        장의녕(Yining Zhang),박현정(Hyun Jung Park) 한국콘텐츠학회 2018 한국콘텐츠학회논문지 Vol.18 No.10

This study investigates Chinese consumers who have recently purchased products through internet personal broadcasting of Wang Hong and explores how factors related to Wang Hong, broadcasting contents, and products affect purchasing satisfaction of consumers. The present study also examines whether this satisfaction affects the consumer loyalty to the shopping through the Wang Hong in the future. The results indicated that consumers’ perception of the informational level rather than entertainment level of broadcasting contents had significant effects on the product satisfaction. The perceived uniqueness and credibility of Wang Hong were found to have positive impacts. In terms of products, the more consumers perceived the product to fit their images or values, and the higher the fit between the images of Wang Hong and the endorsed product, the higher the satisfaction with the product. Product satisfaction increased the customer loyalty, including the intention of repurchasing products endorsed by the Wang Hong.

Manufacture and Characterization on Three-Dimensional Random Resonators of Porous Silicon/TiO2 Nanowires for Continuous Light Pumping Lasing of Perovskite Quantum Dots

        Yining Mu,Tuo Zhang,Tianqi Chen,Fanqi Tang,Jikai Yang,Chunyang Liu,Zhangxiaoxiong Chen,Yiming Zhao,Peng Du,Haibo Fan,Yan Zhu,Guozhen Liu,Ping Li 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2020 NANO Vol.15 No.03

In recent years, all inorganic bismuth lead-halide perovskite nanocrystals [CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I)] have received extensive attention due to their high performance in fluorescence quantum yield, narrow emission spectrum, and adjustable emission range. However, the disadvantages of high cost and poor stability have greatly limited the development prospects of the material. Here, in order to develop a perovskite quantum dot lasing cavity with high chemical stability, high quality factor and low fabrication cost, we have successfully fabricated a 3D random cavity device based on porous silicon/TiO2 nanowires. A TiO2 nanowire is grown on the porous silicon to form a 3D resonant cavity, and a perovskite quantum dot is spin-coated on the surface of the 3D resonant cavity to form a novel 3D complex film. The novel structure enhances the chemical stability and lasing quality factor of the resonant cavity while the fluorescence generated by the large quantum dots in the spatial interference structure constitutes the feedback loop, which will provide favorable support for the development of information optics.

Melatonin prevents lung injury by regulating apelin 13 to improve mitochondrial dysfunction

        Lu Zhang,Fangli Liu,Xiaomin Su,Yue Li,Yining Wang,Ruonan Fang,Yingying Guo,Tongzhu Jin,Huitong Shan,Xiaoguang Zhao,Rui Yang,Hongli Shan,Haihai Liang 생화학분자생물학회 2019 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.51 No.-

Pulmonary fibrosis is a progressive disease characterized by epithelial cell damage, fibroblast proliferation, excessive extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition, and lung tissue scarring. Melatonin, a hormone produced by the pineal gland, plays an important role in multiple physiological and pathological responses in organisms. However, the function of melatonin in the development of bleomycin-induced pulmonary injury is poorly understood. In the present study, we found that melatonin significantly decreased mortality and restored the function of the alveolar epithelium in bleomycin-treated mice. However, pulmonary function mainly depends on type II alveolar epithelial cells (AECIIs) and is linked to mitochondrial integrity. We also found that melatonin reduced the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and prevented apoptosis and senescence in AECIIs. Luzindole, a nonselective melatonin receptor antagonist, blocked the protective action of melatonin. Interestingly, we found that the expression of apelin 13 was significantly downregulated in vitro and in vivo and that this downregulation was reversed by melatonin. Furthermore, ML221, an apelin inhibitor, disrupted the beneficial effects of melatonin on alveolar epithelial cells. Taken together, these results suggest that melatonin alleviates lung injury through regulating apelin 13 to improve mitochondrial dysfunction in the process of bleomycin-induced pulmonary injury.

