      • 경기농악 길군악 칠채에 관한 연구

        Gilgunak chilchae exhibits the most representative musical characteristics in the farmers’ band music in Gyeonggi-do Province. It is performed on the road while marching for a specific place. Thus, it is simply called as ‘gil garak (lit. “road music”) in many villages. The name Gilgunak is a combination of gil (“road”) and gunak (“band music”). The name chilchae is a combination of chil (“seven”) and chae (“beat”) since it has seven gong strokes in a rhythmic cycle. It is a mixed meter of duple and triple beats, with the seven gong strokes of 3+2/3+2/3/3/3+2/3+2/2+3+3+2. In this paper I will explore the variety of the music which was performed by the village band musicians. Gilgunak chilchae performed in Suwon and Hwaseong area shows a slight variation from the one performed in Pyeongtaek which is designated as the National Intangible Cultural Heritage. Yi Won-geun and Im Gwang-sik, for example, plays 2+3 beats instead of 3+2 beats in 12th meter. Gilgunak chilchae usually proceeds from single rhythm to double rhythm. However, Hwang Seong-man does not play the double rhythm. Gang Eun-jung and Cheon Yong-sik, on the other hand, plays the double rhythm without the single rhythm. In short, there are variations in village bands which is distinct from the Gilgunak chilchae in Pyeongtaek.

        한랭작업 근로자들의 건강위해에 관한 연구

        In order to evaluate the status of cold exposure and its health hazards of workers at cold storage workplaces and to provide basic data for effective health care, the author measured core temperature and also observed clinical symptoms and signs, past and present history, and general health examination data on 99 cold exposed workers for exposure group and 96 non-exposed workers for control group working at 2 food refrigerating companies in Pusan area from January 6, 1998 to February 24, 1998. The results were as follows: 1. There was statistically significant difference in water intake between the exposure and control group and increased urine volume, urine frequency in exposure group without statistically significant difference. 2. Past and present illness in exposure group were hypertension (18.2%), hepatopathy (8.1%), gastro-intestinal disease(7.1%), arthritis (4.0%), intervertebral disc herniation(4.0%), and so on, and hypertension, arthritis was statistically significant difference compared to control group. 3. Symptoms in exposure group were fatigue(89.9%), headache (64.6%). drowsy(63.6%), neck stiffness(59.6%), excessive food intake(59.6%). general weakness(58.6%), hunger(58.6%), numbness(54.5%), and so on, and there was statistically significant difference between the exposure and control group except fatigue, drowsy. 4. As results of clinical test abnormality rate of the systolic, diastolic blood pressure and electrocardiogram were significantly higher in exposed group than control. 5. Core temperature in exposure group was statistically significantly lower than control group and the highest statistically significant inverse correlation with the working hours and working frequency of daily mean cold storage. As above results, the author suggested that the further studies should be conducted to evaluate the health status of workers about chronic health effects in cold workplaces and to establish effective health care methods for them.

      • N-Arylnortropinone 유도체의 합성연구

        Tropinone 화합물들은 색다른 고리계의 존재로 아주 오래전부터 약리학적으로 매우 흥미로운 연구과제로 주목되어 최근에 그들의 합성법,?? 입체적 구조분석?? 그리고 약리학적인 연구??가 활발히 진행되고 있다. Tropinone 1은 흔히 마약으로 알려져 있는 cocaine 2, 소염작용과 항경련성 작용 및 심장박동수를 조절 등 다양한 약리작용을 하는 tropane spirohy-dantoin ?? 그리고 안과질환을 검사 할 때 눈의 동공을 확장시키는 데 사용하는 atropine ??등을 합성하는 데 중요한 중간체이다. ??????????? Trigo, G, G등 ??은 aliphatic amine과 succinic aldehyde를 acetonedicarboxylic acid와 반응하여 nortropane 유도체를 합성하였으며, 그 후 [3+2] nitrone cycloaddition? 과 [3+4] cyclocoupling? 을 거치는 tropane alkaloid의 새로운 합성법이 개발되었다. 최근 lzquier M. L. 등¹은 acetonedicarboxylic acid를 사용하여 1차 지방족 amine과 succinic aldehyde대신 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran을 반응시켜 N-alkyl nortropinone 유도체를 합성하였다. 그러나 일반적으로 빙초산 속에서 amine과 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran을 반응시키면 pyrrole 유도체가 합성되어진다.?? 이러한 사실은 분명히 반응조건(예, 산, 온도)에 따른 다양한 화학이 존재한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 우리는 반응조건, 즉 산의 변화 및 온도 변화에 의한 amine과 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran의 반응을 자세하게 검토하면서 새로운 N-arylnortropinone 유도체를 합성하고자 한다.

