        The Effects of Airport Duty-Free Store O2O Integration Service Patterns Innovation Characteristics, Consumer Pursuit Benefits and Value-Congruency on Behavioral Intention

        This paper calls attention to the central problem of the influence of identifying the determinants of airport duty-free store customers perceived innovativeness, pursuit benefits and value- congruency on the behavioral intention. The data is completed with 307 adults with purchasing experience of airport duty-free store O2O integration service which brings sufficient convenience to consumers. The content analysis results show that the influence factors of innovation characteristics, consumer pursuit benefits and value-congruency affect the behavioral intention in various aspects. The result suggests that we should upgrade the innovate functionality and improve the service quality based on consumer needs. Finally, this study discusses implications for theory and practice, indicates limitations, and concludes with some suggestions for future research.

      • Tumor-Derived Transforming Growth Factor-β is Critical for Tumor Progression and Evasion from Immune Surveillance

        Tumors have evolved numerous mechanisms by which they can escape from immune surveillance. One of these is to produce immunosuppressive cytokines. Transforming growth factor-${\beta}$(TGF-${\beta}$) is a pleiotropic cytokine with a crucial function in mediating immune suppression, especially in the tumor microenvironment. TGF-${\beta}$ produced by T cells has been demonstrated as an important factor for suppressing antitumor immune responses, but the role of tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ in this process is poorly understood. In this study, we demonstrated that knockdown of tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ using shRNA resulted in dramatically reduced tumor size, slowing tumor formation, prolonging survival rate of tumor-bearing mice and inhibiting metastasis. We revealed possible underlying mechanisms as reducing the number of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and $CD4^+Foxp3^+$ Treg cells, and consequently enhanced IFN-${\gamma}$ production by CTLs. Knockdown of tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ also significantly reduced the conversion of na$\ddot{i}$ve $CD4^+$ T cells into Treg cells in vitro. Finally, we found that knockdown of TGF-${\beta}$ suppressed cell migration, but did not change the proliferation and apoptosis of tumor cells in vitro. In summary, our study provided evidence that tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ is a critical factor for tumor progression and evasion of immune surveillance, and blocking tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ may serve as a potential therapeutic approach for cancer.

        Airport Passenger’s Perceived Innovativeness Explaining the Effect of Pursuit Benefits on Intention of Adoption - The Moderating Role of Personal Need for Structure -

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the patterns and framework of innovative services through the evaluation of airport passengers on innovation facilities at the airport. This study was carried out based on four concepts of theories: the pursuit of the airport passengers, the perceived innovation, acceptance intentions, and the desire for structuralization. The data were collected from July 5 to 9, 2022, targeting 299 passengers who had used the airport's innovation facility. This paper analyzed the effects of the needs for structured in the relationship between the airport passengers 'pursuit benefits and the accommodation, and the relationship between the airport passengers' mediation effect and the pursuit of the airport passengers and the perceived innovation. As a result, the pursuit of airport passengers has a positive effect on the intention of acceptance and perceived innovation has also a positive effect on the intention of acceptance. These results suggest such an implication that innovative functions at airport should be improved based on the needs of passengers.

        공유경제 서비스에 대한 채널 선택 속성요인이 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        최근 공유경제에 대한 관심이 높아지며 관련 서비스가 확대되고 있다. 제품과 서비스 대상의 범위가 다양해지며, 기존 자전거, 자동차, 숙박과 같이 유형의 서비스에서 지식 공유와 같은 무형의 범위로 확대되고 있다. 기술의 발달과 더불어 온라인, IT 기술의 발달은 이러한 공유의 범위와 대상을 더욱 확대하는데 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 또한 공유경제 서비스 시대에서 상품의 의미와 가치는 오프라인과 매장에 머무르는 한정적인 범위가 아닌 온라인으로 확대되어 더욱 유기적인 대상으로써 다양한 경로와 범위로 소비자에게 영향을 미치며, 소비자의 구매의도에 영향을 끼친다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 공유경제 서비스 시대에 온 · 오프라인 채널을 통한 서비스에 대한 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 속성요인을 탐구하고자 한다. 더불어 전환 장벽에 따른 조절역할을 실증적 분석을 통해 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 숙박 공유 서비스를 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 온라인 채널을 통한 공유경제 서비스는 소비자 의 구매의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 위험성을 제외한 기능성, 정보성, 용이성은 긍정적인 영향요인으로 확인되었으며, 오프라인 채널에서 반응성, 신뢰성, 공감성, 구체성은 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 속성요인으로 나타났다. 한편 소비자의 전환 장벽에 따른 채널 선택속성요인이 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향의 경우에는 전환비용에 대한 지각차이에 따른 채널의 선택속성요인이 구매의도에 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. Recently, interest in ‘Sharing economy’ has increased and related services are expanding. The scope of products and services is diversified and expanded from types of services such as bicycles, cars, and accommodations to intangible areas such as knowledge sharing. Along with the development of technology, the development of on-line services and IT technology is an important factor in expanding the scope and object of such sharing economy. In addition, the significance and value of commodities in the ‘sharing economy service era’ have expanded on-line, not in the limited scope of staying in the off-line and in the stores, and as a more organic subject, affecting consumers in various paths and ranges and influencing consumer s purchase intention.This study explores the attributes of consumer s purchase intention to service through on-line channel in the age of sharing economy service. In addition, the control role of the switching barriers is analyzed through empirical analysis. To do this, we conducted research through accommodation sharing service. As a result, the sharing economy service through on-line channels was identified as a positive influence on functionality, informativity, and ease except for the riskiness that consumers purchase intention had a negative effect. On the off-line channels, responsiveness, credibility, empathy, Were the attribute factors positively affecting purchase intention. On the other hand, in the case of the influence of the channel selection attribute factors on the consumers purchase intention according to the consumers switching barriers, the selection attribute factors of the channel according to the perception difference on the switching cost have a controlling effect on the purchase intention.