Effect of hybrid fibers on flexural performance of reinforced SCC symmetric inclination beams

Cong Zhang,Zhihua Li,Yining Ding 사단법인 한국계산역학회 2018 Computers and Concrete, An International Journal Vol.22 No.2

In order to evaluate the effect of hybrid fibers on the flexural performance of tunnel segment at room temperature, twelve reinforced self-consolidating concrete (SCC) symmetric inclination beams containing steel fiber, macro polypropylene fiber, micro polypropylene fiber, and their hybridizations were studied under combined loading of flexure and axial compression. The results indicate that the addition of mono steel fiber and hybrid fibers can enhance the ultimate bearing capacity and cracking behavior of tested beams. These improvements can be further enhanced along with increasing the content of steel fiber and macro PP fiber, but reduced with the increase of the reinforcement ratio of beams. The hybrid effect of steel fiber and macro PP fiber was the most obvious. However, the addition of micro PP fibers led to a degradation to the flexural performance of reinforced beams at room temperature. Meanwhile, the hybrid use of steel fiber and micro polypropylene fiber didn’t present an obvious improvement to SCC beams. Compared to micro polypropylene fiber, the macro polypropylene fiber plays a more prominent role on affecting the structural behavior of SCC beams. A calculation method for ultimate bearing capacity of flexural SCC symmetric inclination beams at room temperature by taking appropriate effect of hybrid fibers into consideration was proposed. The prediction results using the proposed model are compared with the experimental data in this study and other literature. The results indicate that the proposed model can estimate the ultimate bearing capacity of SCC symmetric inclination beams containing hybrid fibers subjected to combined action of flexure and axial compression at room temperature.

Development of a Love Wave Based Device for Sensing Icing Process with Fast Response

        Wen Wang,Yining Yin,Yana Jia,Mengwei Liu,Yong Liang,Yufeng Zhang,Minghui Lu 대한전기학회 2020 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.15 No.3

This work addresses the theoretical and experimental investigations of a Love wave based device employing waveguide structure of SiO2/36° YX-LiTaO3 for sensing icing process. The mass loading efect induced by the icing process modulates the acoustic wave propagation, and corresponding changes in device frequency can be collected to evaluate the icing process. The waveguide structure confnes the acoustic wave energy into SiO2 thin-flm, which contributes well to the improvement of the mass loading sensitivity. The corresponding sensing mechanism was analyzed by solving the acoustic propagation equations in layered structure. The sensing device patterned by delay-line on 36° YX-LiTaO3 substrate with SiO2 guiding layer was photolithographically developed as the sensor element, and characterized by using the high-low temperature chamber. The icing process was simulated by dropping appropriate water on top of the device surface. Very clear and fast frequency response was observed from the proposed sensing device in the icing process, and also, the infuence of SiO2 guiding layer thickness on sensor response was also investigated.

circSPG21 protects against intervertebral disc disease by targeting miR-1197/ATP1B3

        Huang Yizhen,Zhang Zhenlei,Wang Jianle,Shen Shuying,Yao Teng,Xu Yining,Chen Zizheng,Fang Bin,Ma Jianjun 생화학분자생물학회 2021 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.53 No.-

The abnormal expression of circular RNAs (circRNAs) is associated with numerous human diseases. This study investigated the mechanism by which circRNA acts as competitive endogenous RNA in the regulation of degenerative intervertebral disc disease (IVDD). Decreased expression of circSPG21 was detected in degenerated nucleus pulposus cells (NPCs), the function of circSPG21 in NPCs was explored and verified, and the downstream target of circSPG21 was investigated. The interaction between circSPG21 and miR-1197 and its target gene ( ATP1B3 ) was studied by online database prediction and molecular biological verification. Finally, the circSPG21/miR-1197/ATP1B3 axis was verified in the mouse tail-looping model. The expression of circSPG21 in the nucleus pulposus in IVDD was directly related to an imbalance of anabolic and catabolic factors, which affected cell senescence. circSPG21 was found to play a role in human NPCs by acting as a sponge of miR-1197 and thereby affecting ATP1B3 . The regulation of circSPG21 provides a potentially effective therapeutic strategy for IVDD.

Phosphatidylcholine regulates NF-κB activation in attenuation of LPS-induced inflammation: evidence from in vitro study

        Meijuan Cheng,Hongying Pan,Yining Dai,Jiajie Zhang,Yongxi Tong,Yicheng Huang,Mingshan Wang,Haijun Huang 한국통합생물학회 2018 Animal cells and systems Vol.22 No.1

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) has been demonstrated as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant/pro-oxidant molecules. In this study, we investigated the protective effects of PC on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) caused by lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced injury in intestinal epithelia cells. The IEC-6 cells (intestinal epithelia cells) were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h with or without PC pretreatment, in the next steps: (1) the level of the inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α was measured with ELISA; (2) the nuclear translocation and phosphorylation of NF-κB was investigated with Western blot, EMSA, immunofluorence assay; (3) the protein phosporylation levels in MAPK signaling pathway were detected with Western blot method. The results showed: (1) compared with the normal group, 10 and 20 μg/mL of PC significantly inhibited the production and activation of TNF-α, (P < 0.01); (2) pretreatment with PC inhibited LPS-induced nuclear translocation and phosphorylation of p65 in IEC-6 cells; (3) pretreatment with PC inhibited the protein phosphorylation levels in MAPK signaling pathway. Our findings indicated that PC had the effect to protect IEC-6 cells from LPS-induced injury and this effect was exerted possibly through inhibiting the TNF-ɑ secretion, down-regulating nuclear translocation and phosphorylation of p65 and inhibiting MAPK signaling pathways.

