A diagnosis program of damage-symptom caused by fruit tree pest was developed using Portable Document Format (Docucom PDF). To construct program structure, the damage patterns of plants cased by pests and the morphological rhararteristics of pests were sorted by plant organs. Diagnoses are rallied out by selecting a host species > document symptoms arranged by plant organs > comparing similar symptoms of pests using step by step menu through damage symptoms. In addition, pest information can be accessed either through the scientific or common name of the pest organism.

복숭아심식나방(Carposina sasakii) 성페로몬성분인 Z7-eicosen-11-one의 처리량(약량), 페로몬의 지속기간, 수컷 방사거리에 따른 유인력등을 포장조건에서 평가하였다. 복숭아심식나방 수컷은 페로몬 총량 0.1~10.0㎎ 처리량에서 약량이 증가할수록 많이 유인되었다. 1.0~3.0㎎ 처리량은 생육기간 동안 대체적으로 비슷한 유인력을 보였다. 고무격막에 페로몬 성분 1㎎을 침적하고(페로몬 미끼) 20일 간격으로 미끼를 교체한 트랩과 교체하지 않은 트랩간 수컷 유인수는 트랩 설치 25일까지는 차이가 없었으나 그 이후에는 차이가 났다. 그러나 두 종류의 트랩간 발생소장 양상은 유사하였다. 수컷 방사 후 페로몬 트랩에 유인된 재재포획율은 망실 실험결과 47.5% 이었다. 과수포장에서 수컷 등면에 표식 방사 후 재포획율은 방사거리 15m에서 31.1%, 90m에서 8.9%로 거리가 증가할수록 감소하였다. 기타 페로몬 트랩을 이용한 복숭아심식나방 모니터링 방안을 고찰하였다. The single-component sex pheromone Z7-eicosen-11-one of peach fruit moth, Carposina sasakii Matsumura, was evaluated in fruit tree orchards with reference to its male attractivity at different pheromone dose, lure age and male-released distance. C,sasakii males responded in a dose-dependant manner to pheromone traps baited with Z7-eicosen-11-one in the range of 0.1 to 10.0㎎. The 1.0 to 3.0-㎎-baited traps showed substantially a similar attractivity in numbers of males caught through season. There was no difference in mean numbers of males caught between the fresh-baited lures(1㎎) which were replaced every 20d and original lures (1㎎) up to 25d, and thereafter a difference between the tow lures occurred frequently, but the population trends of C. sasakii males monitored by the original lures pursued the pattern of fresh-baited lures. Average recapture rate of released males was 47.5% in mesh-net house, when the males were released 10m away from a trap position. In open field test using marked males. the recapture rates of marked males decreased with increasing distance of the male release, ranging from 31.1% at 15m to 8.9% 90m. And a monitoring system for C. sasakii populations using pheromone traps is discussed.