        한국 면세점을 방문한 중국소비자들의 지각된 관계혜택 및 관계품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        지속적인 중국경제의 성장에 따른 높은 구매력을 지닌 중국 소비자들의 한국 방문이 꾸준하게 이어지고 있다. 이러한 환경은 국내 면세점 소비시장의 활성화를 통해 면세점 간의 경쟁이 치열해지는 모습으로 나타나고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에서 고객관계관리 기반의 관계마케팅의 중요성은 더욱 중요하게 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 고객들의 지각된 관계혜택을 구성하는 주요 요소들을 규명하고, 지각된 관계혜택이 신뢰 및 몰입으로 구성된 관계품질의 매개역할을 통한 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고자 한다. 더불어 전환 장벽의 조절효과에 대한 실증적 규명을 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내면세점에서 구매경험이 있는 중국소비자들을 대상으로 조사를 진행하였으며, 부적합한 응답을 제외한 총 479의 유효 표본을 이용하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 고객관계를 평가하는 과정에서의 고객과 서비스제공자와의 상호작용 및 커뮤니케이션(communication)을 통한 다각적이고 구체적인 전략의 구축을 위한 연구의 토대를 마련하였다. 또한 관계품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 다양한 고객들의 지각된 관계혜택 구성요소를 확인하게 되었다. 선행연구의 결과와 부분유사하게 사회적 혜택을 제외한 심리적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 그리고 고객화 혜택은 관계품질에 정(+)의 유의한 영향관계를 갖고 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 더불어 관계품질이 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 나타낸다는 점도 확인할 수 있었다. 이로써 관계마케팅 연구에서 관계품질 강화를 통한 고객욕구충족에 대한 새로운 초점과 방향을 제시한다고 볼 수 있다. 한편, 전환장벽은 관계품질 및 고객충성도에 대한 조절효과를 갖고 있다고 확인되었다. 각 하위요소들의 조절효과의 방향성에 대한 검증 결과는 전환비용을 높게 지각하는 고객일수록 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈으며, 역으로 대안매력을 높게 지각하는 고객일수록 부(-)의 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상했던 가설과 일치하는 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 고객유대의 조절효과는 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 토대로 후반부에 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

        Original Article: Biochemistry/Molecular Biology : Pharmacokinetic Study of Florfenicol in Healthy and Vibriosis-infected Pseudosciaena crocea after Oral Administration

        The pharmacokinetics of florfenicol were studied in healthy and vibriosis-infected large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) following administration of a single oral dose of 20 mg·kg(-1) at 25±2℃. After oral administration, florfenicol levels in tissues (liver, kidney, muscle, serum, and skin) were analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography. A two-compartment open model was used to describe the pharmacokinetics of florfenicol following oral administration. Compared to the healthy group, the absorption rate of vibriosis-infected fish significantly decreased, peak-time (Tmax) delayed, maximum concentration (Cmax) declined, total body clearance decreased, the elimination half-life (T1/2β) was extended, and the area under the curve increased. These results indicate that a 20 mg·kg(-1) oral dose of florfenicol administered once daily continuously for 4 or 5 days can be used for the treatment of Vibrio alginolyticus infection in large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea).