Effects of Cesium Salts on the Electrical Conductivity of the Weakly Ionized Gas in a Hypersonic MHD Channel

        Hao Li,Peng Lu,Hulin Huang,Yining Zhang,Chenyuan Liu 한국항공우주학회 2023 International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sc Vol.24 No.5

To adequately utilize the high enthalpy of the weakly ionized gas and improve the performance of the magnetohydrodynamic generator (MHDG) in a hypersonic channel, cesium salts are homogeneously injected into the gas at the entrance of the MHD channel for elevating the gas electrical conductivity. The finite rate chemical dynamics and multi-species electrical conductivity model for seven-species (N2, O2, N, O, NO, NO+, e−) were adopted to simulate the electrical conductivity of the weakly ionized gas under different magnetic fields. The results demonstrate that the electrical conductivity of the weakly ionized gas with cesium salts is significantly higher than that without cesium salts due to two positive contributions of cesium salts, one is that a portion cesium atom ionize much more electrons, and the second is that cesium salts reduce the activation energy of N + O <-> NO + e− by 3.5 times, which accelerates the production rate of electrons. The electrical conductivity of the gas with cesium salts is decreased monotonically along the flow direction, which is contrary to the trend of that without cesium salts. The variation of the collision frequency plays a crucial role in the electrical conductivity of the gas without cesium salts, nevertheless, this effect is marginal on the gas with cesium salts. The magnetic fields have negative impacts on the electrical conductivity of the gas with/without cesium salts. Additionally, the MHDG power generation efficiency is augmented with B for the gas with cesium salts, whereas the trend is reversed for that without cesium salts.

Prevalence of Decreased Myocardial Blood Flow in Symptomatic Patients with Patent Coronary Stents: Insights from Low-Dose Dynamic CT Myocardial Perfusion Imaging

        Yuehua Li,Mingyuan Yuan,Mengmeng Yu,Zhigang Lu,Chengxing Shen,Yining Wang,Bin Lu,Jiayin Zhang 대한영상의학회 2019 Korean Journal of Radiology Vol.20 No.4

Objective: To study the prevalence and clinical characteristics of decreased myocardial blood flow (MBF) quantified by dynamic computed tomography (CT) myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) in symptomatic patients without in-stent restenosis. Materials and Methods: Thirty-seven (mean age, 71.3 ± 10 years; age range, 48–88 years; 31 males, 6 females) consecutive symptomatic patients with patent coronary stents and without obstructive de novo lesions were prospectively enrolled to undergo dynamic CT-MPI using a third-generation dual-source CT scanner. The shuttle-mode acquisition technique was used to image the complete left ventricle. A bolus of contrast media (50 mL; iopromide, 370 mg iodine/mL) was injected into the antecubital vein at a rate of 6 mL/s, followed by a 40-mL saline flush. The mean MBF value and other quantitative parameters were measured for each segment of both stented-vessel territories and reference territories. The MBFratio was defined as the ratio of the mean MBF value of the whole stent-vessel territory to that of the whole reference territory. An MBFratio of 0.85 was used as the cut-off value to distinguish hypoperfused from non-hypoperfused segments. Results: A total of 629 segments of 37 patients were ultimately included for analysis. The mean effective dose of dynamic CT-MPI was 3.1 ± 1.2 mSv (range, 1.7–6.3 mSv). The mean MBF of stent-vessel territories was decreased in 19 lesions and 81 segments. Compared to stent-vessel territories without hypoperfusion, the mean MBF and myocardial blood volume were markedly lower in hypoperfused stent-vessel territories (77.5 ± 16.6 mL/100 mL/min vs. 140.4 ± 24.1 mL/100 mL/min [p < 0.001] and 6.4 ± 3.7 mL/100 mL vs. 11.5 ± 4 mL/100 mL [p < 0.001, respectively]). Myocardial hypoperfusion in stentvessel territories was present in 48.6% (18/37) of patients. None of clinical parameters differed statistically significantly between hypoperfusion and non-hypoperfusion subgroups. Conclusion: Decreased MBF is commonly present in patients who are symptomatic after percutaneous coronary intervention, despite patent stents and can be detected by dynamic CT-MPI using a low radiation dose.
