구조방정식에 기초한 중국 도시 정원의 노인 적합성 평가시스템에 관한 연구

중국 고령화가 가속화되는 배경에서 도시 정원 노인 적합성은 이 미 연구의 중점이 되었다. 그러나 중국 이론 연구 분야를 보면 이와 관련된 연구는 거의 없다. 따라서 본고는 도시 정원 노후성 디자인의 주요 원칙을 분석하였다. 귀납적으로 도시 정원의 노인 적합성에 대한 평가 지표 시스템을 도출하였다. 설문지로 노인들이 평가 지표에 대한 주관적인 평가 데이터를 수집하였다. 본고는 SEM 방법으로 평가 모텔을 구축하고 모델 의합 분석을 통해 평가 지표의 권중 계수를 얻어 도시 정원의 노인 적합성 평가 시스템에 대한 구축을 완성하였다. 분석 결과를 보면 안전성은 개발자들이 가장 주목하는 디자인 원칙으로서 노인들이 가장 주목하지 않는 영향 요소가 되었다. 행사장 등 과거 도시 정원에 부족한 서비스 시설을 배치하는 것이 노인들이 가장 관심을 가지는 영향 요인이었다. 본 평가지표 시스템은 미래 도시 정원 디자인에 사용되고 노인들의 주관적인 느낌을 노인 적합성 평가 결과에 나타내며 사용자와 개발자의 차이를 더욱 잘 파악할 수 있다. 나아가 노인들에게 더 유용하고 사용할 수 있으며 사용하기 쉽고 만족스러운 디자인 체험을 제공한다. With the accelerated aging in China, the elderly suitability of urban gardens has become the focus of research, which is rarely involved in theoretical research in China. Therefore, this paper analyzes the main principles of elderly suitability of urban garden design, summarizes the evaluation index system of elderly suitability of urban garden and collects the subjective data of the elderly's evaluation index through questionnaires. The paper has constructed the evaluation model through the SEM method, obtained the weight coefficient of the evaluation indexes, and completed the construction of the evaluation system for the elderly suitability of urban gardens. From the analysis results, it can be seen that safety, as the design principle that developers are most concerned about, has become the factor that the elderly pay the least attention to, while the service facilities that were often insufficiently configured in urban gardens in the past, such as activity venues, are the factors that the elderly are most concerned about. This evaluation index system is used for future urban garden design, reflecting the elderly's subjective feelings in the evaluation for elderly suitability, helping people to better understand the differences between users and developers, and providing the elderly with more friendly, beneficial, useful and satisfactory experience.

A Study on the Customer Experience Design through analyzing Smart Hotels in China

코로나(COVID-19) 폭발로 인해 비접촉 서비스의 특징과 장점이 갈수록 두드러졌고 스마트호텔의 발전이 가속 화되었다. 본 연구는 서로 다른 접촉점에서고객 체험 과정에 발생하는 스마트 서비스 체험을 식별, 분류 및 정의하는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 기존 연구와 문헌을 바탕으로 스마트 호텔의 개념과 특징에 대해 연구 토론해 보았다. 스마트 호텔의 스마트 체험 인자와 고객 접촉점을 활용하여 분석 프레임 워크를 디자인하였다. 이로써 중국에서 선별된 스마트 호텔에 대해 현장 조사 및 분석을 수행한다. 사례 분석 결과를 보면 스마트 호텔의 고객 체험 디자인이 교호성, 개별화, 접근 가능성, 정보성, 프라이버시 안전성에 어느 정도 발전하고 있다는 것을 알 수가 있다. 위의 결과를 바탕으로 본 논문에서는 미래의 스마트 호텔 CX 디자인이 개인화된 서비스 관련 체험을 개발하기 위해 데이터를 통합하는 방향으 로 발전하는것을 제안한다. The outbreak of covid-19 has brought the characteristics and advantages of non-contact services to increased prominence, and the development of smart hotels”has accelerated. This study aims to identify, categorize and define the smart service experience at different touch points of the customer experience. The concept and characteristics of the smart hotel were examined based on existing research and literature. An analytical framework was designed using smart experience factors and customer touch points of smart hotels. Selected Chinese smart hotels were then examined under this framework. The case analysis results show that the customer experience design of smart hotels has developed to different degrees, in terms of interactivity, personalization, accessibility, information and privacy security. Based on the above findings, this article suggests that the design of smart hotels should use integrated data to further enhance personalized service experience.

2020년부터 중국 광시 지방정부는 차 산업과 레저 문화 관광, 과학 보급 교육, 양생 양로 등 산업의 심층 융합에 주목하고 있다. 또한 차 산업이 빠르게 발전하고 있어 3차 산업 생산 목표치를 250억 위안으로 계획하였다. 본 연구는 세대별 소비자에 대한 설문조사, 현지조사, 전문가 인터뷰 등을 통하여 차에 대한 니즈와 선택의 차이에 대해 분석하여 광시 차 산업 서비스 모델의 변화 패턴을 연구하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 소비자는 세대별로 생활 방식, 쇼핑 습관, 서비스 디자인, 사용자 경험, 사회적 니즈, 개인적 니즈에서 뚜렷한 차이가 있다. 이에 차 제품에 대한 니즈와 행동 패턴을 분석하고 광시 차 산업 서비스 모델의 패턴 변화에 근거해보면, 세대별 소비자의 차 선택의 차이가 차 제품의 수요, 행동 패턴에 유의미한 차이와 패턴 변화를 발견할 수 있다. 끝으로 차 산업의 발전을 위한 서비스 디자인, 사용자 경험 모델 개발의 필요성을 주목하고 있다. Since 2020, the GuangXi government of China has focused on the deep integration of tea industry with leisure and cultural tourism, popular science education, health care and elderly care industries. Among the output value targets of the tertiary industry, the GuangXi government plans to achieve 25 billion yuan, and the tea industry is developing rapidly. Through questionnaire survey, field research and interview, this paper studies the differences of demand behavior and selection attributes of tea products among consumers in different years, and finally studies the evolution pattern of service mode of tea industry in GuangXi. The results show that there are obvious differences in life and work style, shopping habits, service design, user experience, social needs and personality needs of each generation consumers in different years. Based on the analysis of demand and behavior habits of tea products, the evolution pattern of service mode of tea industry in GuangXi is studied. Based on the above results, according to the differences of consumers' choice of tea products in different years, the service mode of tea industry in GuangXi is improved The development of tea industry in service design, user experience level is worthy of in-depth attention.
