        뮤코펙트 정(염산암브록솔 30mg)에 대한 암브렉트 정의 생물학적 동등성

        A bioequivalence study of Ambrect^(™) tablets (Dong Wha Pharm. Ind. Co., Ltd.) to Mucopect^(™) tablets(Boe-hringer Ingelheim Korea, Ltd.) was conducted according to the guideline of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty four healthy male Korean volunteers received each medicine at the ambroxol hydorchoride dose of 30 ㎎ in a 2×2 crossover study. There was a one-week wash out period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of ambroxol were monitored by a high-performance liquid chromatography for over a period of 24 hours after the administration. Aug_(t)(the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 24 hr) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. C_(max) (maximum plasma drug concentration) and T_(max) (time to reach C_(max)) were compilied from the plasma concentraction-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed AUC_(T) and C_(max). No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the crossover design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the AUC_(t) ratio and the C_(max) ratio for Ambrect^(™)/Mucopect^(™) were 0.89-1.01 and 0.89-1.02, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of 0.80-1.25. Thus, our study demonstarated the bioequivalence of Ambrect^(™) and Mucopect^(™) with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.

        Investigation on the Relationship Between Transition Energy and the Color Change of Cu–M Alloys

        A series of Cu–M color alloys were investigated with two additional elements, Zn and Ga, that have adequate solubility tocopper, which means that a wide region of solid-solution phase exists in the Cu-rich area in terms of color variation. Tomeasure the color change of the alloys, the reflectivity difference analysis, the color difference and the transition energywere utilized. As the amount of minor alloying elements increased, the proportional relationship was found between thetransition energy and the color difference compared to copper, for example, the color difference mounted with the increaseof transition energy. A significant color difference was found when gallium was employed as the minor element. In otherwords, the influence of gallium on the color change was more evident than with Zn. It appears to be about 4.5 of the colordifference when 3 at% of gallium was added.

        한국예술가곡 효시에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 독일어권에서 비롯된 예술가곡 리트(Lied)의 한국적 전이과정을 통해 한국예술가곡의 효시를 규명하고자하는 목적이다. 예술가곡은 시문학과 음악의 합일된 예술장르로서 독일과 오스트리아를 포함한 독일어권에서 발달된 가곡으로, 시인의 시에 작곡가가 선율을 붙이고 이를 성악가가 부르는 음악 양식이다. 그 효시를 슈베르트의 `실 잣는 그레첸(Gretchen am Spinnrade)`로 비정하고 있다. 작곡가의 임무란 좋은 시를 널리 알리는 것이었기 때문에 음악은 시에 종속되어 있었다. 그러나 예술가곡은 상호매체성에 의한 문화융합결과물로서 시와 음악이 서로가 각기 독립된 예술이었던 상태로부터 벗어나 완전히 하나로 융합되면서 또 하나의 새로운 양식으로 탄생한다. 슈베르트 이후 가곡의 작곡자는 더 이상 시의 언어 음율을 선율적으로 고양시키는 낭음자가 아니라 가사에서 말로 표현될 수 없는 영역을 음악적으로 표출하는 시의 자유로운 해석자의 역할을 하게 된다. 음악을 단순히 시를 쉽게 이해하는 보조수단에 국한시킨 이전의 가곡미학을 극복하고자 하는 새로운 경향들이 나타나면서 이전까지 작법인 유절가곡이 아닌 통절 작곡 형식이 새롭게 떠오르기 시작하였다. 이렇게 완성된 예술가곡은 1835년경 이후부터 독일을 벗어나 다른 나라로도 전파되어, 각 나라의 음악적 특징에 맞는 독자성을 지니며 민족음악으로 자리잡는다. 그리하여 그 갈래의 하나가 한국에 이르게 된다. 독일 예술가곡의 개념과 정의 및 조건에 맞는 한국 최초의 예술가곡이 어떤 작품인가는 학자들의 견해에 따라 논란이 존재 한다. 그러나 이 관점은 예술가곡을 시와 음악의 등가의 결합을 전제로 보았을 때 우리 시문학사적 위상과 일치하는 시기이다. 한국 시문학사는 1930년대에 이르러서 성숙함이 묻어나면서 시인들은 창작 행위에 대한 확고한 자신의 색깔을 드러내기 시작했다. 이 시기에 전문적인 시인의 등장이 활발해지는데 이때 정지용을 대표적으로 꼽을 수 있다. 1932년 7월 동방평론 4호에 발표한 정지용의 시 `고향`에 작곡가 채동선이 곡을 붙였고, 채선엽이 독창을 맡았으며 반주는 김애식이 맡았다. 작곡가 채동선은 독일에서 정통으로 작곡을 공부하고 귀국하여 <고향>을 작곡하였고 시기적으로는 물론 예술가곡의 완성의 필요충분조건은 모두 갖춘 한국 최초의 예술가곡 그 효시로 비정할 수 있다. This study aims to clarify the beginning of the Korean art song by reviewing how the German art song "lied" was traditionally transferred and spread in Korea. As a genre of art that unites poetry and music, the art song was originally developed in German-speaking countries including Germany and Austria; the then composers put a melody on poems so that singers(vocalists) could sing the songs. Gretchen am Spinnrade by Franz Peter Schubert is considered the beginning of such a style of music. Since promulgating good poems was one of the composer`s missions then, music was viewed as subordinate to poems. As an outcome of cultural convergence through intermediality, however, the two independent forms of art, poetry and music, came to converge into a completely single genre, heralding a birth of a new music style. Since Shubert, composers were no longer a mere reciter exalting poems by putting melodies on rhythmical poetic language; instead, they served as a free interpreter of poems to express the sentiment beyond the lyrics musically. In an attempt to overcome the stereotype that regarded music simply as an aid to better understand poems, a new trend such as through-composed songs, away from traditional strophic songs, emerged. Those German art songs were widely disseminated beyond Germany since 1835, and took root in many areas as folk music combined with each country`s traditional musical hallmarks. Korea was no exception. With Korean art songs originated from Germany, scholars in the field have long disputed over which one is the first Korean art song that complied with the concept, definition, and conditions of the German lied. When we consider the art song as a fair combination of poetry and music, a hint can be found from the history of Korean poetry. Korean poetry began to mature in the 1930s with poets clearly expressing their own signature colors in their creations. Professional poets actively broke onto the art scene, and Ji-yong Jeong was one of them. Mr. Jeong released a poem titled "Home (Gohyang)" on No. 4 Dongbang Critique in July, 1932, and Dong-sun Chae, a composer, put a melody on it; later it was sung by Sun-yub Chae with the piano accompaniment by Ae-sik Kim. After studying composition officially in Germany, Dong-sun Chae returned to Korea and composed the song, meeting all of necessary and sufficient conditions of the German lied. In this sense, "Home (Gohyang)" can be regarded as the first Korean art song.