        Assessment of the Severity of Coronavirus Disease: Quantitative Computed Tomography Parameters versus Semiquantitative Visual Score

        Objective: To compare the accuracies of quantitative computed tomography (CT) parameters and semiquantitative visual score in evaluating clinical classification of severity of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Materials and Methods: We retrospectively enrolled 187 patients with COVID-19 treated at Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College from February 15, 2020, to February 29, 2020. Demographic data, imaging characteristics, and clinical data were collected, and based on the clinical classification of severity, patients were divided into groups 1 (mild) and 2 (severe/ critical). A semiquantitative visual score was used to estimate the lesion extent. A three-dimensional slicer was used to precisely quantify the volume and CT value of the lung and lesions. Correlation coefficients of the quantitative CT parameters, semiquantitative visual score, and clinical classification were calculated using Spearman’s correlation. A receiver operating characteristic curve was used to compare the accuracies of quantitative and semi-quantitative methods. Results: There were 59 patients in group 1 and 128 patients in group 2. The mean age and sex distribution of the two groups were not significantly different. The lesions were primarily located in the subpleural area. Compared to group 1, group 2 had larger values for all volume-dependent parameters (p < 0.001). The percentage of lesions had the strongest correlation with disease severity with a correlation coefficient of 0.495. In comparison, the correlation coefficient of semiquantitative score was 0.349. To classify the severity of COVID-19, area under the curve of the percentage of lesions was the highest (0.807; 95% confidence interval, 0.744–0.861: p < 0.001) and that of the quantitative CT parameters was significantly higher than that of the semiquantitative visual score (p = 0.001). Conclusion: The classification accuracy of quantitative CT parameters was significantly superior to that of semiquantitative visual score in terms of evaluating the severity of COVID-19.

        Advances in Fast Vessel-Wall Magnetic Resonance Imaging Using High-Density Coil Arrays

        Arteriosclerosis is the leading cause of stroke, with a fatality rate surpassing that of ischemic heart disease. High-resolution vessel wall magnetic resonance imaging is generally recognized as a non-invasive and panoramic method for the evaluation of arterial plaque; however, this method requires improved signal-tonoise ratio and scanning speed. Recent advances in high-density head and neck coil arrays are characterized by broad coverage, multiple channels, and closefitting designs. This review analyzes fast magnetic resonance imaging from the perspective of accelerated algorithms for vessel wall imaging and demonstrates the need for effective algorithms for signal acquisition using advanced radiofrequency system. We summarize different phased-array structures under various experimental objectives and equipment conditions, introduce current research results, and propose prospective research studies in the future.

      • Application of Lobaplatin in Trans-catheter Arterial Chemoembolization for Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

        Objective: To explore the efficiency of single application of lobaplatin in tran-scatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for patients with a primary hepatic carcinoma who were unable or unwilling to undergo surgery. Methods: 173 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma diagnosed by imaging or pathology were randomly divided into experimental and control groups and respectively treated with lobaplatin and pirarubicin hydrochloride as chemotherapeutic drugs for TACE. The amount of iodipin was regulated according to the tumor number and size, and then gelatin sponge or polyvinyl alcohol particles were applied for embolisms. The efficiency of treatment in the two groups was compared with reference to survival time and therapeutic response. Results: The experimental group (single lobaplatin as chemotherapy drug) was superior to control group (single pirarubicin hydrochloride as chemotherapy drug) in the aspects of survival time and therapeutic response, with statistical significance. Conclusions: Single lobaplatin can be as a chemotherapy drug in TACE and has better efficiency in the aspects of mean survival time and therapeutic response, deserving to be popularized in the clinic.

        De novo assembly and characterization of antennal transcriptome reveal chemosensory system in Nysius ericae

        Chemosensory system plays important roles in insect behaviors, some key genes governing chemosensation can potentially be used as novel targets for pest control. Nysius ericae (Hemiptera: Lygaeidae) is a polyphagous insect pest found throughout Eurasia countries which causes damage to many important crops. Little is known about the chemosensory mechanisms of host location and mate choice in N. ericae at themolecular level. Here, we assembled the antennal transcriptome of N. ericae using Illumina sequencing technology. Analysis of the transcriptome data identified 148 candidate chemosensory genes, including 28 for odorant binding proteins (OBPs), 16 for chemosensory proteins (CSPs), 2 for sensory neuron membrane proteins (SNMPs), 83 odorant receptors (ORs), 12 ionotropic receptors (IRs), and 7 gustatory receptors (GRs). Our results greatly improve the gene inventory for N. ericae and provide valuable resources for analyzing the functions of some key genes. This information will aid in the development of better understanding of chemosensation in N. ericae, and indicate novel targets for managing its impact on agriculture.
