of sports players. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has included it in the list of prohibited substances since 2016. Meldonium is one of the challenging substances for anti-doping testing because it is difficult to recover by general liquid-liquid or solid phase extraction due to its permanent charge and high polarity. Therefore, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is cur-rently used by injecting a diluted urine sample (known as the “dilute-and-shoot” strategy). There is no loss of target compounds in the extraction/cleanup procedure but its high matrix effect could interfere in their separation or detection from the endogenous urinary compounds. We report a single method using high-resolution mass spectrometry that can be used for both screening and confirmation, which follows the “dilute-and-shoot” strategy. In this method, the endogenous compounds` interfering peaks in the mass spectrum are separated at a high resolution of FWHM 140,000, and the results are suitable for substance detection follow-ing the WADA guidelines. The interferences in the obtained mass spectrum of the urine matrix are identified as acetylcholine, lysine, and glutamine by further analysis and database searching. Validation of the method is performed in routine anti-doping testing, and the limit of detection is 50 ng/mL. This method uses simple sample preparation and a general reverse phase HPLC column, and it can be easily applied to other substances.