        백서 두개관세포에서 Ipriflavone이 골조직 개조에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 ipriflavone (isopropoxyisoflavone)의 투여가 백서 두개관세포의 증식과 골조직 개조에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 태령 20-21일째의 백서 두개관세포를 분리 배양한 후, 10^(-9) M부터 10^(-5) M까지 농도의 ipriflavone을 투여하고 1일째와 3일째에 MTT 분석을 시행하여 흡광도를 평가한 결과, 모든 농도에서 백서 두개관세포의 증식을 보이지 않았다. 한편 골조직 개조에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 14일째에 alizarin red염색을 시행하여, 형성된 석회화 결절 면적을 측정하였을 때, 10^(-8) M, 10^(-7) M, 10^(-6) M 농도를 투여한 경우 석회화 결절 형성이 유의하게 증가하였다. 골아세포의 분화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 ipriflavone을 투여하고 7일째와 14일째에 추출한 RNA를 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응(RT-PCR)을 시켜 bone sialoprotein (BSP), type 1 collagen (COL I), osteocalcin (OCN) 유전자 발현을 관찰한 결과 BSP와 COL I 유전자는 배양 7일째 높은 발현을 보였고, OCN 유전자는 배양 14일째 높은 발현을 보였다. 이상의 연구결과 ipriflavone이 백서 두개관세포에서 석회화를 촉진시키고 골아세포의 분화에 관여하는 BSP, COL I 및 OCN 유전자 발현을 증가시켜 골조직의 개조를 빠르게 할 수 있음을 시사하였다. lpriflavone (isoprofoxyisoflavone), a synthetic derivative from soy isoflavone diazein, has been shown to inhibit bone resorption and perhaps stimulate bone formation. This study was performed to examine the effects of ipriflavone on the proliferation and bone remodeling in rat calvarial cells in vitro. The rat calvarial cells were isolated from fetus aged 20 to 21 days and cultured in BGJb media. The graded concentration of ipriflavone (10^(-9)-10^(-5) M) was administered into cultured cells. When the cell proliferation was estimated through the measurement of MTT assay, there was no increase in cellular proliferation of the rat calvarial cell at any ipriflavone concentration. The cellular activity was evaluated through the formation of mineralized nodules stained by alizarin red. The formation of mineralized nodules significantly increased at concentrations of 10^(-8) M, 10^(-7) M and 10^(-6) M ipriflavone. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analyses (RT-PCR) were done at 7 and 14 days after culture to detect the expression of Bone Sialoprotein (BSP), Type I collagen (COL I) and Osteocalcin (OCN). As a result, the expressions of BSP and COL I increased of the 7th day of culture and the expression of OCN increased on the 14th day of culture. These results indicate that ipriflavone facilitates the bone remodeling process by promoting rat calvarial cell differentiation and stimulating mineralization through increased expression of extracellular matrix genes, such as BSP, COL I and OCN.

        The purpose of this research is to obtain the heat transfer characteristics of the absorber type solar collector. This new system moving by time and degree. The second system had the solar tracking system. The x-y axis were designed at intervals of 0.33˚/min and 0.16˚/min respectively. In this system the absorber specification was 1OOLX80Φ1.4t. This experiment was conducted from July to August. 2002. The temperature of solar collector was reached about mean temperature 250℃.

