        대전시 노은 도매시장 채소류의 농약 잔류 실태 및 식이섭취량 추정

        대전시 노은 도매시장에서 채취한 6종의 채소류 중 농약잔류량을 조사한 후 이에 대한 위해성 평가를 실시하였다. 전체 100건의 분석시료 중 농약이 검출된 시료의 비율은 46.0%이었고, 잔류허용기준 초과비율은 6.0% 이었다. 검출비율이 높은 시료는 상추(85.0%), 깻잎(80.0%), 오이(60.0%) 순이었고, 상추 3건, 깻잎 3건이 허용기준을 초과하였다. 살균제는 dicar-boximide계, 유기염소계, azole계 농약, 살충제는 유기인계, 합성 pyrethroid계 농약이 많이 검출되었다. 검출빈도가 높은 성분은 procymidone, chlorpyrifos, chlorothalonil, cypermethrin, EPN의 순이었다. 위해성을 평가하기 위해서 각 농작물에 대한 농약의 추정 섭취량과 ADI를 비교한 결과, 허용기준을 초과한 깻잎의 bitertanol, triflumizole, iprobenphos가 다른 성분에 비하여 높은 비율을 보였다. 그러나 각 농산물의 식이섭취량이 적어 ADI에 대한 추정섭취량의 비율이 0.46%이하로 나타나 그 영향이 매우 낮은 것으로 판단되었다. Pesticide residues in some vegetables collected at Noeun wholesale market in Daejeon were surveyed and assessed their risk In 100 samples, the detection rate of pesticide was 46.0% and the rate exceed MRL was 6.0%. Commodities showing high detection rate were lettuce(85.0%), perilla leaf(80.0%) and cucumber(60.0%). Dicarboximide, organochlorine, and azole fungicides and organophosphorus and pyrethroid insecticides were detected. Detection frequency of pesticide was in the order of procymidone, chlorpyrifos, chlerothalonil, cypermethrin and EPN. When the estimated intake amount of the pesticides were compared with ADI to assess their risk, bitertanol, triflumizole and iprobenphos in perilla leaf were higher rate than the other vegetables. However the total amounts of intake of pesticides were estimated to less than 0.46% of ADI.

        근린약국에서 산제로 조제된 아테놀올정의 안정성

        Prescription filling in powder form is performed in community pharmacy practice to adjust dose for children and patients who cannot swallow whole tablet. However, there are few reports regarding the stability of the active ingredient and possible microbial growth after the medication is dispensed to powder form. This study examined the stability of atenolol, an antihypertensive agent, and microbial growth in the unit dose pouches dispensed at twenty-one community pharmacies located in Taegu area. Randomly chosen first unit dose pouch contained 77.4% of the prescribed dose of the drug and there were only four community pharmacies that dispensed the drug within 10% deviation from the dose prescribed by physician. Surprisingly, there were three community pharmacies that dispensed the drug with greater than 40% deviation, which may pose a major concern regarding the efficacy and safety of the drug prescribed for the treatment of hypertension. Atenolol content during a month did not indicate significant change, showing 5.4%, 4.3%, and 3.3% of decrease in 50%, 80%, and 90% relative humidity conditions, respectively. Microbiological examination during a month showed less than 0.5 microorganism in high power field (hpf) in all the relative humidity conditions tested. Based on this study, pharmacy practice in community pharmacy needs to be rigorously regulated to ensure that the dose of the prescribed drug is properly incorporated into the unit dose pouch dispensed as powder form.

        DOC의 K-7 Mode에 의한 배기가스 저감에 관한 연구

        With the significant growth of the number of vehicles, environmental problems is raised. NOx, SOx, and PM emissions in diesel powered vehicles are larger than that in gasoline, because the development of pollutants reduction techniques has no: been yet achieved. So it is need to develop after-treatment or to convert into alternative fuel to satisfy emission regula-tion. Among the after-treatment systems to reduce the diesel emissions, studies with diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC) are done greatly. In this study using DOC, reduction efficiency with the change of temperature and catalyst loading was calculated through measurements of CO, HC, PM, and SOx.