        위상영상 획득 시 영상의 균일도 향상을 위한 high pass filter의 적용

        본 연구는 3차원 자화강조영상 획득 시 재구성되는 위상영상의 겹쳐진 위상과 현격한 자화율 차이에 의한 영상의 불균일성을, 낮은 주파수 대역폭을 제한하는 High Pass Filter(HPF)를 적용함으로써 개선하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 2013년 11월부터 2014년 3월까지 3차원 자화강조영상 검사를 받은 환자를 대상으로 high pass filter의 적용 전후 영상 간 차이를 확인하기 위하여 기존의 위상영상과 HPF를 적용한 새로운 위상영상의 최대, 최소 신호강도 차이 및 불균일도를 비교 분석하 였다. 연구결과, HPF 적용 전후에 따른 최대, 최소 신호강도의 차이는 274.16%(498.98), 불균일도는 439.55%(19.83) 감소하였 다. 이는 HPF를 적용하여 낮은 주파수를 차단한 새로운 위상영상이 기존의 위상영상에 비해 겹쳐진 위상신호를 효과적으로 제거하여 영상의 균일도가 높아졌음을 의미한다. 결론적으로 3차원 자화강조영상 획득 시 재구성되는 위상영상에 HPF를 적용하면 겹쳐진 위상과 현격한 자화율 차이에 의한 영상의 불균일성을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있어 영상의 질을 크게 개선할 수 있다. In this study, a susceptibility weighted image (SWI) showed a wrapped phase and a non-uniformity of the rapid susceptibility difference. Consequently, the bandwidth limits at low frequency were improved by applying HPF. From November 2013 to March 2014, a three-dimensional SWI was obtained from patients and compared with the existing images and HPF phase images. The maximum and minimum signal intensity differences and non-uniformity were analyzed. As a result, a high pass filter before and after applying the maximum and minimum of the signal intensity difference was decreased by 274.16% (498.98), and the non-uniformity was decreased by 439.55% (19.83). After applying the HPF, a comparison with the existing phase images revealed the HPF phase images to have high signal and image uniformity of the SWI image. A high pass filter method can effectively remove the non-uniformity and improve the overall image quality.

