Web Service Negotiation Model Based on Cooperative Game Theory

In the service composition life cycle, the target between service requester and service provider is quite different, which will cause the Web service SLA negotiation problem. The implementation of Web service relies on the interaction between the service provider and the service requester. In this article, the game model of Web Service negotiation process is proposed and solutions of the multi-participant and dynamic game model are gave. Then, we obtained the effective method of SLA generation. Experiments show that our method will ensure the common interests both service requesters and service providers.

In this paper asymptotic error expansions for mixed finite element approximations to a class of second order elliptic optimal control problems are derived under rectangular meshes, and the Richardson extrapolation of two different schemes and interpolation defect correction can be applied to increase the accuracy of the approximations. As a by-product, we illustrate that all the approximations of higher accuracy can be used to form a class of a posteriori error estimators of the mixed finite element method for optimal control problems.

We prove the $L^p(1<p<\infty)$ boundedness of the parabolic Marcinkiewicz integral with the kernel function $\Omega{\in}L(log^+L)^{1/2}(S^{n-1})$. The result is an improvement and extension of some known results.

Nosema ceranae, a newly emergent parasite invading western honey bees (Apis mellifera L.), is indicated to threaten honey bee health at both individual and colony levels. However, the efficient and environmentallyfriendly treatments are quite limited at present. To find alternative medicine to control Nosema diseases, the effect of 8 types of herbal extracts against N. ceranae infection were screened under laboratory condition. Of which, 1% Andrographis paniculata (A. paniculata) decoction was found to significantly decrease N. ceranae spore numbers on 7 days post infection (dpi) and 13 dpi. Then, our results further revealed that A. paniculata decoction at doses ranging from 1% to 7% displayed significant efficient inhibition of Nosema spore proliferation and improved the infected bees’ survival rates in a dose-dependent manner. A. paniculata decoction was found to protect the gut tissues of infected workers from damage cause by N. ceranae, which might be due to the regu lation of the expression of certain genes in Wnt and JNK pathways, including armadillo, basket, frizzled2 and groucho. Additionally, our study suggested that A. paniculata decoction performed this Nosema spore-reducing potential over its two monomers, andrographolide and dehydrographolide. Taken together, this work enables us to better understand A. paniculata decoction’s potential to inhibit N. ceranae infection, thus providing a new guidance for developing applicable drugs to control Nosema diseases.
QoS Route Optimization Algorithm for the Dynamic Traffic and Network Service

Transforming the convolution to the (+,-) in legend domain is proposed in this paper. Based on the transformation, the Legend Transformation of service curve and arrive curve is given in the case of independent cross traffic, and the closed expression of stochastic delay and stochastic backlog is obtained. In the paper, we analyze influence of the dynamic of traffic and network to QoS parameter. Based on the analysis result, the QoS analysis in Legend domain is given, and the upper bound of delay and backlog in Legend domain. For the case of non-independent cross traffic, the relationship expression of different traffic is got. And simulation proves that the route optimization algorithm is correct.

A prototype 120 Hz 110-inch ultra-high-definition a-Si liquid crystal display (LCD) panel was successfully developed using the BOE exclusive advanced superdimensional switching technology. This LCD has a panel consisting of 3840 × 2160 pixels, four times the number of pixels in the conventional full-high-definition LCD. For the brightness and contrast ratio, 1000 nits and 1200:1 have been achieved, respectively. Additionally, the liquid crystal charging time has been extended through quad area driving and 2G2D line structures. Furthermore, the local dimming and mirror-scanning techniques are applied to realize excellent image display. Finally, the system utilizes 3D shutter glasses, allowing the viewer to achieve the highest sense of realness and immersion.

Background Neuromyelitis optica (NMO) is an infl ammatory demyelinating disorder featured with the presence of serum aquaporin-4 immunoglobulin G antibodies (AQP4-IgG). Objective Osteopontin (OPN) was reported to be upregulated in NMO; however, the detailed function of OPN in NMO is obscure. Results Downregulation of OPN alleviated demyelination, axonal loss, microglia activation, neutrophil infi ltration, infl ammatory response and astrocyte apoptosis, but increased neurotrophic factor levels in murine spinal cords. Moreover, knockdown of OPN suppressed the expression of its downstream molecules, including interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) and interleukin-12 (IL-12). Conclusion OPN promotes microglia activation and facilitates the pathogenesis of NMO by activating the IFN-γ/NF-kB/ IL-12 signaling pathway.