As a result, the point at issue has been pointed the complexities of distribution phase, multiplicity distribution and difficulties of freshness maintenance. Through these studies, we have concluded as follows as possible means to improve the functions of distribution structure of fresh fish. 1. To safeguard a manufacture, the authorities concerned marine should be promote the price up-holding projects to the extent of guarantee a manufactures year-gross-average production cost, 2. In the system of sale, a commission agency, illegal intermediate dealer, should be foster and develop an agent of fisheries co-operatives unit with qualified condition and capabilities. 3. It ought to be practice the network send out goods for price protection of both producer and consummer after mordernization of consignment shop facilities, and blocking private purchase and sale of fresh fish. 4. Through distribution phase of shortage, there are to improve payment system of duplication fee to unification, also to narrow the distribution margin. 5. The low-temperature distribution facilities should be enlargement for maintenance of fresh-temperature. 6. Also there should be cut down the expenses of package, landing, baded and unloaded, transporta-tion, storage with rationality of marine physical distribution system.

      • 주택성능등급제에 따른 레미콘 산업의 대응방안

        This study investigates the regulations on concrete grade evaluation, in response to operation of housing performance grade system(HGS). It also studies countermeasure- of ready mixed concrete industry. Because the HGS provide people who have to invest in housing once during their whole life, with objective information of housing performance, housing consumers would easily understand and purchase better house. In addition housing construction companies will try to supply the high quality housing, in response to people's various housing performance needs. It is expected that housing quality improvement and housing components technology development will be nationally activated, due to the competition on housing quality between the construction companies. After this, HGS is now on design process but will be on construction process connecting specification, which is perfoiniance based design and on the process after completion. It is assumed that those regulations will be possibly continued to develope for housing performance guarantee system.

        터보 차져와 인터쿨러를 장착한 디젤기관의 시뮬레이션 연구

        Studies on the turbocharger itself or various aspects generated from turbocharged engine have been made. However, only a few researches have been made on the performance for the natural aspirated engine equipped with the turbocharger and the intercooler. In this study, the performance prediction program based on turbocharger theory is developed for simu-lation which may reduce the cost and the trial-and-error time. The program is verified with the experimental results for 11,000cc diesel engine with the turbocharger and the intercooler. Also, various factors which are invisible in experiment are predicted using this program.

        The new curriculum that is revised will be put into effect in 1990. The pur-pose of this thesis is to find out a desirable direction of physics education by ab-stracting the problem and suggesting the way of improvement through analyzing the contents of the physics curriculum in high school. The conclusion of this thesis is as follows ; 1 . The teacher should be encouraged to present his teaching with 15 percent of a class for experiment, and in this thesis I think that all the subjects, espe-cially technology and society, should be taught in connection with science. 2 . The completion unit of physics has been decreased together with the suc-cessive revision of curriculum. In the fifth curriculum, the time allotment of physics curriculum is also less than that of the 0th- curricula of science. 3 . There is no difference between the new textbook and the old textbook in contents. It is desirable that the contents of the new textbook should be remade up, with a view to closing connection with practical life, in many categories.

        점화시기 및 당량비 변화에 따른 CNG기관의 성능 및 배출가스에 관한 연구

        Research on the development of CNG dedicated en dine that has important meaning both as a clean fuel and an alterna-tive energy to reduce the exhaust emission horn diesel engine are actively going on these days. In this study, in order to present the direction and application of CNG engine, we tested the CNG engine performance experimented by changing the parameters such as ignition timing, equivalent ratio. The engine performance and exhaust emission were measured by engine performance mode at maximum load condition with increasing the rpm in the range of 1,000∼2,200rpm. Also, the testing engine was heavy-duty CNG dedicated engines with displacement of 11,050cc.

        Recently, increasing usage of diesel vehicle, many countries try to reduce the pollutant materials by emission regulation standard. Particularly, in our country, the supplement ratio of diesel vehicle is high, and air pollution by vehicle exhaust gas is very serious. So, in study, we tested exhaust gas by various mode in light duty diesel engine. Therefore, we can know about NOx and smoke seriousness.