      • CdS:In 單結晶의 基本特性과 photosensor로의 應用

        The opto-electrical properties of the CdS : In single crystals were studied by these means of the scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, optical transmission & photoconductivity, resitivity variation v.s. impurites, and resitivity v.s. photon flux change. By X-ray diffraction measurement, the structure was found to be hexagonal and the lattice constant was calculated to be a_o=4.13Å and c_o=6.75Å The band gap was estimated to be about 2,419eV (300K). By the transmission measure ments a donor impurity level of In or Al was 0.024eV below the conduction level edge. For the application on the photosensor, the resistivity(ρ) variation of the CdS : In was measured with respect to photon flux(P_o) change and to wavelength, the resistivity was found to be ρ=8.75×10^6P_o^-125 (Ω―㎝/Lux) and the photoconductivity showed its highest response peak between 5,000Å and 5,400Å ranges.

        Mineral trioxide aggregate가 인간치수세포에서 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA)를 in vitro로 인간치수세포에 적용하였을 때 유전자들의 변화를 조사하였다. 실험군은 MTA를 teflon tube (직경 10 mm 길이 2 mm)에 담아 4시간 경화시킨 후HDPCs에 적용하였고, 대조군은 빈 tub만을 적용하였다. 6, 24, 72시간 후 total RNA를 추출하여 microarray를 이용하여 분석하여, 2배 이상 또는 절반 이하의 변화를 보이는 유전자 중 선택적으로 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응(reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction)을 사용하여 발현을 확인하였다. 24,546개의 유전자 중에서 109개의 유전자가 2배 이상 up-regulation되었으며(예. FOSB, THBS1, BHLHB2, EDN1, IL11, FN1, COL10A1, TUFT1) 69개의 유전자가 50%이하로 down-regulation되었다(예. SMAD6, DCN). MTA는 bio-inert한 재료라기 보다는 치수세포에 다양한 경로로 영향을 주는 재료로 사료된다. 특히 치수세포의 분화와 증식에 관여하는 유전자의 변화에 영향을 주며 석회화 과정에 관여하는 유전자의 변화에 직접적인 영향을 주리라 사료된다. This study investigated the changes in gene expression when mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) was applied in vitro to human dental pulp cells (HDPCs). MTA in a teflon tube (diameter 10 mm, height 2mm) was applied to HDPCs. Empty tube-applied HDPCs were used as negative control. For microarray analysis, total RNA was extracted at 6, 24, and 72 hrs after MTA application. The results were confirmed selectively by performing reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction for genes that showed changes of more than two-fold or less than half. Of the 24,546 genes, 109 genes were up-regulated greater than twofold (e.g., FOSB, THBS1, BHLHB2, EDN1, IL11, FN1, COL10A1, and TUFT1) and 69 genes were downregulated below 50% (e.g., SMAD6 and DCN). These results suggest that MTA, rather than being a bioinert material, may have potential to affect the proliferation and differentiation of pulp cells in various ways.

      • 기계적 합금화법을 이용한 FeTi 수소저장 합금의 개발

        In this study, Fe and Ti powders are mechanically alloyed in order to form the FeTi intermetallic compound at ambient temperatures. Fe and Ti powders were weighted to 1:1 molar ratio and the mecahnical alloying was carried out using the Spex mill. The alloying time was varied from 5 hours to 60 hours. Alloying up to 60 hours did not lead to the formation of single phase FeTi compound, instead the peak broadening continued. Most of the unalloyed Fe phase was found to be due to the contaminations from steel container and balls. The heat treatment of the mechanically alloyed powder to 500℃ at a heating rate of 10℃/min followed by furnace cooling in hygrogen atmosphere resulted in the conversion of unreacted Fe and Ti to FeTi as well as activation. The absorption temperature was kept at 30℃. The absorption pressure was measured to be 15.5 atm, the desorption pressure was measured to be 5.4 atm.