        한국판 벡 우울 척도 2판의 타당화 연구

        본 연구는 주요우울증 환자군과 정상 대조군을 대상으로, 한국어판 Beck 우울설문지 2판(Beck Depression Inventory-II)에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하여 실제적이고 표준화된 규준을 제시하고, 분할점(cut-off score)을 설정하여 우울증의 유무를 나타내는 기준을 마련하고자 하였다. 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국판 BDI-II의 문항-총점 상관의 범위는 .51에서 .74이고, 전체 문항들이 .60 이상의 문항-총점 상관을 보여 한국어판 Beck 우울설문지 2판의 신뢰도가 '보통' 이상이라는 것이 검증되었다. 둘째, 집단별 BDI-II의 내적 일치도를 알아보기 위한 Cronbach' alpha 값은 .94 이상인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주성분 분석 방식으로 요인을 추출하여 합치성을 검사한 결과 3개의 하위 요인이 추출되었고, 설명되는 변량은 총 47.3%였다. 넷째, 한국어판 BDI-II의 분할점수 산출을 위하여 ROC(Receiver operator characteristic) 분석을 실시한 결과 18점일 때 가장 높은 민감도와 특이도를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 바탕으로, 한국어판 BDI-II의 분할점은 18점으로 정하는 것이 타당할 것으로 여겨진다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 연구에 사용된 환자군이 우울증상을 가진 모든 정신질환자를 대상으로 한 것이 아니라 주요우울증 환자들만을 대상으로 하여 결과를 일반화 하는데 일부 제약이 따를 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 증상의 중증도(severity)에 따라 군을 나눠 분할점을 산출하지는 못하여 추후에는 이를 고려한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다. Objective : Korean Version of Beck-II Depression Inventory to verify the reliability and validity of the proposed standards are practical and standardized, cut-off score by establishing a baseline indicating the presence of depression and depression On in the evaluation was to evaluate the clinical usefulness. Methods : 739 patients with major depression using the SCID and normal controls were 302 study subjects. Of patients with clinically significant medical condition, or psychotic disorders, organic mental disorder, epilepsy or seizure disorder, eating disorders are associated with patients taking anti-convulsants experienced in the past, patients were excluded from the study. Results : The main findings of this study were as follows. First, with respect to the KBDI-II items, the correlation between them ranged from 0.51 to 0.74, and was 0.60 over all questions. Further, the overall correlation of the KBDI-II plates showing confidence 'normal' than it was verified that. Second, the BDIII was used in each group to examine internal consistency and thus, whether Cronbach's alpha values were greater than 0.94. Third, the principal component analysis sought to extract factors in a way consistent with the results inspected last 3 factors were extracted and the total variance explained was 47.3%. Fourth, the Cutting calculated the score on the KBDI-II for ROC (Receiver operator characteristic) analysis yielding 18 dot, with the highest sensitivity and specificity was seen. Conclusion : Based on the results of this Study, the KBDI-II cut-off point should be valid as prescribed in 18 is considered.

      • New NGS-based Diagnostic Assay to Detect Variants of Drug-resistant Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and Identification of Mycobacteria

        Purpose Rapid dentification of mycobacteria and correct drug susceptibility test (DST) of antituberculosis drugs are essential for proper diagnosis and treatment. Conventional molecular tests for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) drug resistance on clinical samples cover a limited set of mutations, and Nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) species identification is possible by another test. Here, we developed the NGS based targeted sequencing assay that could predict 14 anti-tuberculosis drug resistance and identify 180 NTM species at the same reaction, within 24 hours. Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis with various drug resistance profiles including susceptible strains were isolated from clinical specimens. Detection of drug resistance mutation and identification marker using newly developed NGS assay was performed through a three-step process. First, 29 genes were amplified by multiplexing long range PCR and underwent DNA library preparation. Subsequently, the libraries were sequenced using MiSeq (Illumina Inc., San Diego, USA). Finally, sequencing data were analyzed using the in-house bioinformatic pipeline. Results The multiplex amplification and sequencing were successful for all samples. The predict DST Results revealed good agreement with phenotypic DST Results for isoniazid, rifampicin, fluoroquinolones, and second-line injectables and 90% for pyrazinamide. Furthermore, in phylogenetic analysis, a total of 23 species NTMs were identified based on the nucleotide sequence of heat shock protein 65 gene. Conclusions This newly developed NGS-based diagnostic platform was successfully validated using residual clinical samples and is applicable to the clinical laboratory for rapid and individual customized treatment.

        Determination of the optimal diabetes duration for bone regeneration experiments in an alloxan-induced diabetic rabbit calvarial defect model

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the optimal diabetes duration for bone regeneration experiments in an alloxan monohydrate (ALX)-induced diabetic rabbit calvarial defect model by evaluating the association between diabetes duration and bone healing capacity. Methods: Twenty-four New Zealand white rabbits were used. Twenty-two rabbits were injected with 100 mg/kg of ALX to induce experimental diabetes. These rabbits were divided into 4 groups, including a control group and groups with diabetes durations of 1 week (group 1), 2 weeks (group 2), and 4 weeks (group 3). Calvarial defects were created at 1, 2, and 4 weeks after ALX injection and in the control rabbits. Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanning was performed on the day of surgery and at 2 and 4 weeks after surgery. The rabbits were sacrificed 4 weeks after surgery, followed by histological and immunofluorescence analysis. Results: The diabetic state of all diabetic rabbits was well-maintained throughout the experiment. Reconstructed 3-dimensional CBCT imaging showed more rapid and prominent bone regeneration in the control group than in the experimental groups. Histological staining showed notable bone regeneration in the control group, in contrast to scarce bone formation in the experimental groups. The appearance and immunoreactivity of receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B and osteoprotegerin did not show notable differences among the groups. Conclusion: ALX administration at 100 mg/kg successfully induced experimental diabetes in rabbits. The effect of diabetes on bone healing was evident when the interval between diabetes induction and the intervention was ${\geq}1$ week.
